Pros: "The seat was comfort, good attention, flight on timing 😇"
Cons: "In several times the plane went down and up, and I think the pilot had no experience or it was the first time flying"
Pros: "Plane was new"
Cons: "Airport is a disaster. It is a single gate, bamboo-walled open air space with about half the seating necessary for a flight. Latam charges almost $2 even for a cup of “coffee” that is really just hot water, powdered Nescafé and powdered milk! It hardly seems worth the effort and really slows down service."
Pros: "The crew that flew us there was great"
Cons: "they overbooked the flights and the way they communicated it to passengers was a complete disaster. I was able to board and travel but I had to sneak out of the actual line and show my visa appointment receipt to a latam staff person. It was very hard to talk to the staff most of them were just screaming "go to the line" and were not really keen to listening to what passengers had to say. I found a latam person that wasn't really dealing with this situation and managed to get him to talk to other latam staff about my visa appointment. It was pretty stressful for me to have to deal with the possibility of missing such an important event without a good reason."
Cons: "I traveled with LATAM from USA to Lima however from Lim to Cusco was terrible. I was told st check in that there were no more seats left on the flight. I was told it’s legal for them to sell more tickets than seats and there is nothing they could do but place me in the next available in flight ~4hrs"
Pros: "Nice space in the aircraft and the crew was really nice too."
Cons: "The delay was very tiring."
Pros: "Seats were acceptable. Crew was competent and prompt."
Cons: "Boarding was adjacent to C04 with the Aerolineas flight leaving 5 minutes before us. This congested the boarding but was well handled."
Pros: "Seats were newish, crew was very friendly"
Cons: "They mistakenly sent one of my bags on a later flight so I couldn't pick it up at the airport and instead need to wait for them to deliver it tomorrow"
Pros: "Crew was polite and efficient. Ground staff helpful in rescheduling flights"
Cons: "One of the flights out of three should have been on time. None were. One was cancelled. Two were delayed."
Pros: "The LATAM getting our boarding pass, going through the LATAM boarding area, getting on the LATAM plane we were stopped no less than 4 times by this airlines. The women were rude to us. Many people had presents for the holidays that were much bigger than our packs."
Pros: "Staff / crew was great"
Cons: "Boarding is was not explode what line you needed to be in according to the size of your luggage"
