Staff could have been friendlier and offered drinks more often

Delicious food, comfortable and clean plane. It's a little cramped in the hall in front of the gate.

Our flight was delayed for one hour is their a credit?

It was disapointing during the wait in Cancun. It took several hours to clean and they told us during that time we could not stand, use the bathroom, have service etc.

Awful seating. Bad food. Staff only have one bottle of water and no cans.

this was a short flight in business class. I had problem in the Istambul airport - the lounge for Turkish Airlines was too far and we never were able to reach it

Horrible, hated every part of it. They do not have business class- just tried to make one row. Boarding was a mess- felt like hungry people fighting for food. Will never ever travel in Indigo

I paid $150 to upgrade to this seat. My exit row seat had ample leg room BUT the collapsable table was broken so my food tray and drinks slid over to my lap, the screen malfunctioned.

They can my date of travel and let me standard in Istanbul for three days stop over and only pay for one day in a hotel with only one breakfast for three days.
