If I made the connection in Singapore I was stuck there for 24 hours you owe me 355.00 for accommodations
Leg room and flight sound insulation is very bad. They broke 3 of my bags with bad handling
Crews were great but food not much selection just all tailored for Asian passengers.
I had a great experience with Singapore airlines as always. The partner airline, Scoot was fine except my bag was misplaced during the shuffle. Ultimately, my baggage arrived intact. Attempting to inquire about my baggage was impossible.
The Premium economy class is not the same as some other airlines because there are no economy seats on these planes. Basically you’re getting an economy seat that’s a little wider. The seats are not that much more comfortable. The service and food experience is similar to economy class on other Asian airlines. There aren’t enough toilets for the entire plane therefore we are forced to share the business class toilets that are closed off with curtains.
Awesome as always. I wish though the cabin for premium was upgraded.... Same old sane old :(

In general good, but the machine seems to be long in operation and some functions were restricted as e. g. Adjusting of seats.
Cabin Crew always friendly and helpful. Seating cramped - foul smelling from toilets, high risk of disease. Guard personal property such as expensive sunglasses Coffee always awful and cold Meal trays toddler sized Not worth the extra cost to fly SQ - use a budget airline, same if not better experience
The 7 hour delay in Johannesburg was extremely tiresome, with poor communication at check-in and a sad R120 voucher as compensation. All in all sitting for 10 hours on an airport was pretty bad. At arrival the baggage arrival took 2 hours. All in all, a very, very long trip.
Excellent. The only issue was ground crew in the Venice airport. Not so friendly. But BA staff was amazing and apologized even though it wasn’t their fault.
We got our seats and was surprised at the half empty plane, so had a very good hostess and we enjoyed the whole flight back home, so the only thing we had to wait for was the passenger assistance that was not there and had to wait about 20 mins on the jetway.
The seats are comfortable enough, but the layout in business is wacky. The boarding process is disorganized. The flight attendants are friendly enough, but the food and snacks are sub par.
I was surprised there was no entertainment console in the seatbavks. Also, gate posts were very last minute and poorly communicated in a rushed timeframe. Boarding in groups was no emphasized and too many personal bags stowed above vs in floor so hard to find room for my carryon suitcase in my row area.
First, my carry on was taken from me and I was forced to check it in in Budapest. I had to take my laptop out of it, and carried under my arms duringin the entire journey. Then we did not land in Newark, but were diverted to Bangor. We spent the night there, and only flew to Newark 24 hrs later, after multiple delays. And finally me luggages were lost and I only got them 4 days later. The one thing what was good was the in flight entertainment. The trip was an ordeal.

The lack of leg room for a 6 foot person makes for an extremely uncomfortable flight over the pond. Short little puddle jumper from Paris to London and back no big deal, but nine hours in a tiny and unbelievably hard seat makes me not want to do that ever again. This is my third trip to Normandy. FYI.
British Air ways was good - American Airlines not: waited at gate for “mechanical issues” and stood at gate.. plane delayed, … staff at desk rude, had to check my personal carry on item, toilet not working… “please use the working one sparingly- it will overflow in the cabin”
