Pros: Great location and staff very nice
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The staff upon check in were very helpful. As our stay continued they offered wonderful suggestions on what beaches to go to, where to see the sunset & what restaurants to eat at. It was my birthday while we were there and they surprised me with a delicious treat with a candle at breakfast. The breakfast was well appointed and the staff were super friendly and accommodating.
Cons: The shower drain was a little slow going down.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful property nestled back off the waterfront/old town of Venetian harbour in Chaniá! Very convenient to pretty much everything - shops, restaurants, bars, etc. rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. Bathrooms had great water pressure! Breakfast was delish! One of the few properties that’s has a golf cart so you don’t have to carry your luggage from public parking since there is no parking on property. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
7,5 Good
Pros: Breakfast was superb. All organic and homemade. The hotel is eclectic yet homey. The staff, especially Crissy and Manolos were exceptional, extremely friendly, and made our arrival special and easy. The bed was super comfortable and the room was quiet. Location is perfect to walk and explore the labyrinth of alleys lined with shops and tavernas. The view from the terrace is probably one of the best in Chania. I and my wife will come back again and again!
Cons: I didn’t like that I only had a short stay at Casa Delfino! If you park a car you’re on your own but there is public parking very nearby and the staff comes and gets you on a golf cart in 2 minutes.

Pros: Very good location, near the port and many nice typical shops and restaurants. If you pretend to visit Chania, it's a great hotel to stay, considering also that is not too much expensive. Pros: We love the place, have been here before and will come back.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was really good! The view from the restaurant was beautiful. We loved the location because it was not in the middle of the old town but it wasn’t far at all either. If staying here do rent a car, a small one.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: The 4stars are well deserved!! Friendy staff and helpful, location, breakfast and all were just right on. The room we had was from super nice. Old style to make you feel back in time but updated with all the comfort you need.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Excellent Historic building. Very helpful stuff. Very good breakfast and very good position of the hotel. Free car park in the near-by area.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Roula was extraordinarily helpful arranging taxi rides, car rentals, and transferring our luggage from the hotel to the car. The hotel is wonderfully beautiful and quirky, breakfast was delicious, and the location for walking around Old Town Chania was superb.
Cons: There are a lot of stairs to get to the rooms and some rooms have steep stairs inside the room. It adds to the charm but might be difficult for someone who isn’t very mobile, in a wheelchair, or a stroller. All of Old Town is pedestrian only so it requires a bit of a walk from the closest parking spot.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly informative staff. Great breakfast with many choices included. Ideal location for exploring old town. Charming and historic building but very comfortable.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: A true gem for a yet affordable hotel in great location! Extremely friendly and personal reception, impressive old building with a spacious and bautifully furnished room. Plentiful breakfast.
Cons: Absolutely nothing to complain.

9,2 Excellent
Pros: Nice room in a lovely quaint, boutique hotel. We were late cheching in and Vasiliki stayed on and waited for us. She showed us nice places to eat and gave us Raki which was great! Breakfast was lovely too
Cons: No lift
9,6 Excellent
Pros: All was excellent. In particular, I would like to express my gratitude to the Team, which created an absolutely unique, truly home atmosphere. This is the first time in my life and among almost 200 hotels I stayed in before, when I can definitely say: I was there like at home. Warm, friendly attention and care, excellent recommendations - it is really much more than I could expect from the hotel. Then I booked the room the hotel team by itself contacted me, inquired about my preferences, necessity of transfer and other things. I`d say that this hotel matches the very high standards of hospitality.
Cons: This is a really old house with thick stone walls. It caused some problems with wifi. It is enough only for very basic purposes. By the same reason, the stairs here are a bit narrow and a bit steep.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly, accomodating and traditional stay. All female staff and management were wonderful. Great stay!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Thanks to the staff for great tips on where to eat and what to do. Big thanks to them also for providing a takeaway breakfast for our early start to Samaria Gorge.

