Worst flight I ever had I payed for special seats with underpriced which I never recieved. I will like you to make sure that I am refunded my 134.00 dollars that I paid for the seats that I never received. I am looking forward for Kayak to look into this issue with underpriced because they took my money and never booked the seats for me with the airline.
The lounge staff at reception were inefficient and robotic. Boarding process was chaotic at the gate with no priority for business and first. At arrival into Dubai, no upper deck door . Food option and quality for this flight was awful . Thankfully the bar is always good.
Seats are not as easy to move as you would hope in premium econo Y
We waited over an hour to check our bags in and get boarding passes. We arrived 2 and 1/2 hours before the flight, and it was still very slow. That crew was very friendly and very helpful
Most aspects of the flight were great! The entertainment was mediocre, though, which made such a long flight less enjoyable.

Flight good but it was 30min late taking off. Also don’t like landing then being loaded on bus and driven around the airport like it’s a sightseeing tour.
Lots of water brought around by staff which is very important to stay hydrated on a long flight. There provided swiss chocolate icecream! The attention to detail is obvious. They really want to make their passengers entertained and comfortable.
I would recommend flying SWISS to anyone. Very impressed by the quality of food. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. They arranged a shuttle to help a group of passengers make connecting flights when there was a delay.
overall the flight was good and we were happy they waited for us. However, our luggage didn t make it and this caused us a lot of problems.
The seats had no space at all beyond the knees. The seat in-front literally reclined on your face, very uncomfortable plane. Was nothing like the normal SWISS experience. The food was okay but could be better.
It was unclear that additional passport control was needed before boarding. The seats were cramped and uncomfortable even for small persons. The arm rests were unable to be lifted completely out of the way and the media controls cut-out made them uncomfortable to lean on. One audio channel was not working on one of our seats.
Flight was very full and we had to checkin our carry on. Stuff however promised us that our luggage will be the first one to come out and it did
They rebooked our flight and then canceled our trip halfway through the journey without any explanation. Needed to pay by ourselves for alternative flight options without any help from Swiss.
Not much that I liked. The seating and Space between the seats was very bad for long flights.. very bad for such a prestigious Airline.
Flight was late on arrival. When asked, one of the crew was not helpful with providing us information on if we could meet our transition and would only say to listen to the announcement. We nearly missed our transition because we had to race across the terminals. In addition, our checking bag did not make the transition. After making the report, no calls updating us on status were received. Provided my telephone number, but when I called they said they did not have my number. I still have not received my bag
Entertainment could be better. Choice and variety of movies was not great
Was downgraded from business to economy due to a faulty seat in business class. However when I boarded the plane there were no less than 5 free business class seats. Will never fly Qatar Airways again
Boston to Doha was great but Doha to Dhaka was the worst experience.
Being a QR Platinum member traveling in business class, I expected the staff to be more courteous. Unfortunately, the lady staff was rude attending business class 1K side.
As gold member there is no priority checkin. Meaning you either have to board with your zone or last with business class pax. As economy pax all the baggage bays are filled by the time you arrive
Operated by American Airlines. Very chaotic and the crew was bit rough responding any enquiries. Restricted leg space.. Qatar would have been better

Turkish airlines always is an excellent airline, bottle water, comfort kits were provided. Decent food on board, friendly staffs.

Boarding from Accra was chaotic and disorganized. Otherwise, it was a good flight with good food and customer service
Amazing, great airlines to go in business class. Hospitality is amazing. Food is great and lounge in Istanbul is at another level.

Request for “strict vegan” as in the airlines meal selection was not strictly adhered to. My two travelling partners with their Asian vegetarian meals said that their meals were not Asian.
The plane was crowded, seats narrow, legroom practically nonexistent. The entertainment feature didn't work for my row and nobody was able to/interested in trying to fix it. This was a direct contrast to a very comfortable Lufthansa flight I'd taken from RDU to Frankfurt about a week earlier.
I liked everything excepct the noise of the engine inside de airplane was a little bite higher.

Flight was late and I missed my connecting flight to Dublin. This is not the same Lufthansa I remember, you guys don't care anymore. Hopefully my trips with Swiss Air will much better.
When we were boarding, we needed to go the desk and give the address of our final destination. While giving our address, I was yelled at because the woman at the desk couldn’t understand that I was giving her our US address. I kept giving her our street address and she couldn’t understand and she yelled “listen lady, I need your address. Just write it down!” I wrote down exactly what I had been telling her.
Boing 747-8’s are showing their age. The seat back screens are somewhat unresponsive. Even putting the seat “in its original and upright position” required assistance from the guy behind me-after I helped the lady in front of me! I left a ball cap on board. I’ll be flying back in four weeks. I wonder if Lufthansa has a list a found for that kind of stuff in Frankfurt?
No internet for most of the flight. Very narrow seats. Food was bad. Flight was nearly an hour late with perfect weather, crew offered no explanation or compensation.
It departed late from Frankfurt. It was diverted to Toronto because of the storm. Stayed in the plane for 4 hours hoping to make it back to Newark on the same aircraft. After finally getting off the plane, it took another six hours at the airport to get the luggage and get a hotel room nearby. Still don’t know when I am flying back to my destination.
Handling of baggage. We had a two hour delay and they still did not get baggage on flight
