You’d pick a movie and it wouldn’t play. The games, camera and flight status animation all worked but not the movies. Air hostess tried resetting , still nothing. But it was a great opportunity to have a lovely conversation with my new German Friend Barbara and read my book! More lactose intolerant alternatives for breakfast which had much (cheese, yogurt, croissant) Other than those two , excellent flight. Thank you Swiss!"

Must be illegal. FAA require Disability access by Disabilities Act. 4) Amenities kit - worst I have seen in all the airlines I have traveled. 5) Snack bar - No selection, just small chocolate, water and orange juice. Even economy planes like Jet Blue have better selection. German people are getting used to mediocrity and I am surprised. World class airline with cheap customer side product. Don't cut costs on things that customers see, touch and eat. To add to that, my mother in law is handicapped. When transferring her to the gate, they took her in a bus and did not strap the wheel chairs next to her chair. All of them fell on her - YES! THEY ALL FELL FROM A HEIGHT ON A HANDICAPPED PERSON WHO HAS ARTHRITIS AND IN PAIN ALL THE TIME. Damaged her knee joints. This is why we travel business class - and they hurt her more than if we took her our selves."

The flight crew from Vienna to TLV were not kind. My daughter 11 years old went hungry without a meal. The stewardess kept telling her the food was coming & never did. This was a terrible trip & we will never use Austrian air again. I will tell all my family & friends of my terrible experience."

Cons: "Boarding was a disaster as my companion was selected for random search which held us up as there was no urgency to process us. Then there was no sign for where we should go since upper deck on 747 so we went in "economy" line as indicated on ticket and then was sent to correct line when we got to the front, wasting more time. The seatrs were the most uncomfortable I have ever beeon on for a long flight. I also paid extra to be in the exit row, to have people constantly congregating in front of us."

Cons: "There was no amenities pack given in Premium economy. The food was ok. It would have been nice to have been offered another bread roll. Seat comfort was fine, but I kept getting hit by the separating curtain as the flight attendants went back and forth from economy."

Pros: "The seats, staff, entertainment, particularly liked that you served hot chocolate! The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful."
Cons: "Food -vegan menu was bad for n the outgoing flight, better on the incoming flight. No vegan food available on domestic fight. Sitting in the aisle seat meant often people pushing past your seat."

The gate staff and flight crew identified him and allowed us special bordering that facilitated the process. That act of kindness is a rare experience on our part. Thank you Air France staff!"

Pros: "The free glass of red wine when the plane finally took off."
Cons: "The flight was delayed. We were told that it was just a half an hour delay by the man that was informing us of the delay and then we were then told by a woman that it was going to be over an hour. We weren’t told any specifics of why the plane was delayed, other than: “ the engineers are looking at the issue now”. We received messages saying that the flight was cancelled but then we were told to ignore that. We were told that we would have an update every 10-15 minutes but by the time we had the next update was 1 hours later, we were told that the plane will depart at 15:50- which we did. But we also sat on the plane for an extra 2 hours or maybe even more (couldn’t bare watching the time at this point) because the man that was supposed to push the plane backwards in order to reverse the plane didn’t turn up so we then had to wait for all of the other planes to take off before we could. Eventually the plane set off at 18:20 and I got in France 19:30-20:00 ish?"

Pros: "Ground crew at CDG was helpful to file a claim for the lost luggage."
Cons: "Ground crew at MXP Was inexperienced. She called every one in my flight to form a new line and it was immediately total chaos. And then they lost one of our luggages!"

Cons: "The seats we were assigned ( we are two we'll feed person's and the seats are toooo narrow"

Pros: "The airplane was modern, and the crew very good. Nice, service oriented and in general trying to make the flight experience as good as possible."
Cons: "The flight was very late. I lost my connection. My bag was lost and unable to recover it so far (after more than 24 hours). About to initiate the next leg of the trip with no clothes or any idea if my luggage will be recovered."

Cons: "The flight was a chartered flight . Air France informed us that due to cabin crew shortage they couldn't operate an air france flight and hence they hired Air Belgium. Whilst the crew were nice , the actual plane was old and creaky. It wasn't up to the standards expected of Air France. They could have done better in getting a plane up to standard. A lot of the passengers were disappointed ."

