Pros:Picked us up at the airport and drove us to the rental car pickup right on time. Car was basically brand new and super clean. Staff was friendly. They drove us back to the airport when we dropped the car off. I would totally rent from them again!Reviewed Apr 11 2017

Honest reliable service and a good pricePros:Our car was pretty dinged up with scrapes and even what looked like cigarette burns on the seat. The vehicle had close to 40,000 miles on it. We initially didn't see a rock chip on the windshield because it was raining and we thought we would get hassled about it. We did not. They were honest about the chip being there when we picked up the car. The car ran well, the shuttle service to and from the airport was on-time and friendly and the price point for this vehicle was very good. We would use them again.Reviewed Mar 2 2017

Only open til 7PMPros:NothingCons:They called the morning of my flight to confirm my arrival. Told them I arrive at 6:45PM. They said call and they will pick me up. Flight was 20 min late and I call. No answer, no car. Had to wait in line at Palm Springs airport and rent another vehicle. They did not tell me they close at 7 and it might be iffy on their end. They knew my flight number and scheduled arrival time. Flight landed at 7:05PM and they did not care. They went home. DO NOT RECOMMENDReviewed Jan 20 2017
