Cons: I didn’t like changing boarding gate three times. The crew member was poor overall including the one providing service I must say.

Pros: The seats were nice and the food was unusually good

Cons: More water brought to the seats. The landing was strange. The pilot pulled up on the first approach and when the second approach was completed the steering was stuck. They ultimately got the steering to work.

Pros: The crew was Ok except at the beginning when they could help more inside the plane with finding the seating.

Cons: I missed the plane shopping because i don’t recall seeing the crew after the meal offering it. I heard the announcement at the beginning of the flight so I was looking forward to make purchases. Later when I asked it was already closed.

Cons: The touchscreen was so buggy and unresponsive that I opted to sleep instead of trying to find something to watch on it.

Cons: The primume economy was out of date - compered to BA we flew from Telling Aviv to London

Cons: Your website messed up and booked my flight for the wrong month. I booked sept 20 2019 and your site errored out. Eventually it booked the flight but apparently it was for oct 20, 2019 and I couldn’t get a refund because it was through kayak not British airways. I’m never using kayak ever again

Cons: Seats are too small, I don't have space for my upper legs.

Cons: The flight was delayed almost an hour due to inclement weather in the originating city. The Delta personnel explained the situation and did all they could considering the circumstances.

Pros: I appreciate the choice of snacks.

Cons: The coffee served on the flight was lukewarm.

Pros: Great flight attendants and service. Plenty of entertainment selection to make the long flight enjoyable. The boarding was chaotic because of the airport facility.

Cons: Boarding of all economy passengers was done on first come and stand in line, first served basis with no zone separation. This caused aisle congestion. I was randomly asked to check in my standard size carry one although many passengers with larger bags were allowed to take them with them. Overall there was a lack of planned approach.

Cons: Uncomfortable cramped seats, USB port on seat-back video display does not charge a connected device.

Pros: I didn't like it at all, My luggage bag was wetting after I opened it my clothes smell so bad

Cons: They take the headphones about an hour before landing which isn’t ideal.

Pros: The crew were outstanding - providing an excellent service, above and beyond what I expected. The First Office provided 5 updates during the 2.5 hour flight which were colourful and informative (ie not just blah blah announcements but a valued and interesting announcements) and the Cabin Service Manager was personalable and friendly. At the end of her flight she publicly thanked her staff for a good days work which I thought was very nice of her to acknowledge her staff like that. All round - a great flight made very easy with brilliant staff.

Cons: There was nothing that could be better - it was 110% perfect already

Cons: the entertainment system for the trip from lhr to acc was a bit outdated

Cons: If you have any problems. Do not call customer support!!! Call centre is in SA, and the operatives are unhelpful, put the phone down and incompetent. I have reservations wheather to book with BA ever again due to my bad experience. 2 hours wasted on the phone, followed by calls the next day to finally get 2 off flights cancelled and a return flight amended in my party of 3. Not fun!!

Cons: We couldn’t watch anything because the headphones required an adapter which we didn’t have and was not offered to us for purchase. We read a book for eight hours. Would have loved to watch a movie.

Pros: Given that this flight, like just about every other BA9 flight for the past week, was a delayed departure, this flight delayed 3 hours, it is difficult to say that this was a good flight. The flight was full, and some business class passengers moved to economy class, with some economy passengers being removed from the flight to free up essential "rest areas" for the crew.

Cons: Whilst I understand that the planes make no money sitting on the tarmac, maybe the schedule needs tweaking to permit a little more time for maintenance?

Pros: Gate was super close to the lounge.

Cons: The security check at the gate requires one to leave the comfort of the lounge early incase of queues and then wait in an over crowded lounge with the other passengers (so the fact you are business/first or have one world status does little to ease the burden of boarding. The lounge also did not offer red eye passengers a meal and the on board meal service is slow (so if you are hungry it eats into precious sleeping time). The breakfast wakeup was also disappointing. My meal of choice was not available and the whole process was rushed like a fast food restaurant. Overall I am disappointed by the club world offering on this route and would not pay for it again unless intended to get on and just sleep for the entire journey.

Cons: Parents called as soon as the delayed flight caused the young teen to miss her flight, Lufthansa operator verifies only by phone that young teen had a seat in the next flight, UNTRUE! She was ignored at counter, mr. M. Meindle told her to step aside and it was not “worth arguing”! The people she sought direction from, are the ones that left her confused and ignored. Shame on them

Pros: WARDA at the Miami Gate H07 was awesome. She went above and beyond. Everyone else was very helpful but you can get tell she does more than the norm. LOVE LOVE LOVE the free entertainment in the individual seats. Perfect for families!

Cons: The experience in the Frankfurt airport was terrible! We had arrived from Rome with an hour between landing and boarding. When we were directed to security at Gate Z, there was a huge mob of people, not really in lines. We didn’t know what we were waiting for or where to stand, but we and others around us were very worried about missing our next flight. There was no Lufthansa representative to help. Finally someone directed some of us to a long roundabout back way to Gate Z security. We did get to our gate in time for boarding, only because it had been delayed. Then we sat in the plane for over half an hour. Altogether, it took off more than an hour late, so we missed our flight from Chicago to Minneapolis.