2,5 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Clean and well facilities
Cons: Room service food delay and suggest us other food
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Good variety of restaurants and quality of the food. The staff was very proactive and nice, all of them were fluent on english. The room was what we were expecting.
Cons: The sunbeds in the pool were very crowded, as people wakes up early just to put the towel and leave. I‘d appreciate more staff managing the situation.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Nice pool bars. Big pools.
Cons: The location of our room was looking on the sea and we had strong winds and we couldn’t use our pool because of the strong winds.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Room was specious, breakfast was impressive, WiFi was good and main swimming poor was really good.
Cons: Not easy to get a sunbed as people where leaving their stuff in the morning (without actually using them)
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The concierge, Sania, explained me various information clearly and kindly.
5,8 Okay
Pros: The location near Chania was good and the concierge service was very professional and gave us good advice for trips in the area. The room we had was big and quiet enough.
Cons: This property caters much more for families with young children and had the feel of a hotel that was part of a package holiday rather than a 5 star resort. The staff was friendly but some looked like they would rather be in a different job. The furnishings for a 5 star hotel were cheap and in need of maintenance. The water in our shower didn’t drain properly and the furniture, being mostly white in our room and throughout the hotel was dirt stained from use. The main breakfast area was huge and had the feeling of a canteen. The Cretan breakfast room was much smaller and more pleasant. In all this hotel is not how it how looks in the pictures.
5,4 Okay
Pros: The pool in the suite was fine and the Asian restaurant was good. The hike which was arranged by the gym was good.
Cons: To start with the description of the hotel on booking.com or the hotel website were completely not accurate. The resort and am using the word loosely was a through back to the 80s. The room phone was not working and it took 2 days to fix. The shower light turns off after 10min and no one fixed it. 4 times there was power outage. When we asked for an upgrade for our second room the extra was higher than both the hotel website and booking. On the website it mentions water sport activities but that was 20min drive. It’s mentioned the resort has 4 pools but never mentioned that 2 of them are across the road on the other side. For the price paid you would expect much more than what’s on offer. An absolute rip off
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We were upgraded to a deluxe suite when we arrived. Great choice at breakfast. Pool lovely.
Cons: No iron in the room.

Pros: Location and style and food. Friendly staff
Cons: Can’t fault it.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We loved this hotel. All the staff and the facilities are great. We ordered some dakos from the room service and it didn't disappoint - very tasty. Wonderful experience!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Located just a few steps from Koum Kapi area and the Old Venetian Port. City center is also easily accessible, as it is a 5-10 mins walking distance. Nice and exceptionally clean rooms. A small pool on the rear side of the hotel (towels for the pool offered from the hotel reception for the guests), where one can relax. Breakfast tasty with lot's of options. Easily accessible by car or public transportation. Parking in the area is easy (in front of the hotel or on a small public parking, just behind the hotel). The best choice I could make for my stay in Chania! Definitely recommended! Tip: In frond of the hotel, there is a small open theater. If there is a concert or anything else planned (when I was staying there were music concerts with traditional music planned), it can be a little bit noisy. If you think it might bother you (me I enjoyed it a lot - listening to music an having a beer on my balcony!), just ask for a room on the rear side!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good, location was excellent and close to everything we needed.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The possibility to relax at the very nice swimming pool also after the check out; The possibility to check out one hour later; The kindness of all the staff :); The extended breakfast time.
Cons: The room (mine was a superior) was not very big, but you see the sea and it is quiet; The breakfast could be improved.
7,1 Good
Pros: Great location! Close to Chania town; shopping and restaurants.
Cons: The air conditioning could have been better and the room was a bit small.
6,7 Good
Pros: The morning coffee machine. And staff good.
Cons: Room very small. Was promised a nice sea view balcony. Paid for it. It was 2x3 ft. Not usable. Loud music across the street. All I got was an 8 % discount. Very disappointing.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We loved our stay at Kriti. Everything was great, the staff is very helpful and friendly, the hotel is very well located - close to restaurants and the old town - and the breakfast is delicious, with many options. They were very kind with us on our last day and prepared a breakfast box as we were living early in the morning. Great pool and very nice facilities, our room had a beautiful view to the sea and the windows are soundproofed, so we could rest very well during the night.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast and very comfortable beds. After a trekking in the Gorge of Samaria, the swimmingpool was the best. The staff was very nice and friendly, help us in every thing.
Cons: Nothing