Cons: "We didn't get boarding passes for the second flight at EDI so we had to exit the secure area, get boarding passes, and go through security a second time for the same trip."

Pros: "In cabin crew was attentive and friendly. Food was good and came at good times. Middle bathroom on Airbus 380 was big and comfy."
Cons: "Boarding was not too well organized and I followed Security's direction who put me in wrong line and I wasn't able to board with my priority group. Sitting in exit row with no floor storage so this delay made it hard to find overhead storage above my seat. (Grrrr) Entertainment system didn't work which made the flight feel LOOONG. (They offered an in-flight credit, but I'd paid for premium exit row seat and had to choose between moving to working system in crowded middle seat or keep premium, exit seat. I decided to have them move me to a seat with a working entertainment system, which were available and they'd offered, but never happened.) When I got home, I discovered the gift I purchased with in-flight credit and my own money wasn't the one I'd requested from Duty Free catalog so now I have to figure out how to solve this problem. (COULDN'T GET IT RIGHT.) Premium exit row seat was narrow, due to in-seat tray table & entertainment system, but seatbelt mounts and thinly padded seat made it even more uncomfortable on a long flight."

Cons: "Walked all over the terminal looking for signage for Croatia Airlines. Information services sent me to the right location, but it was marked Air France. I asked serval Air France employees for Croatia Air. None new that Air France was the CA carrier. Finally found one who bothered to look it up on her computer and low and behold, AF was the carrier!"

Cons: "My flight was cancelled, I was sent around to multiple desks and terminals and no one wanted to assist me, then my luggage was lost."

Cons: "They forgot the snack/breakfast service for the front right section of economy then had to rush it. Overall, the service was good, but some things just seemed off. An attendant call was never answered, etc."

When I went to BA in London and Los Angeles they said it was responsibility of AA and when I went to AA in London & Los Angeles they referred me back to BA. Why can I not choose seats like on other airlines????"

Pros: "BA in South Africa run a clean efficient airline. Planes are new crew well trained and food is good."
Cons: "Preseating totally random no matter your status. Booked state of my choice well in advance and was presented at the back of the plane on check-in"

Pros: "I liked that we landed 30 minutes in advance for both flights to and back, compared to the other parallel flight via SAA which was delayed 2 hours when we arrived back."
Cons: "I didn't like the cheese roll I asked for as the whole roll and cheese was literally stuck to the bottom and parts of the bottom of the roll were mushy. The staff were professional but lacked personality and seemed a little hollow."

Cons: "The way that the crew (both in economy on right of plane) spoke to, and handled sensitive situations with several of the passengers in a loud and rather rude manner. This is not the British way that I have been accustomed to on previous BA flights, and is rather upsetting. The crew were very abrupt in general, and did not have that seasoned and polite demeanor which I expect from BA."

Pros: "BA moved me on to the Kulula flight without any fuss and gave me a meal voucher."
Cons: "I got to the airport to find that my 19:15 flight had been delayed to 22:15. I hadn't received any notification from BA and still do not know the reason for the delay. The only other option available was for BA to put us on the 20:20 Kulula flight to Lanseria and then shuttle us from Lanseria to OR Tambo. It really is not pleasant to get back home so late on a week night and not even be given any warning or any reason for the huge delay."

Cons: "I thought the food lacked imagination, was skimpy and too hot. I burned my mouth several times. I really do not like having to pay for a booked seat. I have special needs at my age and so booking early is how I typically make sure I can access the bathrooms easily without climbing over sleeping passengers. I picked flight for the price, but in the end I should have stuck with Delta, KLM and Air France and got the extra miles as with seat bookings and only one bag allowance, what I ended up paying did not make it worth it. Oh well, live and learn. Seats were tight, anyone bigger than me would have really struggled."

Cons: "The way that my brand new suitcase was damaged on the flight and BA just said that handles are excluded from bag damage. Thus, they can do what ever they want with your bag's handles, manhandle it and not take any responsibility. My suitcase was clearly damaged by the way it was handled since i booked it in till i received it again and they just said sorry...there is nothing we can do for you!!! Now that is is poor customer service."
