Pros: Helpful staff, buffet breakfast very good. Soundproofing good. Location handy to town & train/bus station
Cons: Room & bathroom were small but that wasn’t a problem, except that it did get stuffy & airconditioning had not yet been activated at the end of May. Therefore to have a window open meant street noise & mosquitos

Pros: The staff were friendly
Cons: Very small room!
6,7 Good
Pros: Good selection at breakfast, and a comfortable bed-also very friendly staff.
Cons: The place feels a bit tired and rundown, could do with an upgrade.

6,7 Good
Pros: It was pleasant
Cons: We’ve stayed before and staff was lovely, on this occasion the 23 rd February a Saturday afternoon at 5 the lady on reception was not welcoming at all and quite frankly not interested in being helpful. This morning we went to checkout and a different lady was there and she was lovely.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Very comfy bed, very clean, very close to Florida club where we were going to see a concert
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable.

Première Classe Agen - Agen - Building
7,2 Good (903 reviews)
Overview Reviews
With a stay at Première Classe Agen in Agen, you'll be a 5-minute walk from Parc des Expositions and within a 5-minute drive of Stade Armandie. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby and multilingual staff. Free self parking is available onsite.
3,3 Mediocre
Pros: Bed was comfortable, coffee was good
Cons: This is a cheap hotel in a horribly uninteresting part of Agen. When we arrived, by bike, our reservation code didn't work in the automatic check-in, there was no answer to the phone number, we had no alternative but to go back into town with heavily laden bikes and return at 5 pm. The receptionist was completely unapologetic about the useless code. The room smelt of cigarette smoke, there were strange stains on the wall, the TV didn't work, the shower tray flooded the bathroom, and the toilet was positioned so high that your feet didn't reach the ground. Breakfast was so badly organised that we were forced to queue into the car park.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Brilliant room as wife is disabled perfect for manoeuvre ing ,shower room good
Cons: There were no outside blinds to windows but not a problem the breakfast was very poor ,not worth bothering with
7,9 Good
Pros: The all-you-can-eat buffet breakfast selection is standard fare - adequate, but nothing special - if you've stayed at a Première Classe before, you'll know what to expect. It'll set you up for the day
Cons: I've stayed at a Première Classe before, in Toulouse. Like that one, it's fine as a base to go touring in the area, or if just passing through. The location in Agen is somewhat bleak, on a fairly deserted commercial and light industrial estate on the edge of town, which means dining options are either the adjacent Campanile hotel's restaurant, or a drive (McDonald's and 'Le Dynastie' Asian restaurant, both 5 mins)
7,1 Good
Cons: Leaking sink and dirty bedsheet
3,8 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing. It was depressing, horrible decor, creased curtains. The outside areas were filthy. Advertised on the site as 25€ awe ended up paying 55. Used it as a quick overnight whilst travelling. Would not return.
Cons: As above, very poor!
7,5 Good
Pros: Good for location and price as well as having air conditioning with clean facilities all round though the room is 'bijou'. Ticked all the boxes for an overnight stopover as it's close to motorway and easy to find and price is good compared to what's available in the area.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness of room overall was very good and a comfortable bed. Ideal for our purposes and near to KFC and other outlets for food.
Cons: Not much to be honest except maybe one hand towel in the room would be handy, otherwise no complaints.
6,3 Good
Pros: It was adequate, you get what you pay for
Cons: Slightly cramped rooms
Overview Reviews
Located in Laplume, Chateau de Lassalle is within a 15-minute drive of Saint Genevieve Church and Place Andre Routier. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, multilingual staff, and luggage storage. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
5,3 Okay
Pros: Located in a beautiful countryside Chateau Lassalle is a good place to relax. It is charming in a 'shabby chic' way. However, it is quite isolated and one depends on the hotel for breakfast and dinner. It is not the best for visiting Agen and other sites.
Cons: The breakfast and especially dinner are overpriced. We would not recommend it as a place to stay for city trips.
4,7 Okay
Pros: We were the only guests for dinner but were very well looked after by the Head Waiter.
7,0 Good
Pros: The staff were so kind and helpful. We had our dog with us and this proved to be no problem at all. What a treat to find a nice hotel in France!
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The suite was beautiful. The setting was lovely and we had a wonderful meal in the garden- the staff were friendly and looked after us well.
Cons: The chairs in the breakfast room were not brilliant for my husband who was suffering with a bad back.

Pros: Large, comfortable room with a good bed. Garage to store two bicycles. Convenient to town centre.
Cons: There was an extra charge to store the bikes in the garage - the only one on our trip from Bordeaux to Toulouse.
7,5 Good
Cons: The size and charm of the rooms, at the same price, varies a lot. Request the largest room for the price.
7,1 Good
Pros: The room was basic but large enough to accommodate us (a family of four). It wasn't 4 star but then again the price tag wasn't 4 star. Hotel staff were helpful and cheerful. Great for what we wanted.

7,1 Good
Pros: Good location for motorway stopover. Dog friendly , large wet room and good price Secure car parking
Cons: Breakfast was very poor Very little choice no ham or any meats Wouldn’t bother with breakfast again
5,0 Okay
Pros: Even though we asked for a quiet room since we were very tired, they gave us a room on the ground floor next to the main entrance, where all deliveries are made, we were awakened by a large truck next to our window loading and unloading laundry . Very noisy!!! not a nice way to wake up.
Cons: the location of our room, ground floor next to the main entrance, in fact I suggest that room not be rented out is way to noisy with people talking by the entrance at night and laundry deliveries before 6 am
4,2 Okay
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
9,2 Excellent
Pros: I've stayed here before and thought it was a lovely building .. probably higher than a budget class... I guess the lack of a lift effects the rating. Nice big bathroom compared to most budget. Bar and large eating area, evening meal and breakfast are available, nice little garden area too. Right next to the autoroute and with a big Géant mall nearby. Can't fault anything.
Cons: Well it has no lift ... No big deal as there are only two floors. The guy on reception was polite but not personable. I saw women on reception who seemed very nice. I thought it was odd that a guy got me out of bed to answer the door at 8:44am to see if the room was empty yet. Didn't appreciate that. Why not give us a piece of card to hang on the door when we've left?
6,3 Good
Pros: Close to motorway for overnight stop.
Cons: Restaurant closed. Noisy both late (22.00) and early (7.15).
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Very good location for stop-over, close to A62 autoroute, easy to find. Comfortable room, good breakfast. Lovely, helpful staff.
Cons: Nothing.
7,9 Good
Pros: Perfect overnight stay enroute to South of France
4,6 Okay
Pros: The food was OK. And the waiter very good.
Cons: Now I know it's a budget hotel but the price doesn't reflect this. The passage way really smelt I said I understand it's a budget hotel but I've paid the same for proper ibis..also motorway at the back of the hotel. Airton really noisy. Didn't get much sleep breakfast was also poor..
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Nice little bar, nice restaurant, very close to the motorway exit
Cons: Could do with a few paint touch ups
