Could have used more leg room for “business class” which is basically coach with a middle seat blocked. Crew was friendly, attentive. Zero entertainment.

BA code for a Vueling flight. All god but the temperature in the plane (too hot when engine not running but otherwise ok)

Food options limited and quality wasn’t very good. I was I was in premium economy and the people in front of me pushed their seats back to fully reclined position which made it difficult for me. My seat wouldn’t recline at all. I suggest that BA restrict the recliner more. Also, the audio in my headset didn’t work unless I held it in all the time. Entertainment choices were good. Customer services is excellent. Thank you to BA team.

The luggage problem I previously mentioned was actually this flight

Late. And service was very slow - passengers sat for well over an hour with dirty trays etc surrounding them

Getting the boarding passes between the BA and AA apps was very clunky.

The flight was okay, but legroom was tight for me and I’m only average height, although at 30” legroom is comparable with most other airlines. Not much room in the aisle either making the trek to and from the toilet difficult with passengers standing in the aisle. On the whole, it’s probably on a par with budget airlines and the ticket process extremely competitive.

First off it wasn’t a BA plane anyway and it was quite an old plane with worn out seats and quite dirty in place. We were randomly give a small piece of banana cake and no water or drinks until about 2.5 hours into the flight when we bought a cup of tea. The cups were only filled half way and we asked for a bit more water but they didn’t have anymore. Not a great flight and happy it’s only 4 hours