7,9 Good
Cons: i saw lot of hair on my bed. and house keeper entered the room when we were sleeping.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Cretan Dream Royal exceeded by far our expectations! We booked a junior suite with a garden view, however we were surprised at arrival with an upgrade - instead of our booking, we received a big apartment with private pool! :) Very nice amenities, perfect pool with endless view to the sea, very good cocktails by the pool. :) Great food in the restaurant, both in quality and variety - breakfast and dinner. Perfect service, very smiling and helpful staff. Beach in front of the hotel was lovely, ocean looking with waves and life guard service. The hotel was organizing theme nights at the restaurant, which became fun parties. There is a small shop within the hotel offering everything you might need at reasonable prices.
Cons: The water in the private pool did not seem clean enough - during the night, while being lighted, we could see small worms in the water. The tunnel to the beach did not operate.
6,3 Good
Pros: Very nice property, lovely grounds, nice staff
Cons: Too many stairs from room to pool/restaurant/main areas The MAJOR drawback.....worst looking beach I’ve ever seen in Greece. That alone, would make me not return.
7,7 Good
Pros: Beautiful pool & outdoor space , extensive breakfast, very nice view of the water. Very clean. Nice staff.
Cons: Rooms were a bit dated in decor & instead of one large bed for two people it was two smaller beds right next to each other. Not my favorite, but it's pretty common in Europe.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Pool area very nice
Cons: Toilet is a bit outdated
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel itself is lovely, great views out to sea and the staff are excellent.
Cons: Our room balcony was just a a tiny bit too close to the road at the front of the hotel.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent breakfast , lovely staff , fantastic surrounding. I will come back !
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Staff were all very attentive and helpful, food and cocktails were great, location is absolutely perfect for getting in to Chania and all facilities were even better than expected from the photos!
Cons: Not much not to like! To be picky, the 15 minute free massage voucher gifted upon arrival was a bit misleading as it was actually more like an additional 15 minutes to a purchased treatment, but no real complaints!
8,3 Excellent
Pros: We stayed in one of the rooms with private pool and small kitchenette, which was good value for money compared to other places. The size and cleanliness and comfort of the room were perfect. The food in the restaurant was pretty good and there were lots of themed evenings which was quite nice. The hotel is attractive and the infinity pool made for beautiful sunsets. The small mini mart inside the hotel was extremely handy, though there are also supermarkets nearby too.
Cons: Some of the decor in the room was pretty worn and dated - could probably do with a bit of a renovation sometime soon. The property is also near a pretty busy road so one can hear the traffic when lounging by the pool, though one quickly gets used to this and often the sound of the waves on the beach or the cicadas in the trees are louder anyway and very relaxing! We weren’t overly impressed by the restaurants in the area and preferred to either eat at the hotel or go to Chania or deeper into the countryside for better food options.
8,2 Excellent
Pros: Buffet breakfast was awesome
8,8 Excellent
Cons: Bad design of the shower meant that the bathroom floor was always wet
7,9 Good
Pros: Swimming pool was nice and good service. Nice view and good location.
Cons: Lots of ants and a bit pricy.

Pros: The location, few meters from the beach and very close to restaurants and shops. The beach, clean, not very crowd, sandy . The owner, very nice and helpfull, tipically greek
Cons: Nothing
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The apartment was very nice and very clean. The kitchen was full equipped and clean (not every apartment in Crete is so clean like here!). The terrace was amazing. Air-condition was for free (again, in some places in Crete you have to pay it!) The staff was very nice! The sea was transparent. And the village is full of nice shops and restaurants. We were there at the beginning of June, so there were not so much tourists. We loved the stay at Ermis suites!!!
Cons: The beach could be better. Some little rocks on the bottom were a little bit uncomfortable.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Conveniently located—right on the beach and seconds from the main street. Very comfortable and clean.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The owners were so kind and helpful Gave us fabulous suggestions to get away from the crowds Litsas restaurant in Afrata is an authentic family run place with great food and a view from high up on the mountains that was heavenly
Cons: Nothing
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We LOVED the accommodation, which had a spacious living area and ample sized bedrooms. It was spotlessly clean and the family who run the business were so accommodating and made us feel like family ourselves. The outlook from the terrace area is perfect and you're at the beach in 20 seconds with beautiful restaurants along the beach. It really was the most perfect stay for my husband and I and our toddler.
Cons: Our stay was too short and I only wish we could've stayed longer!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great apartement on the beach. Brand new pool at the hotel next door that we could use. «Eremis» himself was very kind and helpful. Oceanview, big green garden where the kids could play. Close to everything. The small grocery Katarina has the friendliest straff and everything you need.
Cons: The bathroom was small, old fashioned and not special welcoming. And we had to pay for the sunbeds. I think it would be a great idea to offer the guests sunbeds for free.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: My stay was excellent my room was cleaned everyday.Lovely crisp white sheets and towels. It was very private and peaceful. Excellent location right on the beach.Very beautiful family run hotel. And the plants were amazing.I would 100% recommend a stay here.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location, prompt communication. Very friendly and helpful staff.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Nice area, there was no traffic noice since the apartments are on a side street. It is very close to the ocean and the house keeper was great!
Cons: Small TV and it was in the bedroom. Wanted to watch the football game.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Lovely, clean accommodation. We came before the season started so there were many businesseses not open yet, the beach was waiting to be cleared up after the winter storms and the weather was rubbish, rain and not particularly warm. But every Cretian I met was friendly and welcoming. It is a place I would love to visit again, but possibly 2 weeks later in the year. Overall, Ermis is clean, welcoming and good value for money . The area is lovely, the locals very friendly. But the 2nd of April too early.

