Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly appreciate the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing public transport. While some found the staff polite and helpful, others experienced issues with service, such as booking misunderstandings and language barriers. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with some rooms described as tidy and others criticized for insufficient cleaning. Breakfast was generally considered basic but adequate, though some desired more variety. Bed comfort was a common complaint, with several guests finding the beds too hard or narrow. Overall, the hotel is seen as a functional, budget-friendly option with a prime location, but with room for improvement in comfort and service.
