I was scheduled to pick up the car at 11:00 AM, but I arrived at 11:45 AM. Even though I was a little late, the car was still not ready. I was told that because I didn't arrive at 11:00 AM, they hadn't prepared the car. One employee kindly helped by vacuuming it, but the car was not washed. It seemed like the staff were rushing because the location was about to close around 12:00 PM. However, customers who arrive before closing time should still receive the same level of service. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience and expected better customer service.Reviewed Jul 9 2026

I booked a car but it wasn't there when i arrived - that was a little bit stressful. When i returned a few hours later to make sure the car was then cancelled, they had another car for me which i was very happy for. So a small bump in the delivery of the car, but over all a great experienceReviewed Jul 4 2024

The employees were great. Very nice and helpful. I drove a car that was nicer than one I would probably ever own so that was fun,Reviewed Feb 27 2024

The vehicle was ready. Very clean. Eat to drive. The navigation needs to be updated though. It made us missed our exits a couple of times.Reviewed Nov 30 2023

The car was great! Very clean and new and served our needs well. Drop off at the airport was quick and easy. Pick up took 45 minutes, was way too slow, and did not value my time.Reviewed Nov 14 2023