Pros: Location suited us as it was about 20 minutes walk into the centre of the town. The main hotel facilities are housed in the old area of the building which is at the front with a connected annex at the rear housing the accomodation. Breakfast was a buffet, typical European fare, the rooms were cleaned daily and new sheets and towels were likewise changed daily. Staff were friendly, speaking good English and were also very helpful. An added bonus is a secure carpark at the rear for about a dozen cars.
Cons: Bar prices were a bit steep. Not many people used this facility. Perhaps if the prices were reduced then this would change.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is extremely elegant. Originally the British Embassy it has an amazing interior and a grand ambience far above what we were expecting for the price. Our room was spacious and well appointed and the breakfast buffet was sumptious. We would definitely stay again.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very good hotel with lovely room and good location.
7,5 Good
Pros: The room was really nice, big bed, clean!
Cons: Breakfast was big, but nog ecological. The jacuzzi was just cold water. In our room we woke up at 6 in the morning because the fountain started and we hered water flowing all the time

Cons: Location of the restaurant for breakfast was to small and not convenient for movement.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The location is great, because it is at the same time not in the city center, so it’s very calm, but also close to the beach. The building is noble! The concept of Embassy is excellent! We enjoyed very much the breakfast because you can even have it outside! And the staff is extremely nice - always ready to help and assist!
Cons: Everything was great!

Pros: Nothing. They stiffed us out of our booking.
Cons: The fact I traveled overseas only to come here and they BS me about plumbing issues when in fact they were over booked. That's BS. I'm Greek from outside of Greece and we have a saying about the deceitful practices by native Greeks.. "That's why they are destined to never progress..." Such a beautiful country yet so much apathy in the workers. Wake up! You're embarrassing the rest of us who hold and live by the old Greek ethos.

Pros: The breakfast was amazing! A lot of variety, the beach near the hotel was fantastic. The staff always happy and smiling. I can recommend it.
Cons: The fact that the guests from the hotel have to pay 10 euros per day for using the sunbeds, seem excessive, considering it is 4 start hotel, and that all the restaurants nearby let you use the sunbeds for free with consumption of food. We were quite disappointed by that. Also the price of the massages were a bit too high in comparison with other spas near the area.
10,0 Excellent
Cons: The trafic near the hotel was very noisy, also one of the restaurants/bar next to Posseidon (and close to Amalthia) has a very loud music all day, you cannot have a peacefull rest on the beach.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: breakfast was very good hotel clean and staff was friendly and nice
Cons: great hotel but little things let it down no kettle in room. pool freezing. and charging for sunbeds on the beach no need sort these things out and would be excellent
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Everything! Beautiful hotel with greek atmosphere, modern style but greek flair, 60 rooms and not that big as other hotels - thats why I loved it! Staff is very friendly, always look after the guests. Beach drink and food service, very comfy restaurant area at the beach. Want to be back! Keep going, you do your jobs very well!
Cons: Rooms with garden view are a little bit dark, but they are very comfortable though
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was perfect! Good rooms, perfect location, good food, friendly staff.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable room with a little garden and a lot of options to select from at breakfast. The relaxing area by the beach was the highlight of our stay. The staff was very friendly too.
Cons: The place was great and we’ll definitely recommend. May I only suggest to provide a kettle and coffee machine in the room. This addition would make this place perfect.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Everything, loved that we had beach so close to us staff really friendly too
Cons: Only thing that I didn't like, I was keep finding some stains on the towels everything else was really clean.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The location was great. The room was big and comfortable. Will go back
7,1 Good
Pros: Pool and beach
Cons: When arriving ( in evening) our room was not what was requested. Breakfast waitstaff - female was not attentive to setting up table with flatware and napkins. Three guest, myself included had to request service. No one at front desk to answer telephone, had to go to lobby.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast buffet was amazing! Tons of options including traditional Cretan items. Staff was very friendly and helpful! The beach is close by as well as the pool. We we're lucky enough to be upgraded to a seaside view!

