Was just a flawless experience at the Phoenix sky Harbor location using Alamo skip the counter service save me so much time I went straight to the garage picked up my vehicle from the aisle and was on the road under 10 minutes. I did not receive this rental and was still charged for the insurance. Bad experience overall. I called the day before asked if I could use my debit card and to clarify insurance. Was told yes. I could use my navy federal card for this. Arrived- could not use it. Wasted my whole morning and had to take my personal vehicle. Then had to perform multiple services to my car for the trip and had to replace two perfectly good tires when I returned because of road conditions.
