It's such a disgrace that you thed kayak didn't email me to inform the cancellation flight from cluj on the 7th. I've spent a night at the Hilton hotel in cluj for which you should pay and also lost a say work. Also did 2 covid test te sister me 100 euros and pain. I am writing form Istanbul on the 8th wating to board to Miami flight TK0077. I expect you to have the decency and reimburse all the extra costs that were caused by you not the Turkish aireiles. Cons: "I've flown Turkish a few times before, and they're generally pretty good for the price. This trip was different. Despite Turkish Airlines policies outlined in their "Customer Rights," I received no notification that the flight was delayed 3 hours, and there was no notification at the JoBurg airport until you go to the counter to check in. JoBurg staff - which are Menzies third-party contractors, not Turkish staff - were disorganized, uncommunicative, and unhelpful. Only one person at the check in desk seemed to have authorization to make any changes, so all other agents were running back and forth to speak with him, and not communicating with passengers. It took over an hour to get clarity on the situation and rebook my connecting flight to Washington for a different flight 8 hours later. The only compensation offered was one meal voucher worth R100 (roughly $7). They would not even look at other Star Alliance flights for early arrival in Washington, and said they were not authorized to consider upgrading my ticket. When I called the Turkish customer service, they essentially said "What do you want us to do about it? You have to submit a formal complaint." Boarding was totally disorganized. In theory there are boarding groups, but after business class and all the high-ranking loyalty members, it's pretty much a mad rush. This seems to be the common practice for Turkish now. In general, Turkish has a great entertainment system on all their long-haul flights, with tons of movies - including very new releases - music, games, etc. They also provide complimentary kits with socks, slippers, eye mask, earplugs and dental kit, even for economy passengers. The meals are fairly good for airlines. However, legroom in economy isn't great. I'm 6'1", and had difficulty getting comfortable with my knees jammed into the back of the seat in front of me. On this particular flight, I was in row 18. The cabin crew were frantic, disorganized, and shouting to each other across passengers. One half of our row was served the meal, and the other half had to wait over 30 minutes to be served for some reason. By that time the vegetarian option was no longer available. Crew also had to run back and forth between service carts because they were frequently out of very common beverages (like sparkling water. And ice.), and on two occasions crew left a drawer from a cart full of trash sitting in the aisle. There were several times that crew ran carts into passengers - including once into my knee that was not in the aisle - and didn't even acknowledge doing so. They also stopped the carts in front of occupied lavatories, temporarily trapping passengers. So not terribly professional. While not specifically on this flight, the experience in Istanbul airport with Turkish Airlines' staff was awful. Zero interest in helping, rude and dismissive, and overall terrible."

Can't forget the little pouch they give you with slippers, socks, tooth brush kit, ear plugs, and the sleep mask for your eyes. By industry standard, the head phones are better than most other. You feel like a first class traveller in economy when you compare to a similar booking with other european airlines."

Please keep the flight schedule. I missed connection flight due to delayed Abudhabi to JFK flight. I will reach home late by 15 hours. For outbound journey also, I got stuck at Abudhabi for about 8 hours on 13-14th November night. Very Bad experience!

Pros: "The food was pretty good for airline meals. We really made good use of the entertainment system which had many great movies and a kids interactive touchscreen. This entertainment system made the flight! Boarding was quick and easy and the ammenty packagfes (eye covers headphones socks ear plugs etc.) and a kids activity book was also great."

Cons: "We did not get our bags (total of 6 bags) - It was extremely difficult with an infant and a toddler to manage without clothes and meds. Staff was extremely arrogant during the flight, not helpful at all. Boarding process was a huge disaster - no planning, no zone boarding and unnesessary panic. Lastly food, worst frozen food. The portions were too small and very limited service. We won't use ETIHAD again."

This happened both in my outbound and return flights. This meant queing in the heat out on the tarmac with the economy passengers."
Pros: "Seat was nice enough for coach. First flight did not have usb charging for phone / a big negative. Prescreening for US Customs in Abu Dhabi was excellent. Finished the flight and let right out into the airport terminal in San Francisco. A great investment."
Cons: "Food was MUCH worse than past Etihad flights. Entertainment was too thematic for the olympics - too many movies about sports. I ran out of things to watch, and, that rarely happens for me. Seems they're not paying for good films, or, their choices are off. Started feeling a little more like American Airlines, which I hate."

BA COMAIR HAVE GONE OUT OF BUSINESS

American air lines sucks. I will never travel with them again. Every time I have there have been problems. The fight attendants are rude the planes are always late departures planes always need last minute fuel. On top of the they lost my luggage and I missed 1 day of hunting on a 5 day hunt!!

Pros: "Boarded and left on time"
Cons: "Food was awful. It was so hot I was fanning myself. I had a 11 hour flight and than a 10 hour flight after both British airways, and the same exact food. So I just went hungry. I smelled something amazing so thought I would get a good hot meal as my last meal since I had not had anything in 9hours, but nope, just got a measly cold sandwich. I won’t book British airlines again for international travel, I’ll stick to emirates."
Cons: "Hardly saw a steward in business class the whole flight. Must be part of BA’s cost saving initiatives, but means you don’t get food on time, offered drinks or even a menu"
Cons: "Distance between seats on the low side i.e. not much leg room. TV screen again on the small size in comparison with other airlines. Ear phones poor build quality and sound. Plastic cutlery. Small meal trays. No hand wipes with meals. In comparison with other airlines BA is only an average carrier."

Entertainment is non existent on the new 737 Max800

Food could be better and there was no entertainment on the 737 Max 800 for a 4.5 hour flight, surely this can be sorted

Hello Team Momondo, We lost our luggage at when we return and there is no own to assist us on this we brought so eating product like ham and cheese its all gonna be expired and we buy some fragile product hope they are okay its very poor service no one from airline to assist on waiting for more then 1 hours 30 min then we ask security to assist us but again the only reply we got was fill the form they really don't care. we understand its an island but there should be someone from Ethiopian airline to assist or at least to inform us so we don't waiting or looking for help with a language barare at the Zanzibar airport. waiting for your reply on this and hope this don't happen to others, at-least airline should compensate on this. We always choose momondo service and would love to keep our relationship in future as well. Kind regards,

Forget trying to call anyone, it took me 4 days of non stop calls to connect with someone to change my flight date. Then once connected the credit card system was apparently down and they could not charge my fee. I had to contact the US office while I was in Africa in order to get anything done, ridiculous. They over charged me and would not honor the fees that were quoted on the phone and via email but the head office. Dishonest and no concern for the inconvenience to their customers. This airline would be the last choice, highly not recommended."

When she woke up, we were going to switch seats, but I tried to turn it back on and mine wasn't working. (By the end of the flight, only maybe 10-20% were using theirs as many others crashed as well.) The food was very boring. At one point I was looking for a flight attendant and couldn't find a single one anywhere in coach."