Pros: Breakfast-ul , location
Cons: Twin bad
7,5 Good
Pros: Braekfast, dinner were al very tastefool and Nice. IT was very quiet during the day on the whole resort. The cleaning was perfect.
Cons: I didn’t like the noise of the music after 22.00 hours when there were special musicevents. I Would liked to have the music played a bit softer, so it’s Nice to zit on your balcony
6,7 Good
Pros: Property and room were ok and very clean. Pool was cleaned daily.
Cons: Somehow one could not prevent smelling greediness all over the place. It started at check in when the lady in the reception required to pay tourist taxes in cash, did not give any receipt and charged 6 times greater amount than should have! We had just discussed the tax in our previous accommodation in Crete, so we knew how it was calculated and there it was possible to pay with card and it was documented also. Just didn’t feel like starting a fight immediately upon arrival. The quality of food and beverages was terrible. We ate the lunch buffet once and none of us liked it. The breakfast had plenty variety but quality of food and juices was poor. It was very first time for me to see that somebody served raw bacon on breakfast buffet... I’m glad we weren’t staying all inclusive. Even coca cola was some cheap copy! Unfortunately there aren’t that many restaurants near by but at least the few there was were serving better food than Creta Palm resort. I also found it very strange that they had a spa menu presenting all kinds of treatments but prices only available on request with whole lot of pressure to visit the tent spa... Beds very hard.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: We visited from the 9th-16th April, we are a family of four (2 kids aged 8 and 5) and we had a lovely time! The hotel is about 30 mins by taxi from chania airport. We arrived around 8.45pm in the evening and the staff were very polite and very welcoming. Sofia on reception, gave us lots of information on where to visit and go, and also griogris and all waiting staff at meal times were very happy and welcoming too. We enjoyed our stay throughout and could not fault anything! There was a Lovely selection of food at meal times, and even the kids eat well. We had a very nice apartment which was cleaned every day, it had also had a kitchenette with fridge and electric stove and where everything was provided (dishes, glasses, pans and all cutlery) the room was quite big and there were also 2 sofa beds for the kids to sleep on. The room also had shutters around windows and balcony area, which could be opened and closed electronically for added security. There was air conditioning and heating system and we had a view of the pool. there was a small games room and pool which kept the kids occupied at times. The beach is literally across the road! and there is a bus that runs to the city centre every 10-15 mins which cost under 2 euros per person and 5yrs and under travel free! , there are a selection of supermarkets, restaurants and shops around the hotel too. We will definitely be visiting again!! Thankyou for having us and making our stay enjoyable!

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Big room, very clean, excelent breakfast. The whole resort looks great.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great hotel! Would stay there again. Just like the pictures. Beach is right across the street and its great to have the pool for red flag days at the beach. Don't know what we would have done without the pool and the kids on those days. The breakfast is out of this world!! Just as good as 5 star hotels in Athens. They also have a fresh crepe stand and offer freshly made loukoumades. View from breakfast area is also great! Bar opened until very late if you want to grab something on your way back from being out all day. Food in general is good; had the lunch buffet one day and offered a lot of choices. Staff is also very friendly and go out of their way to help you. Good laundry service and taxi always available. Many choices for kids; including mini arcade. We also stayed on a higher floor and had a great view.
Cons: Liked everything!
6,3 Good
Pros: Cleanliness of the pools, amazing! Some staff went extra mile for us, Eva and Katerina. Amazing! The look of the hotel from the outside, night and day. Nice to have a lovely walk around the hotel.
Cons: Food. Bad quality. Sometimes very loud place (we are a family with a baby): Karaoke night, than music night, than crowded swimming pool, than maid slamming the doors every single day every time while cleaning the rooms. Pillows - horrible! Towels - very very old Kids room - very dirty Far away from walking areas, except the hotel surrounding. The pavement outside the hotel (wherever you go) is not suitable for the strollers, also no shade at all.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent customer service provided by every member of staff from the time of checking in to the last day. Everyone is extremely helpful & pleasant. The cleanliness of the whole complex is exceptional, the pool is great with a pool bar located right next to it . Perfect stay for families and couples . Free parking in front of the complex . Breakfast : can't fault it.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We had a wonderfull stay at Creta Palm Hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone. Good location, across the street from the beach near shops and tavernas. 15 minutes by car from Chania. Room was clean and well mantained. There are two swiming pools at the hotel. Dimitris from the pool bar is great! We would definitely come back to this hotel if we will return to beautiful Crete.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Big spacious room, well equiped kitchenette, big balcony, very clean, lovely pool area, enough parking place and free. Enjoyed the free 15 minutes massage and booked full back massage, highly recommend the Spa. Very close to the beach, just across the road. Good breakfast.
Cons: I would enjoy an espresso machine at a four star hotel for breakfast.

