8,8 Excellent
Pros: Nice lady in the reception, helped us with the parking in a backyard across the street. Clean room. Comfortable beds. Nice walk to the town center through a park.
Cons: When we arrived to breakfast just before 8 o'clock, there was just one tiny slice of cheese, two liver-sausages and some brawn left to the bread. However an immense choise of preserved vegetables and some yoghurt. The bread was on the reception desk in the adjacent room, no rolls or sponge-cake left only bread to cut. When asking for more the staff had no time, they were busy asking all the newly arrived guests about coffee, tea and eggs (glad that we got our coffee and tea in time and soon could leave the mess in "Fawlty Towers").
7,9 Good
Pros: Very Good breakfast. Living room ambience at breakfast.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: I booked this hotel for attending a conference up the road - it was much better value for money than the other hotels in the city centre although the centre is walkable from here. The room i was staying in has recently undergone a functional modernisation (epitomized by the clothes cupboard that had no door) and the result is a comfortable & clean room with just enough space to sleep & shower. Breakfast is handled by the proprietors greeting you with offerings of hot and cold drinks + an egg (should you so want it). Otherwise it is a pretty decent spread of cold continental.
Cons: My only gripe - the windows in my room at the front of the hotel do nothing to mitigate the sounds of the streets below so i had to put with with being woken at 5 am as chugging diesels await a traffic light change at the end of the street.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Well cared for hotel with friendly owners and a sense of style. An excellent breakfast, parking as promised and a most comfortable bed.
Cons: Alas, in the hot weather, our small front-facing double room (Nr21) remained exceedingly hot despite the room's fan and, in the night, street noise (emergency vehicles) and above all a party opposite and people talking loudly and shouting around on the pavement meant that we hardly slept. A great pity as this hotel is excellently run. The hotel was also a fair walk from the city centre.
8,0 Excellent
Cons: Reception closes very early each day.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: very nice hotel and very nice staffs
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Exceptional atmosphere provided by the owners, very comfortable single room, delicious breakfast, short-walk distance from the Eurogress.
Cons: Nothing to say :)
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Excellent hotel run by a wonderful family. Breakfast is fantastic and just a 15 mins stroll from the centre. The beds and rooms were clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.
Cons: Can be noisy if windows in the room are left open for fresh air.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very convenient, comfortable, kind hospitality. Will call again.

9,6 Excellent
Pros: Very nice, quiet and clean hotel in the center of Aachen. Grat staff, perfect location.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Very pleasant central hotel and good value for money
7,9 Good
Pros: location was perfect for seeing the sights of Aachen. breakfast was good. staff friendly and accommodating. lots of restaurants nearby.
Cons: not easy to find, even with GPS because of pedestrian areas. rooms a bit dated and had to be kept dark because of sun and heat. bedroom a bit noisy at night because of restaurants, bars in area.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic position on the main square. Lovely large bedrooms and good bathroom. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was enjoyable.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: We enjoyed being right in the middle of the town with a spectacular view of the roof of the old town hall. Staff at this small hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast. Quirky lift!
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect! The reception very friendly, good breakfast with nice service. The room had everything we need, not very big. Small bathroom but good shower. The bed was small
Cons: There is no place to store your bike for the night in a save place. That felt not good but everything turned out good, they were still there the following morning
9,2 Excellent
Cons: Very nice place, right in the city center. Confortable and spacious rooms and helpful staff.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was just right. Claudia and her alternate host/cook were not only delightfully friendly and welcoming; they also did a terrific job of making eggs and coffees to personal order.
Cons: The only shortcoming in the face of the record heat wave was the lack of air conditioning. Temperatures of 40 C or more couldn't have been anticipated. Therefore, I wasn't expecting air conditioning, but being in a room on the top floor eventually led to the room temperature building to 32 C by the end of the heat wave. Fortunately, I checked in 3 days before the heat wave started to build, so I experienced the hotel when the temperatures were quite pleasant. If it weren't for the high heat, I would give the hotel top ratings in every area.

