They didn’t have a car available. They took a reservation without having to vehicle, which seems to be a normal practice. That’s unacceptable.Reviewed Mar 20 2026

Smooth and everyone was very nice. Tyler at pick up was great and I didn’t catch the name of the women when I dropped off, but they were both professional and helpful.Reviewed Apr 15 2025

I wish the maintenance would have been done on the car before I picked it up. It’s always concerning with the maintenance required light comes on and you’ve only driven the car about 50 miles. The morning drop off crew was wonderful! We dropped off around 4am and everyone we encountered was so bright and cheery. Vince was so kind and helpful in directing us to the shuttle bus. Tracie, the driver was so friendly and lovely. She was a breath of fresh air so very early in the morning.Reviewed Apr 22 2024
