Pros: "I was stopped at gate check in and taken to one side as passport security had reported that I was intoxicated. I was badly injured in the armed forces and have lost my hearing which affects my balance. I asked for an aisle seat as I'm a big guy as s personal trainer. But was given seat E. Next to a huge obese guy. He slept whole journey, must of had nightmares and jumped and banged me repeatadly. I had the first meal, which was not great but edible. I couldn't eat it properly as I couldn't move my left arm due to the blob Sat next to me. I asked the stewardess to wake me at the meal times so I could get more food. She didn't. Not once. I couldn't even get out the seat to go toilet or get any of the help yourself stuff outside the toilets due to the fat blob I was put next too. Totally disgusted with the whole flight and crew when everytime I've used the same company before it was excellent."

Cons: "Don’t expect any assistance with the change of a passenger name - you will be asked to buy a new ticket without reimbursement for the mistake that is by any stretch of imagination only a duplicate bookings. What will happen is that either the travel company or the airline simply will blame you."
Cons: "The seats on the 777-300ER were tiny compared to the seats on the A380 from JFK to dubai. My wife and I are both small people and we were cramped. This is very unfair to us and even so to larger people on such a long leg The entertainment screens were also very poor. Small, low res"
Ambience of the aircraft was great. Spacious seats with sufficient leg room in economy class. The layover could have been shorter.

Cons: "17 hour transit in Doha and no accommodation was provided. Though I booked it from a third party I belive QA is at least responsible for making sure that the vendors let the user know that there will be NO accommodation provided. This information is also not readily accessible when searching online."
Cons: "Our flight was delayed from Hyderabad to Doha and they did not allow us to board the flight as connecting flight from Doha to Dallas would have been left. They did not have seats for next day , the earliest we could go was 2 days later. They did not apologize or compensate for delay."
