Annoying customer pushing my seat did not make this pleasant.
It took over an hour to check in my bag a there was just one person at the counter. Security lines for business class also took a while. Although I reported 3 hours before my flight I made it to the gate 20 mins before boarding. To add to that jewelry was removed from my checked in baggage. I am submitting a separate complaint to Mumbai airport for that.
Not great, took my carry on case outbound as overhead was full . This cause me to miss my train connection since I had to go to baggage claim. Then on my return flight they tried to take it again and flight was delayed over an hour. I chose BA because the service is usually better that easy jet etc but these days I am not so sure.
Better communication to those connecting flights and have a customer care desk at the airports
No entertainment available on flight. Seating too cramped fir an average adult.
The entertainment system in our row was not working. That makes for a VERY long flight!!
It was below average experience overall. They did not have my food choice which was selected a month ago for 8+ hour flight. After landing I waited to collect my bag but my bag did not come and I wasn’t told it was delayed or lost. I had to find someone to help me to locate it and it was sent through next flight. Overall I would say at wasn’t very good experience
I liked that even though there was a two hour delay, I was notified WELL in advance, and could arrive at the airport later. Comfort was better than most airlines for the price. The crew was helpful and kind, taking time to respond to passengers’ questions, I noticed. The cheerfulness of the personnel made for a very pleasant vibe throughout. My experience was very positive.
It was good but it got bad when they cancelled my flight to rochester and couldn’t get me in any flight even for the next day they said i will be a standby.