Pros: Good hotel with parking. Novotel level. My kid's loved the complimentary ice cream from the front desk. Thank you very much. Breakfast is good.
Cons: The location is ok, 10 minutes walk from the central plaza, but the street in front of hotel is dirty with a lot of homeless, beggars and junkies. It is not hotel's issue, but it is not comfortable to walk out of the hotel in the evening time.

Cons: Nothing I could think of

Pros: Always friendly and helpful staff
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Location great. Breakfast good, the beds were comfortable, the room was clean.
Cons: When you book a 4star hotel and you pay 170€/night you expect to have a free parking place. The water pressure was not as expected, but we can ignore this matter.

Pros: I like the lobby with refreshing drink.
Cons: First room was hot, aircon is not well functioning, I have to close windows because of the noise of the main roads . Second room’s aircon is not cold either... we came in a hot summer day.... I think aircon needs Freon. But for one day is good enough.

Pros: Everything especially the helpful & friendly staff.
Cons: Nothing
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is excellent value for money!! The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The parking area was also good with enough space for parking bigger car. The staff was very professional! We also like the swimming pool.
Cons: It’s just a recommendation - it will be good if a cattle for warm water is available in the room. As the hotel is not in the city Center it would be good if parking is free of charge but it’s not major amount. As a whole real value for money
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Everything was wonderful.
7,5 Good
Pros: Helpful polite staff. Private balcony to the room. Car park availability. Swimming pool small but practical (long working hours).
Cons: No cutlery etc in the kitchenette. Very limited TV channels. The hotel appears understaffed especially cleaning staff.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: staff were nice and friendly.
Cons: The whole night we had a strange soumd from our bathroom. The room did not have the quality of 4star hotels at all.
7,1 Good
Pros: Room was more than I expected. People on reception are very nice and always ready to help.
Cons: Wellness area is not organized good. Menu in restaurant is poor. I don't know why did we pay 12e per night for dog when we didn't have even plate for dog food, not talking about something more.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: We always come back to this hotel and we have recommended it for many friends. There is nothing really to pick on, except maybe the slightly overpriced breakfast( we sometimes got good deals) or the higher price when booked last minute. + the pool
Cons: That we couldn’t stay longer.

8,3 Excellent
Pros: Stayed for an overnight on the wa home and this Hotel was very convenient for the motorway. Reasonably large clean room.
Cons: Souds churlish, But I'd rather they'd ask if we would like an English language menu rather than assuming. I know they are just trying to be helpful but after more than 20 years of visiting Germany My undrstanding of the menu is often better than their translations.

Pros: Ticked all boxes, wifi was excellent (although apparently room location is a factor in this), an excellent place to say which focused on getting the basics right. Location wise, it was quick into town, right next to a bus station so easy to get to other areas of Aachen. Also close by to Carolus Thermen, the thermal baths & saunas which are well worth a visit! It has also clearly has been renovated recently which was nice.
Cons: No food option in the evening, one or two bar snacks (beyond peanuts) would have been nice. However there are many many options for food nearby so this is only a mild issue if you're lazy like me.

9,6 Excellent
Pros: Easy to access from motorway, 24h super friendly staff and clean and good accommodation overall
Cons: Need to pay for parking
7,5 Good
Cons: It is the only Hotel that I have stayed in that asks you for an extra 6 euros ( daily) to park your car in their grounds. Because I complained the Hotel Receptionist went on the offensive and was quite abrupt with a take it or leave it attitude. Of course I had no alternative but to take it. Hotel situated in a commercial area on a main road.
5,4 Okay
Cons: Limited on food within the hotel food not great in the restaurant for the money you pay. I Wouldn't recommend this hotel for travellers its to far out from the old town. The hotel is more for business travellers.

8,0 Excellent
Pros: All time check in option
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Location - just off the main motorway. Tea & coffee in room. Easy parking
Cons: The restaurant was closed Saturday & Sunday. The reason for booking here was that it had a restaurant. The only food outlets available in wallking distance were Dominos pizza, Subway & Burgar King
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect for us as we were visiting the Chio Horse arena which is only a short walk away. The hotel was an easy 10 min taxi drive from the railway station. The room was comfortable with excellent beds and hot shower. All was clean as you would expect. The staff were friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help. The breakfast was extensive with lovely healthy options of fresh fruit, etc and the evening meal in the restaurant was good.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, happy staff, perfect location minute from motorway, also good price. Thank you
Cons: All good.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: I had a quiet room at the back of the hotel and slept well. Had a nice meal in the restaurant,
Cons: I was a bit worried at first because there was a connecting door to the room next to mine and I could hear people talking in the room next door. However it went quiet after 11pm and I was not disturbed the following morning.

