Cons: "As per my Oslo - Dubai review (read there for more details), they cancelled my flight, put me on a flight a day later, and then left me with the bill and the inconvenience. This was the connector out of Dubai and back to Johannesburg. I've flown with them many times and I've picked up one or two small cut backs they've made like no hot towel when you get onboard, only before your arrival, and the meal seems a little more slimmed down (but still pretty tasty), They used have one or two extras which they've now taken away. Not sure why?"

Cons: "I had a middle seat on this flight and felt very cramped- by the end of the flight my legs were getting cramps and were twitchy. The boarding process was chaos- everyone gathered around the boarding area and it was impossible to board when the zone was called due to all the people in the way. Also, the food for breakfast was good but nothing great- the dinner on the previous flight was much more appetizing. Having said all that, flying Emirates was still a very pleasant experience."

I travel a lot and in many airlines and whatever the case, staff members of other airlines smile, tell issues if any, suggest solutions and work on it. Emirates staff, it seems, does not know how to talk or smile."

Pros: "Granted I was tired after being in transit for 24 hours, but this final of 4 long-haul flights was a real bummer compared to the other flights. Boeing 777 packed to 100% capacity."

Toilets at DXB were filthy (I searched around for the cleanest, which was still disgusting), with the cleaning attendant standing around in the restroom doing nothing. Duty Free shops really expensive compared to European airports. Meal on board (breakfast) was really terrible (and that taking into account that airline breakfast is always bad), really the worst I've ever had on a plane, even the Croissant was chewy and very dry. Emirates has become a massive sausage machine people-mover. It has loss its finesse and exceptional service."

There is not enough room to even reach down to pick something up if you drop it. Overhead lockers are full. I think planes either need to be redesigned with sleeping compartments (such as the second class compartments the trains have) for overnight flights or seats need to be slightly larger to make up for the fact most people are larger today."

We had to place our iPads in checked luggage for flights from harare to USA as we went through Qatar. *** I asked for quiet seats and was given seats near kitchen and toilet even though I booked in hours in advance. One leg had my ten year old daughter and I in different rows even though I checked in 4-5 hours in advance Of flight . ** staff moved my hand luggage without my permission and without informing me - it was stressful trying to find it."

The ground crew were great, assisting me with a wheelchair. The pilot aborted our landing so that was a little scary. Otherwise all was good.
Rude staff, entertainment screen not working, food is horrible. The only good thing was check in process

Pros: "Crew did their job perfectly. Not particularly warm and friendly, but they are paid to be attentive, not my friend, so I can't complain! Flight was smooth, and quick, meal was pretty good."

Cons: "OUr departing flight was delayed almost 1 1/2 hours, resulting in a missed connection in Cairo -- this is not uncommon. The connecting flight waited 6 minutes, then left us. Arranging an alternative (through Rome & onward by late evening) was done , but no one was at the transfer desk for an hour."

Cons: "You should keep the same level from Cairo to Dubai. But from Casablanca to Cairo was same as microbus."

Cons: "The crew was horrible I will never take Egypt sort again. Flight attended spilled hot tea on me and didn’t even apologize, I acknowledge it was both our fault but at least he could of provided a napki g so I could dry off. Horrible I will never recommend this airline"

Cons: "It was TERRIBLE that at check-in when i found out that the only one piece of baggage was allowed. I have ALWAYS had two bags on this flight."

Cons: "The plane was old, the seats were uncomfortable with no adjustable headrest or flaps to hold your head from flopping. There was no personal entertainment screens on the back of the seats, only the small community one mounted on the roof. The sound for this was terribly unclear. 8 hour boring flight."

Cons: "The same problem I see with Egyptair company, Flight attendants need to learn some manners how to deal with guests, and most importantly LEARN ENGLISH. These are just waitresses brought straight from some Bus company or Train company."
Cons: "For this trip, there were no individual screens. All customers had to watch the same movies for a 5 hour trip."
Cons: "When I asked the flight attendant for an extra snack, he proceeded to tell me he had none left when I could look directly into the tray and see that there was more than enough. After calling him out on this, he complied."
Pros: "Food was okay and it's commendable that the airline offered hotel rooms for passengers with long layover."
Cons: "The plane should be at least clean. Sat close to the window twice and it was dirty with some weird stuff. The seat beat was also dirty."

Cons: "Although I made check in online but the employees responsible for drop off luggage were not on the desk , so I had to stand for long time because there were only 2 descks working. Seat leg space is so narrow."

Pros: "We had a 10 hour lay-over in Cairo and EgyptAIr shuttled us to an excellent hotel and provided lunch and dinner - all for free. This was most excellent and so much more pleasant than sitting at the airport!"
Cons: "If EgyptAir would distribute a little English sheet how the steps are, where to get the passports back (at the EgyptAir Counter in the main hall at the airport), which lines to go to (we didn't officially immigrate, but still had to go through immigration upon return, which wasn't clear). Maybe a word on legal boundaries of the status in Egypt - EgyptAir had the passport, can we go to the pyramids or not - would be useful, too."

Cons: "There is long delay fo 4 hours. In first flight from Cairo to madina air condition not worked correctly"
Cons: "Please note the wrong gate was included on our ticket and announced shortly before the flight so passengers had to run from half way across the airport. Then there were two flights announced for the same gate even though the Baghdad flight was over an hour later. Therefore the gate was jam packed and passengers flying to Amman were unable to access the gate. In all it was complete chaos easily avoided by making sure to correctly identify gates (or leave blank) on tickets and to announce the second flight AFTER the first flight concluded boarding!"
