My seat electronics did not work so seat stuck in one position for over tens hours unless cushions ,manually removed and chair shoved into different position. It wasAwful. My back is still hurting. Only the flight attendant to move seat which was near impossible. Ten hours of H. No apologies offered. No compensation. It was unreal. worst flight of my life
On time flights and all services were fine except two of our four bags were lost. We have medical equipment in one and hope they find them soon. Currently, we have received no update or information.
No priority boarding or dedicated checkin for premium economy Plane over heated Terrible food — stale dessert No snacks available Drink glasses minuscule Will avoid Lufthansa flights in future. Literally the worst value ever.
The air hostesses were downright unhelpful. I never had wifi service and no one would help in getting it working. Main complaint by far is how rude some of the stewardesses were.
Cons: "Just the entertainment. Movies could be slightly better not a critic just a suggestion"

Pros: "The crew was very professional in their manner and went the extra mile to make sure the passengers were happy and comfortable. Wine was free and they offered a Baileys with coffee service that was a nice touch."

No birding was given for next trip on same carrier, food was very moderate.
Lost luggage, 2 bags were badly damaged and one of the bags came open.
Pros: "Nothing, the flight was delayed, the plane too small for passengers to store their carry-on luggage, the ground staff did not upload all the luggage and left some behind in Nairobi on the tarmac, the crew lied about the luggage being uploaded. Terrible experience! Kenya Airways is becoming worst and worst."

Cons: "I was catching a flight in Paris to Aberdeen after arriving from Malaga. The time between flights was not enough 55 mins as the gate closed 20 mins before departure and it takes at least 15 minutes from arrival to taxi to the terminal and then get off the plane. I had to change from terminal F to E which was well sign posted but I only made it with 4 minutes to spare"
Cons: "Boarding (by bus) was a total chaos. I had to stand for about 50 minutes, either on the crowded bus or, after climbing with great difficulty three flights of stairs to a high jet-bridge (I am 76), standing there forever with 200 persons waiting to get access to the plane. Totally unacceptable. They started the boarding process early (50 minutes before departure), but passengers were allowed to actually board the plane at the time it was supposed to take off."

Pros: "The gate reps from CDG to MSP were professionals. The cabin crew on the Delta flight were exceptional! This was not my experience in Copenhagen with the Air France staff, they seemed to be self centered and rude."
Cons: "Delta please make excellence a priority in all areas of customer service. Set high standards for staff so customers know that you appreciate them and are ready for business. The world is at the customer's fingertips, let their first choice be Delta. When their are bad days, customers will understand"