8,0 Excellent
Pros: Good breakfast. Nice clean rooms.
Cons: Noisy outside on Friday night.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Receptionist was Very helpful and friendly. Rooms were nice and bright and we had a good breakfast
Cons: Nothing
5,4 Okay
Pros: Location of the property is wonderfull
Cons: The hotel staff were not polite enough
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Location - perfect for the cathedral/centre, only a few steps away. Breakfast, and breakfast room - very good., well looked after. Car parking - good that there is that provision, is in a multi-storey across the road Room as expected for a Mercure The cathedral, seat of the Holy Roman Emperors for 600 yrs, is well worth the city centre hassle.
Cons: No fault of the hotel but Aachen traffic something of a challenge especially with bus lanes changing from centre of the roads to the sides, and being used by bikes as well as buses - and taxis. You need self-preservation radar on full alert. The car park takes a little working out. The simplest entry is via a covered gap between shops opposite the hotel, and crossing over the pavement. Once through the gap, after 100 yards, there is a fork in the road, with the car park straight ahead. Take the left fork and immediately the entry to the Mercure part is down a ramp on the right. Ring the bell and announce yrself to hotel reception. The car park is gated so once inside, yr car should be safe. For exit merely draw up to the gate, cross the yellow line, and the gate lifts.
7,9 Good
Pros: Location is top!
Cons: Our room was situated towards the mainstreet, the windows weren't exactly soundproofed, so it got sometimes really noisy at night.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is located very close to the city center, and right next to the shopping street Adalbertstrasse. The staff is nice and polite. Rooms were spotless. I liked the fact that you could ask that your room not be cleaned every day; the hotel would then donate a few euros to some sort of green charity.
Cons: Although the staff was polite, smile once in a while would not hurt.
6,3 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Air condition
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is near historical scenes and shopping centers only a couple of mintes, and there are so many restraunts and shopping. My room is not face to streets, so it is quiet enough in the ninght.
Cons: Non speacial
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful large room with a great view onto the main plaza (see photo). Everything seemed spanking new. Conveniently located for the Alt Stadt and for public transport links to other places. Very welcoming and helpful staff.
Cons: There were great light-reducing electric blinds on the windows of one wall but in our corner room the window on the other wall had no such blind. Did they run out of money when building the hotel? Breakfast buffet as an extra was lovely (fresh, local produce, beautifully prepared) but too expensive for more than one morning, we thought (17 Euros per head).

7,1 Good
Pros: Best Western a reliable chain of hotels but this one was a bit too far out of the city, although admittedly the quieter for it.

6,3 Good
Pros: Needed a tucked away location away from city - this was ideal
Cons: Run by rather grumpy old people. Asked when I would like to have breakfast only to be told - no. Breakfast will be at 0800. So why ask then ? Also room very basic, plain, bare, absolutely no frills. No tea/ coffee facility, cold bare floor tiles. Needs a refresh, updating. However downstairs the restaurant is superb. Shame about the room. Also no staff on premises overnight. No opportunity to pay and get going early in the morning - you have to wait for them to turn up. Real old school unawareness of customer care.
5,0 Okay
Pros: The dinner was fine but expensive for what it was. It was a traditional German dining room and I like the old fashioned style.
Cons: The beds were very uncomfortable and the room was basic. I could not have a bath or shower as climbing on steps and over a toilet is too risky for me. I certainly would not recommend this place for elderly people. The place needs to be renovated. Breakfast buffet was very basic and nothing was kept cool e.g. juice cold meats and milk
7,9 Good
Pros: Room is tidy and clean. Breakfast is good. Staff are friendly
Cons: The mattress is over soft
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Friendly en helpful receipt. I came by bike and the owner, dispite her age, helped me with carrying some of my bags to my room. Nice common terras with rooms. Locked place to park your bike. Knowing I was travelling by bike, they provided even a candy bar upon leaving
Cons: No items.

