Luggage handling. Arrived in Johannesburg without my luggage. Communication regarding lost luggage is basically non-existent.
A really excellent and comfortable experience. No wifi in my section of business class though - would have made it perfect.

Cons: "My boyfriend and I were required to gate check our carry-on luggage which required us to go through customs in Paris to get to our bag and re-enter security for our connecting international flight. I am unsure why this was the case as other passengers brought the same size luggage. Very upsetting."

Cons: "No leg room at all, cant believe those seats met legal standard. The plane smelled, boarding was a nightmare because too many people had big bags. An announcement had been madd that vags would be collected, but obviously were not."
Cons: "CDG airport in Paris is a very inefficient and by far the slowest airport. I recommend other passengers to get to the airport at least 4 hours before their departure."

Cons: "Seat was super uncomfortable. Could not fit in my legs at all, could not recline it enough. Maybe sufficient for a one hour flight, definitely not on an intercontinental flight."

Cons: "The fact that you cheapskates don't allow credit or refund is downright usury. I didn't take that flight because of medical issues that caused me to cancel my trip 2 weeks in advance. I pleaded with you to be able to take a credit, to no avail. You lost a customer."

Cons: "Plane was canceled at the last minute with a transfer desk literally assaulted by 100s of people. Only 3 persons on the desk. No lane for sky priority. Queued for nearly two hours before some airport employee gave us instructions to travel by train without any other information or tickets etc. Had to buy my ticket. Couldn’t recuperate my suitcase. Had to wait for it the next day for three hours. Up to this hour I don’t know how I am going to be reimbursed (train and plane)."

Cons: "Another Air France company, with their motto: We Don't Care. Ground staff was rude, no good food onboard and have to pay for it. Entertainment is your device, but you can't download the app to use it."

Cons: "We were rebooked, which understandably happens for any number of reasons. However, we were not informed or asked about our preference until our luggage was checked through! The staff especially in Chicago where we began this awful experience couldn't care less about our situation. Then AIr France lost our luggage and provided no help in locating them. We had to rely on folks who had friends working in Zagreb Airport to locate them. Air France is incompetent, insensitive and unprofessional. If you have an important trip avoid Air France - they treat you like captives not customers."
Pros: "Good entertainment selection, and staff all very friendly. Food was pretty mediocre - main course was nice but the breakfast especially left a lot to be desired."
Cons: "It was all good, only in comparison with Turkish airlines and etihad it is not at par."
