We paid full price without the happy hour/refreshments and didn't have any type of breakfast, in addition had to pay $10 to park in the nearly vacant parking lot, while observing hotel employee(s) parking next to the door; the vehicle was still there the morning we left. I understand with the COVID19 going on, however, the price for the room should have reflected the less services offered. The first room given to us was dirty, feces left in the toilet, dirty glasses, messy bed. We got a different room, albeit no apologies from the staff at the reception desk. We are disappointed in Embassy Suites....not our 1st stay with you but probably the last.
The food was great.
The room I expected to get when booking. The room stinked as if it was not properly cleaned
Fitness center was lacking. Lighting in the room was a bit dim. Not enough outlets.
The breakfast is great! Everyone had full tummys going back to the room after breakfast. Rooms are quiet, can’t hear the commotion once you close your door. Premium suites have a nice little snack bar which the children enjoy during our stays. The pool is a nice size too.
The pool water was cold. Ice machine on our floor wasn’t working.