Cons: The beds were a little on the firm side.
9,6 Excellent

Cons: Did not “dislike” anything. The apartment was simply & adequate. Location is maybe a 10 minute drive from Aachen.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and dinners were excellent.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was nice, staff, rooms, food, location. We really enjoyed it!
8,8 Excellent
Pros: . All produce excellent and well served, coffee hot and all plentiful.
Cons: I would have liked some fruit and yogurt to add to the normal, meat cheese and bread.
7,1 Good
Pros: Restaurant very good if expensive. Room comfortable en suite a little dated. Plenty of parking with petrol station & supermarket, coffee shops etc nearby. Excellent buffet breakfast. Good wi if connection.
Cons: Our room was on 3rd floor, no lift. Not suitable for disabled or elderly. No kettle or tea/coffee making facilities at all, so we had to walk up the road to get a warm drink, and to wait in the morning until we went down for breakfast.

7,9 Good
Pros: The breakfast is nice and the coffee is above the average. The room albeit small but cozy and quiet.
Cons: When I first reserve the hotel, the website let me select the check-in time by myself. In the beginning, due to hard to control traffic issue, I select I don't know. Therefore, I assume that I can arrive anytime on that day. Therefore, I suggest that they should let us know the exact check-in time before we can reserve the hotel.

5,8 Okay
Pros: Receptionist was very helpful! Breakfast was good and diverse!
Cons: Location was terrible! Yes its about 15 min walk from the center but the area is disgusting! Drug addicts and drunk people, we were scared to walk at night and honestly not the comfortable walking there during the day either. Als Parking at the hotel requires above average driving skills
7,5 Good
Pros: Open 24/7. We arrived around midnight and were received by a very nice lady. The breakfast was included and really good.
Cons: The room was too warm. Couldn’t open the window due to the busy street.
7,1 Good
Pros: Decent location and was pretty good value for money with a good buffet breakfast that had a decent amount of options. The staff were friendly and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was at a high standard.
Cons: The Ibis styles is pretty much exactly the same as a regular Ibis hotel apart from the fact the bed is at a quirky angle, the lights are dangling orbs and there's a bit more colour in the décor. There was also no drinks making facilities in the room and the bed was really quite noisy.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast is good. Especially I liked the fact that it was included :)
Cons: Nothing.

4,0 Okay
Pros: Location. Good shower.
Cons: No check in until after 4.00. There was no one to meet us when we arrived we just had to guess where to store our luggage. No kettle or tea and coffee in the room. Had to ask for extra pillows (only one provided) and glasses for water. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable - didn't sleep well at all. Overpriced.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Great value for money.
Cons: I couldn't connect my computer to the wifi.
7,1 Good
Pros: Check in is not until 4 pm,so if you arrive earlier there is no one present. Check in clerk was helpful and friendly. Small bathroom. My clothes closet felt bigger. Bed a bit hard. Towels were also pretty rough. We paid 8 euro pp for breakfast. Not really worth. The hotel is 10 minutes walking to center. Parking garage 500 m from hotel. 12 euro for one night parking.
Cons: The breakfast. No toaster, sourdough bread and some rolls. Too basic for the price. Juice out of a box. No one present at checkout.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Comfy beds, great location, good value for money, chill area
Cons: Very thin walls.
9,2 Excellent
Cons: No cups in the room
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Located near the central train station. May be convenient for some people. Single-Rooms are clean and minimalistic (for me it's a positive side). Breakfast is ok, nothing special, but coffee was quite good.
Cons: No late check-in could be a serious drawback.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Quite good place. Just 5 minutes from the Hbf station. City center can be reach wuth 20 minutes walk. Room is rather small but it is clean and shower functions perfectly. No fridge or kettle in the room but you can drink tea in the lobby. The reception is not 24/7 but you can easily leave your luggage before check-in or after check-out. The beakfast was not very "interesting" but quite fulfilling.
Cons: It is quite noisy plase. The rooms are door to door so you hear your neighbors coming and going. Also the outside road produces lots of noise. For me it was OK but for someone it might be a big issue. Also I was lucky, the weather was not very hot, so I could close the window. Also, I guess it should be rather hot during the sunny days. Breakfast is OK but rather "basic". So if you stay more then couple of days you might want to try nearby cafes just to have some variation.

