Cons: the site was advertised as an apartment when in fact it was just an ordinary motel room. I expected to be able to cook a meal but had to use frozen meals from the MV. Parking was difficult and not adequate resulting in having to park in the street. There were no windows in the bathroom resulting in inadequate ventilation.

Cons: My safe broke down with my valuables inside it - safe battery was running out. It was sorted but only just, as staff were about to go off duty for tonight. That was a little scary! Also there is no toilet to use if you are leaving luggage for the day and want to get changed before going to airport. However I understand this is part of the minimalism.

This was disappointing - as I had anticipated on using this service

Cons: Unfortunately there was nothing at breakfast for my wife as she can't eat wheat products. Even though the rooms are non-smoking, people were smoking on the balconies and the smoke seeped into our room.

Cons: "Breakfast included" was not clearly specified as a basic continental one in your room. No choice of cereal just cornflakes. White bread only - brown provided on request. Only one shampoo and conditioner tube and two soaps between the two of us for four nights. No replacement supplies. Hairdryer was a wall mounted one but found it in drawer - very awkward to use therefore. On third day we had do not disturb on at 10am as we had late night the night before. Room was not cleaned that day as a result and supplies of breakfast not provided and i had to ask the cleaning staff for shampoo. Had to beg for breakfast in reception and staff on duty was very rude. Her afternoon replacement was wonderful though and went the extra mile to help us out.

Pros: Very close to where I needed to go. Staff very friendly. One of our cars broke down and we had to leave the car in the secure Carpark after 10am for a short period of time. This was no problem for the staff. The rooms were clean and had everything that we needed
Cons: There was nothing I didn't like. The only thing was the tea bags were prone to break and the tea leaves went into the cup. It took awhile to work out how to get out of the carpark

Cons: Extremely noisy people using the motel all night, no bowls in the room for breakfast, not told pool would be closed, people laying around the motel drinking alcohol from 8am, no conversation from staff when returning room key

Cons: The rooms need attention. Our room smelt like smoke and the air conditioner leaked, so we had to be moved. Gratefully we were. I would have, however, been happier with my money back and leaving. Very overpriced for what we got.

Cons: Room by reception, could be noisy. Carpet in 41 could do with clean, my feet were black! Not all guests left bathroom clean, signage maybe? My arrival not the best, no access to room available as reception not manned 24/7.
