Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing public transport. Many found the staff to be friendly and helpful, and several guests appreciated the comfortable beds. However, noise from the street and other rooms was a frequent complaint, particularly for rooms facing the laneway or on lower floors. Cleanliness was also a concern for some, with mentions of mould and dust in bathrooms and rooms. Overall, the hotel was considered a good value for its location and service, though improvements in noise insulation and cleanliness would enhance the experience.