Overview Reviews
This charming hotel can be found in Aachen. Pets are not allowed at this property.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Perfect place for a weekend break, if you look for a mix of sighseeing and nature. Very friendly and helpfull staff.
Cons: Check-in until 8PM - however, if pre-advised, slighthly later check-in could be accommodated.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything. This is an individual, quirky place to stay. If you want corporate and flash, go somewhere else. I loved this hotel. The location is great. It is in a forest area with walking, running and cycling opportunities. If you motorcycle this is a great place to stay. It has an off road parking area hedged from the road. The staff were brilliant. They were welcoming, friendly, helpful and eager to please. This is a very clean hotel. The restaurant food was large portions and very tasty. I loved it. This has to be Aachen's best kept secret.
Cons: The only thing I'd have liked would have been tea and coffee making option in the room. I'm aware that this is an expectation of us from the UK and not a requirement of those from Europe, so it's no big thing.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: This is a great place to stay if you want to be close to Aachen but not in the city. There is a ton for kids to do, the restaurant is lovely, and they have their own beer garden. We would stay again if in the area!
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Very helpful and friendly staff, a simple no fuss hotel that served a traditional meat and cheese breakfast, Simple bus ride into Aachen. Restaurant food again basic but quite acceptable. I wuld stay again.
Cons: One sachet of shower gel that was meant to last two nights apparently also bins were not emptied.
7,5 Good
Pros: Very much a local, but good food and pleasant staff
Cons: All good
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very welcoming lovely atmosphere great staff and food was delicious.
4,2 Okay
Pros: - Breakfast was alright but not brilliant: I literally ate every single thing they offered, so I would not call it generous.
Cons: The sound proofing of the rooms is terrible, you can really hear everything your neighbours do or say. If then some other guests arrive at 1am and make a racket, well, there goes your quite day in the woods...
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, food in the restaurant was excellent and good value. This was our second stay here and will be back again.
Cons: Bathroom mirror to high for me (I’m 5ft 4 inches so not tiny) and hair dryer cord to short to reach mirror in the room.
7,1 Good
Pros: Location was great!
Cons: Hotel is a little too basic for this price.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, excellent local food and good value for money. Can recommend if you are staying in the Aachen area!

Pullman Aachen Quellenhof - Aachen - Building

8,1 Excellent (3 134 reviews)

Overview Reviews
Beyond the lush landscaping, behind the elegant neoclassical-inspired facade, you'll find a thoroughly modern hotel catering to the needs of the business traveller. Within easy reach of the Netherlands and Belgium and adjacent to the Eurogress conventionc entre, the Pullman Aachen Quellenhof is a top pick for meetings and conferences.
7,9 Good
Pros: Location, Elephant Bar and pool
Cons: Breakfast and breakfast staff, poor value and poor service
8,8 Excellent
Pros: It's very close to Aachen town centre, in a leafy avenue. Hotel staff were very helpful and the breakfast delicious. The room was spacious, even with the extra child bed. The swimming pool's lovely, if one likes cooler water, but hard to find at first.
Cons: The double bed was so soft, that when we sat on it, we sank into it. I could not even roll over to sleep on my stomach and it made my back ache even after lying down for a couple of minutes. I slept on the floor on a blanket and the duvet folded in half, which was much more comfortable. The air-con wasn't very efficient, but we didn't have a very expensive room.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: very nice swimming pool
Cons: nothing
7,9 Good
Pros: Well located, quiet park setting, large rooms.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: the classic look and feel of the hotel. It was like a classic car, beautiful but not that useful
Cons: leaking shower. It flooded the bathroom floor on every occasion. Also the curtains desperately needed washing
6,3 Good
Cons: Not like before anymore I used to be in Quellenhof longtime ago for many times quite a difference .
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Everything was very good and the breakfast in whole very good. Tea variety was amazing. And the service at the omelette stand was superior. The only thing that I would like to complain is the quality of the breakfast coffee as tha for me personally is extremely important. Coffee was of poor quality and/or very weak (tasted like water with slight coffee taste). With the price of the breakfast I would have expected something quite different.
Cons: The room smelled like old cigarrettes when we arrived. However it improved when we opened the window and luckily it was so quiet that we were able to sleep window open.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The location, the room, the restaurant, the building, the bar.
Cons: Not applicable
5,8 Okay
Pros: Good location
Cons: Hotel is tired needs an upgrade
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The service is top. The food is top. We had a lovely time.
Cons: A workout bench in the fitness room would have been nice.

