Adelaide hotels near Lion Arts Centre

Pros: Rooms were well appointed and Special mention to “Ricky” at the front desk, he was extremely friendly, helpful and an all round great guy, he was a great host and is an asset to the hotel.

Cons: Nothing, everything exceeded my expectations.

Cons: Small tv in the bedroom, bed very hard, room service very limited

Cons: Due to Covid not many food options were available unfortunately and what I did have was very average. The location is great for convenience but the rooms facing North Terrace are a bit noisy due to the trams.

Pros: The staff, the location, the overall hotel is a wonderful place to stay.

Pros: Loft bedroom, quality fittings and furniture. Staff were great over the phone and on site We were able to drop bags off a day earlier and find them in our room when we checked in next day

Cons: The overhead shower dripped when using the hand held so your hair got wet, no toothpaste or brushes.

Pros: I made a last minute booking due to change of travel plans and everything from booking to check in / check out process was simple and easy. The staff onsite is fabulous and went above and beyond. Central location if you like the city rumble and are ok with using public transport / ride share options or happy to walk (pretty much all of the CBD is walking distance anyway). Parking is available at external car park (for a fee) which is compare to rideshare / public transport on the more expensive side but also legit as it is the same in all big cities so no surprise there. Wishing the team all the best and will definitely consider if in need of accommodation in Adelaide again.

Cons: There were two weddings so we could access any of the food or drink areas.

Cons: We had to leave early in the morning, rang for the car to be ready. Paid for accomodation got to the car were my husband was waiting and we though someone might have been there with the keys. I went back in asked for the keys and they said they needed the receipt so out to my husband to get the receipt, walked back in No this wasn't the receipt it was the one that they had given when taking the car, well they didn't tell us this. Went to head out and another gentle men sorted it out for me. Just frustrating in and out. The first gentlemen said have you got your car I stated yes that is when maybe he should have said you will need your receipt for your car to get your keys. We did wait 30 minutes to get 4 drinks. The was a little frustrating as we had to be somewhere else at a certain time.

Pros: Our room was very well maintained and beautifully styled. Excellent service from staff.

Cons: The walls weren’t soundproof so we were privy to some weird sounds from our neighbours.

Pros: We have stayed here before and loved it so decided to stay again for our anniversary. Our room was so lovely and had some strawberries. Staff looked after us very well. We will be back for sure as we appreciate the kindness

Cons: Decor and general upkeep is not so good. Feels a bit like a place to go on a seedy weekend. Also had to pay, _pay_ for internet after 3 days.

Pros: The location and friendly staff. The French guy at the door was truly excellent! Full of knowledge about the area and super friendly.

Cons: Couldn't reach reception when calling to find out about wifi. No access. Also issue with valet parking, disabled our handbrake but didn't advise. Found out when we got into our car to leave. Valet supervisor very helpful and apologetic while getting it fixed.

Pros: Ben on reception couldn't have been more helpful. The general feel of the hotel was pleasant. Good quality room. I liked the cleaning label for under the furniture.

Cons: No room service meals available at 1 am except jaffles - a bit ordinary. A pizza as indicated on the menu would have been nice.