Pros: Breakfast was very good. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
Cons: Room contained some small fluorescent lights which stay on at night and could not be turned off. These lights were disturbing when trying to sleep.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, close to the beach and town. Very friendly staff, great gym, small but nice swimming pool. Very comfortable beds. We had superior family room which was a great combination of two rooms, which was convenient and comfortable for us. Free safe and beach towels and good wi-fi connection. Great choice for breakfast. All in all I would definitely go back to the same place.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: close to the center (5 min walking), in a strategic street good to leave the xity without jam. free park in the street. very good breakfast. Big room, full comfortable.
Cons: There aren’t any sockets next to the bed If you love sleeping in the deep dark, take a mask with you, there just are curtains.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The location was awesome, walking distance to the old port which was AMAZING! The staff were all friendly, but Stella especially was so helpful!
Cons: If I had to chose something, I’d say the furnishings were a little outdated.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The location was great, 10 minutes to the beach and to the harbour. The staff were really helpful and the room was kept clean with new towels and water each day. The breakfast was great, lots of options (which suited my fussy boyfriend!)
Cons: Perhaps the price was slightly too expensive but not too much of an issue
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Staff were brilliant, location just near enough to main strip in Chania.
Cons: Pool area could’ve been better! Parking was a little difficult!
7,1 Good
Pros: The room was fine. The location in Chania was good. Great parking options. Breakfast was nice.
Cons: Water pressure in the shower should most definitely be improved. Very small pool.. not inviting to use it.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The room we stayed in was nicely furnished, had a balcony and was impeccably clean. The room faced the pool (not the busy street), so it was quiet in the room. There's plenty to choose from during breakfast, even greek food. That's definitely a plus for us. The staff was nice and attentive.
7,9 Good
Pros: Every staff member showed outstanding commitment to delivering an excellent service. I was upgraded to a superior room - one that had been recently renovated . The ambience and furnishings of the public areas were modern and bright and immaculately clean. Able to extend the use of a room to stay through the day awaiting a late flight, for a cost of 50.00 euros. Good elevator service to upper floors. Good soundproofing . Excellent comfy beds.
Cons: I had expected a bath in the room but only a shower was available. The new rooms are shower only. The location of the hotel is set away from the pretty part of town with fast traffic and limited access to good restaurants. Better to eat at hotel. Although immaculately presented the rooms seem quite small and dark. Just a continental breakfast is available with the only hot food being eggs. You will be disappointed if you are expecting a slap- up cooked buffet.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Staff were very friendly and the room was perfect.. Good location and within 5 min walking to the Centre of the old Town. Breakfast also had a good selection and they were not strict on the 10 am finish.
Cons: The air conditioning in the room was very poor. Was difficult sleeping at night

Pros: Pool was great. The overall the room was good
Cons: The shower in my room was open plan so water went all over the floor. It was hand held so couldn't have a proper shower.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: very friendly, generous and patient staff! calm, non-touristy area. Bakery, supermarket, ATM and economic tasty restaurant near by.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Simple, but clean and spacious room. Nice pool area. Good quality-price ratio.
Cons: Nothing bad
5,8 Okay
Pros: Pool area decent and quiet
Cons: At a main road, across from which about 400mts is a long pebbly boring sort of beach, with no tavernas and 2 posh boring hotel bars on a half kilometre stretch. The walk out of the hotel toward the small village is very dangerous at night. The walk away from the town in the other direction is easier, with a proper pavement. Also that direction has 2 decent tavernas not far away. My room was too near the main road at the front, even though I'd asked for a quiet room and the hotel had enough space.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: We stayed only for a day. Its was good.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice and comfortable rooms. Calm and clean. Super friendly and helpful staf.
Cons: missed shower holder in bathroom)

Pros: Almost everything was great. At the beach there was a cool old remains of a strange small building which was ideal cover from the sun.
Cons: The conditioner was kinda old and strong and had no sleeping mode, so we did not use it in the night.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Good wifi and great value for money. The room was spacious, very clean and full furnished. Very nice swimming pool and friendly staff.
Cons: Far away from tourists hot spots but still close to beach. Car is essential, which I had.