Cons: Place a bit old. No individual plug or light on bed.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: great location near station. good check in and out
Cons: beds could have been better. one group made false emergency evacuation calls one night
1,0 Poor
Cons: Terrible!!! Never again! spend a bit more but stay somewhere else! It smelled bad and looks like the room was cleaned very poorly - even garbage can in toilet was not emptied!!!!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff is helpful and the rooms are clean. All was good.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Generally good prices for Aachen. Very helpful staff and all of them speak very good English. Easy check in procedure.
Cons: Did not like the dynamic pricing at all as one never knows how much it would cost to extend the stay. The trains and vehicle traffic from the street caused a lot of noise almost at all time. This is inescapable even with good windows but maybe planting some more trees next to the street would help. Did not like that the presence of a shared kitchen was not advertised well enough so I found out about it from a roommate 4 days in my stay. There is also a shared washing machine in the cellar.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Good location
Cons: Quality of the bed. Not comfy.

Pros: Easy parking
Cons: Blocked shower cubicle Shower head kept falling off the holder Tiny toilet room Only one pillow per person No do not disturb handles
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Friendly, efficient English-speaking staff. Very clean. Everything worked. Good breakfast. Good central location.
Cons: Could have done with having a comfortable chair in the room. Could hear the traffic on the nearby main road when the window was open but quiet when the window was shut.
7,1 Good
Pros: Free coffe. Clean.
Cons: Not really helpful or nice receptin. You do check in by yourself.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Location, clean rooms
7,5 Good
Pros: I would appreciate a hair dryer. The rest was more than enough for me.
4,6 Okay
Pros: The room itself was quite spacious and had a cool customizable lighting. Breakfast was also good, there were veggies and fruits. Room service people were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: I would not suggest this hotel. Starting with self check-in: the English version of the machine was half English and half German. We failed so many times due to lack of instructions. Secondly, the staff member (in our case, singular) at the counter - extremely inpolite and arrogant. This left us with very bad emotions, a bit of helpfulness and basic politeness wouldn't hurt. Also, we were four people, placed in two double rooms, but we were not allowed to use the second bed as it was "meant for kids under 12 years"! This sounds ridiculous. The double rooms had shower IN the room, which could be super uncomfortable if you travel, for example, with colleagues. And finally, the hotel was situated next to a street with lots of homeless and drug atticts, not to mention the garbage problem that the city has (mice running around restaurant terraces). Overall, this was my worst hotel experience ever (and I travel a lot).
4,6 Okay
Cons: No privacy when you want to take a shower. No iron and hairdryer. Poor breakfast. Rude staff.
7,5 Good
Pros: Nice hotel and near City Centre about 5 m walking
Cons: There were no tea OR coffee' making facilities in the room.
4,2 Okay
Pros: very close to the city center
Cons: the staff was not so friendly. I have asked for the ticket that allow me to pay 9 euro per day for the parking, the guy at reception told me that there was no special card, in the end I have paid the fully amount of 15 euros. Room too small

7,5 Good
Pros: Our room was quiet. Staff (excluding Peter) was OK. Breakfast was OK. Everything was as expected for this level of hotels. It is 15 minutes walking distance from the center of Aachen.
Cons: We arrived after midnight. We were given the code to enter the hotel too late, when we were at airport (in spite of the fact that we asked one day earlier for details about entering the hotel). We had to use emergency call,The available room was substandard and not according the description and pictures on booking, we paid for. It was on the 5th floor, the bed was accessible from one side, small, under roof slab, uncomfortable. We could not sleep all night. Next morning the lady on the reception (very polity) provided for us a proper room, as expected and paid for, but compensation was not offered for unpleasantness. Peter, who was in charge for contacting us, did not apologized.
