Your so called Muslim meals are not suitable for kids!! There is no such thing as a Muslim meal either. It’s simply called Halal otherwise then everyone else’s meals should be called Christian or Jewish meals etc. Also I requested help with transfer to my last flight which was horrendous because I’m one adult with 4 kids ages 1 to 11 and my eldest has sever learning disability. I nearly missed my flight because our flight landed late and I was struggling to keep my kids safe and together while running for the next flight. Somone should have been there to help with transfer."

After 45 minutes the crew had reached its hours and couldn't complete the flight with no replacement crew in sight. Plane was debarked new flight was rescheduled 4 hours later. Had to go through security a second time after ticket was reissued. This flight was also delayed 45 minutes. Getting to Copenhagen spent an extra 1 and a half in the airport dealing with lost baggage because it seems the 8 hours extra I spent in Frankfurt wasn't enough for them to transfer my bags."

Of course if I wanted to pay extra (would have amounted to $60 for two flights for each passenger) I could have. Representatives at check in in Athens, were indifferent and not very pleasant."

Cons: "Unreliable domestic Lufthansa flights (in Germany) connected to this international one, and the departure time history for this LH400 proved typical for this flight, which ultimately left nearly 2 hours late despite good local weather. An announcement cited technical difficulties with the originally scheduled plane. Several small groups we recognized from embarkation on this LH400 flight filed lost luggage claims, as we did. Uncharacteristically bad planning by LH on food choices left our rows near the front of Economy without a choice of meals: only pasta, tasty though it was, was available. The chicken option was gone. The flight status video program function did not work for anybody near us despite three equipment restarts by the crew."

Some people even had to missed there flights altogether! Lufthansa, from the 4 times I have flown with them always seems to be late with no sense of urgency. Ultimately after arriving in Venice, I get an email that my bags did not make it, yet I was told by the boarding agent that the plane was still loading our bags."

Food was not good, some mysterious meat they called beef stew and veggies with strange texture. We ended up drinking more since the food was bad. The entertainment choices were OK but the equipment was a bit ancient, my husband's screen ( we sat in the front where screen pulled out of the seat) was broken and was held by a duct tape(???!!!) The seats are small, I have flown with other companies on transatlantic flights and their seats are bigger and more comfortable in economy class."

For the price I paid for the seat and his behavior of taking up my spot and the empty spot in between us (he took up 2 chairs because he was laying down to sleep) I was very disappointed and uncomfortable during the flight."

Cons: "I was catching a flight in Paris to Aberdeen after arriving from Malaga. The time between flights was not enough 55 mins as the gate closed 20 mins before departure and it takes at least 15 minutes from arrival to taxi to the terminal and then get off the plane. I had to change from terminal F to E which was well sign posted but I only made it with 4 minutes to spare"

The crew refused to upgrade me even though I had paid for an aisle seat and there were no other aisle seats available for me to move to. I find this service unacceptable. I probably won't be willing to fly BA again as they obviously care more about money than ensuring their customers are comfortable."

If you do not have funds to maintain planes and provide service expected from BA please declare bunkraptcy to avoid deceiving customers of your quality of service build in the past."

The difference in cost was more than paid for by the hidden fees, the quality of service, and the denial of basic human dignities like not having your knees crushed against the seat in front of you, or God forbid--a cup of tap water."

Because we arrived at the airport VERY early (2:30 AM) for a 3:40 PM flight (Eurail scheduling vagaries required this), we checked our bags at 6AM (the earliest possible time) and worried that they had WAY too much time to screw it up, but they didn't, and even if they had, we were going home! Thy did provide a bottle of water for each seat, which was nice. After a late start, we made up some time and landed only a few minutes late."
Cons: "I know it's not entirely the airlines fault, but the boarding process for this flight was byzantine. first, the gate was in the 'basement' of the terminal and you had to show your boarding pass to get into the gate area and then you couldn't leave - and the bathroom was outside the gate area. Then we waited for 25 minutes in line to get on the bus to take us to our aircraft after the 'last call' for boarding announcement was made. When they finally put us on the bus, it was another 10 minutes standing still, packed in like sardines, until the bus actually moved anywhere. I have NO idea where the plane was, but we drove and drove, and drove around the airfield until we finally pulled up at our plane. They had two boarding ramps up, one in the front and one in the back, and just told us that low row number should board from the front and high numbers from the rear, but they didn't tell us what the demarcation was. With seats in row 31, it turned out we were over the wing, pretty much dead center, so it didn't matter. It would have been nice to have a frame of reference though. Aside from that, the food was EH!, the service courteous and efficient, but not friendly, the seats cramped, the no-extra-cost entertainment insipid (except for the audio portion - they provided a huge assortment of tracks by a wide variety of artists in many genres). With my (brought with me) earbuds, I gave up on any video except the flight map and just listened to classical recordings to drown out the screaming babies in the next row and provide a pleasant background for snoozing."