5,8 Okay
Pros: Nice location easy parking friendly staff
Cons: The place was not cleaned when we checked in, there where hairs all over the place
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The views from the restaurant and balconies of sea, mountains and islands were great. Loved the food. All the staff were friendly and helpful; always got a smile.
Cons: The hill up to the hotel isn't great for older people but if we were in Chania for the evening we always got a taxi to the door so this really isn't a problem.
7,1 Good
Pros: Food was amazing! Please book with breakfast and dinner and you will love the dinner especially! It's an a la carte restaurant and you can choose what you want from the menu. Totally worth the $$ and food is amazing :) Staff is super friendly and never said 'this is not possible'.
Cons: It's far away from the city :( you can't really walk to bars and restaurants. Looks like it's near a beach, but it's at the top of a hill which faces a beach. At night there are no lights to go down to the beach for example... Not a really nice area where to walk around either. Rooms are ok, a little on the basic side. Extremely hard to turn on/off the water. The faucets are very old. Small bathroom too.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Proximity to very good beach, staff, balcony
Cons: Our room was a little dull which is easily fixed with some pictures on the wall. Shower was small but generally ok.
6,7 Good
Pros: We needed a one night stay on the way back. This was a good and not expensive choice. Beds were comfy, we slept well.
Cons: Bathroom was pretty small.

Pros: The restaurante.
Cons: The reception is not 24 hours.

Pros: Great breakfast! Family run hotel, Staff were more than accommodating answering all questions we needed, booked our airport taxi, and enquired into buses for us. Quiet area, walking distance from the centre, although could have easily gotten the regular local bus on the main road. Walking distance to beaches. Restaurant downstairs was very nice food.
Cons: Shower was a bit dated but I believe the hotel is having renovation work done in the near future.

Pros: Location was good. Staff were friendly.
Cons: The air conditioning didn't work until the 4th night out of 5 nights.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: -ALL staff were amazing so friendly and helpful -hotel and its areas were all kept clean -location-close to beaches/restaurants/bus stop -fast wifi -nice swimming pool -complimentary gift when we were leaving
Cons: - dark room in the basement - shower is really small and short curtain doesnt help, as everytime after taking shower we had a small swimming pool in the bathroom
7,1 Good
Pros: We loved the location, outside of the busy city but close enough that everything was easy to get to by rental car or bus. The restaurants around the hotel are all delicious, the staff were very accommodating, the room had a little kitchenette which was good for preparing small meals, and it was very cheap, price-wise, which was nice for our small budget.
Cons: The pool was super cold (no jacuzzi), the beaches near the hotel are not great (wouldn't even recommend wasting your time going), the shower was SO unbelievable small and didn't have anything to seperate it from the rest of the bathroom so it got water everywhere.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Nice place, friendly staff, excellent location.
Cons: I reccomend that u should write on booking if the ecomony studios are semi-besiment or not. We were quite disappointed when we saw the room
8,8 Excellent
Pros: silence and clean
7,9 Good
Pros: Helpful staff, clean, close to four beaches and nice restaurants, nice pool area.
Cons: The studio we got didn’t have a terrace so we changed to an apartment instead, with a balcony. The studios are all in semi-basement and some of them has chairs outside the front door. Added a couple of pictures of this.
7,5 Good
Pros: Location is great. Close walk to 3 beaches. Lots of tavernas and shops. Very good cleaning service. Polite afternoon receptionist. Tasty breakfast.
Cons: Beds were too hard and street noise very late at night and early morning( buses bringing tourists, rubbish collection, general traffic).
5,8 Okay
Pros: Good location, spacious room, good breakfast
Cons: Asked for a double bed and got two single beds positioned next to each other with a wooden lip between them so there was an uncomfy gap. The shower curtain was short and so a lot of water was splashing out and was flooding the bathroom floor. The shower gel and shampoo had unpleasantly strong smell. It was very cold in the room and the A/C was only in the kitchen/living room, not in the bedroom. Not a great soundproofing of individual rooms - we could hear next door neighbors talking and watching a TV
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Nice and friendly staff, except for little maybe misunderstandings (slow email communication prior to our arrival, compensated by offering apartment instead of studio upon arrival, not easy communication with breakfast staff once there were no baked rolls at 9:30 am but breakfast continues till 10:00), all of that compensated with really nice cleaning ladies (I did not expect them doing my dishes and fell ashamed for letting it on them!) and very nice barman who always made my little daughter feel nice and special. Apart from that: great pool welcoming all its guests, good beakfast, good facilities - we enjoyed and would probably like to come again!
Cons: The room was clean but a bit old - some "corners" esp.in bathroom were a bit not nice. Kitchen was very basic, with only 2 heating places (one of them very little and not functioning, with no appropriate cooking pot), only 2 cooking pots (both very small), some other basic kitchen utensils missing. Being there just for 1 week I decided I didnt mind and went to eat outside, if longer stay, I recommend to ask reception in advance. Last two nights, birtday or some other parties were held in the bar space (and unfortunately not mine, though it was my birthday too! :-)), very noisy till about midnight. As being always tired after a long sunny day, we did not mind that much, except for the last night - we wanted to sleep soon as we planned to get up really early because of packing and leaving to the airport. I did not like shower either with too short curtain - the bathroom happened to be a pool after every shower.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Very good breakfast. Helpful staff. Comfortable rooms

