Pros: "They passed by me when they served the meals because they thought I had it already which it was someone behind me who got his meal since he had a special meal request. So I ended up to talk to them that I haven’t had my meal yet. It was embarrassing moment for me. They seemed thinking that I lied to them."

Need more counters. Doha airport has majority of Indian national personell at check in and luggage checkins. They have to learn some manners and be polite with people. I was ask to go to another person who issued me check in baggage sticker and told me to hand over your baggage to a person inside. At last he mentioned to not put any valuables in that bag. My carry on bag was just 1lb extra and the first person could have told me right away and I would have thrown away chocolates and brought down the weight to permissible limit. In general passenger do carry valuable stuff in carry on bag. I had to follow whatever I was told."

I paid more for the flight at the time of booking knowing it will reach in the evening."

Also they took a very long time to serve the food, be it breakfast, snack or dinner.Each time I ask for something the answer has been always da same ‘’ we are sorry we don’t have that’’ Due to worst possible seat so far I have asked for an extra pillow and as expected they don’t have."

The seats were quite uncomfortable despite having good legroom. The 350s are quite nice but the problem is on the old 777 aircraft. Special meal requests are not catered for as they should. They never had any ice for drinks.
Cons: "The cabin crew had masks to protect themselves I think against the threat of Coronavirus. We passengers did not have them. It looked awkward. How about if instead of handing out headsets they gave passengers masks?! Overall I enjoy ET."

Cons: "None of the air stewardess has a smile on their face when talking to or serving passengers. I’m not sure they know how to engage with passengers in a friendly way. My entertainment screen wasn’t working. After resetting, it took them an hour to inform me that I could move to another seat if I wanted to, as they couldn’t resolve the problem with the screen. The food lacked in flavour and the sausage served for breakfast was undercooked."
Cons: "Plane didn’t hold, even though I would have made it if they waited 10 minutes, and surely they knew I was coming from a delayed flight caused by Ethiopian and left anyways. Now have to take 3 extra flights and will miss a train at my final destination."