All the reader board said was Condor Flight to Munich-Canceled with no other information provided. The condor website said the flight was on time as scheduled. We roamed around the Seattle airport for over an hour trying to find a Condor booth, apparently they don't have a permanent one. When we finally found a Condor booth I was told, "The good news is the flight isn't cancelled, it's just delayed." It was delayed 18 HOURS to 11:15 the following morning. We were told we would have to exit the airport and go to the Condor ticket booth for more information. I nervously exited the airport, because I knew I couldn't get back in without a ticket. I waited in line for over TWO HOURS to find out the plane was still in Germany! No other information was given. I was told I was going to be provided a hotel along with meal vouchers for dinner and breakfast. I was told to come back by 8:00 a.m. in the morning to get my ticket to Munich. Why? BECAUSE THEY WOULD ONLY BE AT THEIR BOOTH UNTIL 10:00 a.m. I was given a room at Days Inn Tukwilla which is right outside the South Center Mall and was in a very sketchy part of town. I did not feel safe there. The room was dirty, the lights didn't work, the deadbolt didn't work and when I tried to charge my phone the plug fell out of the outlet. Also, the front desk staff had no idea I was coming and did not know anything about meal vouchers. I got up early and arrived at 7:30 a.m. No one from Condor even showed up until 8:15 a.m. I finally got my ticket to Munich which was delayed another THREE HOURS to 2:15 p.m. Again, with no notice. I asked for my connecting flight info because I from Munich I was going to Rome. I was told that someone would be helping me with that once I landed in Germany. I was also told I would be able to file a claim for my meals once in Germany. When I debarked the plane in Germany there was an angry worker hurriedly yelling at us to get on the bus if our connecting flight was with Lufthansa, which mine was. I was not helped with filing a claim at all. I finally arrived in Rome and the airline had lost my luggage. So if you fly with condor expect the first two days of your vacation/travel plans to be ruined and expect three days for your luggage to get sent to you. I will never ever book a flight with Condor again. They ruined the first four days of my 10 day vacation."

I tried on several Austrian Airline flights, to check in online 24 hours before departure. I tried to do this on several different devices, and I clicked every link that would allow me to do this. Each time, I was brought to a blank screen. #2: I and a friend were flying together on Austrian Airlines out of Prague, headed to Vienna and then Sofia, Bulgaria. We got to the ticket counter and Austrian Airlines had changed my friend's flight to a flight leaving Prague 6 hours after mine. They never informed her of this, they sent no email, they did not call her, despite having all her contact information. Her flight had been reserved, confirmed, and paid for in total. But Austrian changed it without letting her know. We waited at the ticket counter for 20 minutes for the ticket agent to hear from his colleague. The agent at the counter was unable to fix this. After 20 minutes the agent informed us that my friend would indeed be able to get back in her original flight plan, so we could travel together. #3: He began assembling the boarding passes and when he asked us if we had any baggage to check, I said yes, and I handed him my credit card. I could not pay online and Austrian Airlines at Prague, does not allow ticket agents to process payments. He told me, in order to get our boarding passes we had to go to another counter and present payment there. So we went to the other counter, I gave that man my credit card, and proceeded to stand there for 20 minutes while he told a colleague on the phone my credit card number not once, not twice, but three times. About seven minutes into this process, watching the clock hands ticking away, fearing we would miss our flight from Vienna to Sofia, I asked him if I could just take the card back and give him cash. He told me "No it's too late". When we got to the gate, we were the last people to get on the shuttle bus taking us to our plane. We barely made our flight, and this is after arriving at the airport more than an hour and a half before our departure. I learned from this experience, that friends do not let friends fly Austrian Airlines. I will pay more money in the future if it means I can avoid flying Austrian Airlines. It is my hope that this review will prevent another traveler from going through what we went through."