Pros: It’s overall a decent property. The food was amazing!
Cons: The desk staff seems hassled when you ask them for help. Even just for towels. We got a private pool and the tiles were missing. Somewhat worn down-also pool closes at 8pm which is somewhat frustrating especially because I paid extra for private pool access and we were out on beach tours for the day. By the time we got back, we ate dinner and to have a drink and go in the pools, they were closed.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Interesting concept of hotel facilities spread around numerous buildings & beach access
7,1 Good
Pros: The place is good and the view is fantastic close to the market and the restaurants and the staff are outstanding in dealing
Cons: Needs attention to clean room
7,5 Good
Pros: Very friendly staff, lots of choice ith the buffet food
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Friendly helpful staff, upgraded to all inclusive which was good value . Excellent choice of foods at the restaurant and also had a meal at the Italian , Chinese within the complex which was really good. Probably not the best location as the main shops , restaurants which were on the main strip below the hotel were a bit limited for choice and it was very busy with traffic.
Cons: Probably not a good choice for the elderly or people who struggle with walking as there are a few hills and stairs to climb although transport was available
7,1 Good
Pros: Staffs are nice and hard workers. Cocktails and wines are good. Mini car service that goes to the beach and back to the main hotel 24/7
Cons: No sign or welcome note how to get to the reception (main building) when we arrived. Two threadmills in the gym was hard to operate. No entertainment in the beach (visited in October) but there's a live music once a week in the main building. Would be nice to put some nice and romantic lightings in the beach since the hotels theme is for couple.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The staff were excellent from reception to restaurant even the cleaners all went above and beyond. The operations managers Sofia and Zambia were amazing, so helpful and friendly. The food was very good too. Location was good and with parking for rental vehicles. The private beach to the hotel was good. Excellent holiday
Cons: The toilets at the beach, pool were not clean, they could have been cleaned more often as they were being used regularly

7,9 Good
Pros: It’s Close to nice beaches And Chania which is a very vibrant town— really worth visiting! It had several pools And lounging space, So you Could Find some quiet room. Has Amazing sea view. We had a room with huge Windows overlooking the sea.
Cons: Breakfast And dinner its rather crowded And it Felt like a competition to get your food, sit, eat. Cleaners are running frentically around to pick up the used plates. It’s a bit mad. Tables are very Close one to the other. No AC/ or too Little Machines in the eating area so it’s pretty hot. You can’t really have a relaxed quiet dinner here. ITS very busy And Sometimes there is Even a line you have to wait in to go inside the restaurant.. I did not feel 5 star service And hotel. It’s an ok 4 star hotel, a tad busy for their common Spaces, where everyone has to eat in the same room for example. Same with long Lines to get a drink. Not the usual cozy relaxed vibe you get at a 5 star hotel.
