POOR CREW BEHAVIOR. RESTRICTIONS ON FOOD. FEELS LIKE ECONOMY CLASS.

The internet connection did was not functioning as per normal.

I didn't travel from the start I changed my ticket long time ago

Emirates is still my favorite airline. The good, entertainment, crew, and value are excellent. Unfortunately, the flight was delayed taking off and arriving - which caused me to lose my ground transportation plan. While delays happen, more communication about the delays would be helpful.

we bought trip insurance from you and could not use it. 'underrated' only return 50 % of trip cost. my doctor told me i have stage 4 cancer and that I might not live till the end of the month..

The customers before boarding the plane from Dubai was HORRENDOUS. The entire Emirates staff had a stick up their bum. The guy at the check in booth was rude. I don’t understand.

This airline is one of the best Ihave travel around the world well use them again in the future the food was higher quality plus your personal aboard communicated in many languages on our flights 13 this was amazing 👏 🤩 😀 👌 😄 thank you

Seat and leg space is much better than the Qatar airline. The crew I would like to say is not meeting the requirements of emirates airlines cause it almost 20 years I am flying with emirates this time I really feel that crew is not behaving well someone asked for water waited more than 30 minutes and there are more incidents in this flight.

They had superb boarding (started an hour before flight time). Timely pushback from them gate and an early arrival. Flight and service was very comfortable. I wanted to move my flight to an earlier one, only thing was there was no one at emirates in Heathrow to help. Had to call the call the center and pay to change. There were ample seats on the flight though

More leg room and comfortable seats at least for long flights

Really crammed in economy. Didn’t end up getting the seats we were hoping for. Didn’t eat any food so can’t comment on that.

Flight was delayed, but otherwise it was a fine flight. Recommend boarding group by group, instead of calling up three groups at the same time

It was great! Friendly crew. Good food and service. Great snacks. But one of our luggage did not come to Chicago. Stood at carrousel until the end waiting for our bag and it wasn’t there. Then we had to rush very fast to catch our connecting flight to Cleveland and almost missed it

The only problem is, we arrived in Miami with no luggage. We waited an hour and 20 minutes at the carousel. There was no one to tell us that all the luggage had come out. There were many people in the same disposition. They say 20% of the luggage never arrived in Miami.

Checked me out of my connecting flight despite having enough time to transfer, had to check in again at the gate. Then they lost my luggage.

The layover should have been one where I could have actually reached my connecting flight in time if all flights were in time.

The pilot was wonderful and enthusiastic and introduced himself over the intercom. We all felt in good hands. Crew were all super friendly and especially the young , gentleman crew member. Everything Swiss airlines represents. Hospitality, friendly and professional. Thank you. Truly a memorable short flight.

Good BUT four days later I still don’t have my luggage. It never arrived. !!!!

A disaster. Air France is a real joke. They overcharge us customers for absolutely nothing. Service was very poor, food was mediocre, entertainment non existent, etc. We paid thousands of dollars for our business class tickets and then we were told in Paris we could not access its lounge. Really Air France ? Congratulations on irritating your customers to the sky high level and ensuring we will do everything in our power to discourage others to travel with you.

At check-in at Guarulhos Airport, I was coerced to pay EUROS 100 for each of my two teenage kids travelling on economy premium on the same flight (total charge of EUROS 200) to AIR FRANCE on the rational that they were on a different class and therefore they would require additional care from the flight crew. My wife and I would be (and actually flew) only a few meters from our kids on business class in the same flight. Air France took EUROS 200 from me in exchange for absolutely nothing. My kids are seasoned travelers and independent, and in any event, they were not given any special or any other assistance or attention by Air France flight crew as result or in connection with the fee charged from me at any given time during the flight to Paris - so ABSOLUTELY NO SERVICE WAS PERFORMED AND THE FEE WAS SIMPLY ANOTHER WAY OF “MILKING “ EXTRA EUROS 200 FROM ME. Worse, Air France made us wait for everyone to deplane in Paris to let us deplane - after an Air France Paris representative ridiculously confirmed that our kids were our kids, with our kids at that time already by our side seating in business class. We almost lost our connection to Malta as a result. Such a scheme from Air France is outrageous – especially because it penalizes its customers flying in business class or in first class. I would have imagined that Air France would have wanted to attract clients to fly its premium classes – not to charge cheap EURO 100 fees and to keep them waiting to deplane with their families after 12 hours flights at their destination. You won’t see us any time soon Air France and best of luck with your strategy !

Good. Food items are ok but not really healthy (no protein for the vegetarian option, just a total of 2 gr total) so not fulfilling. Also, no airline is educating passengers to behave and have common sense: let the one sitting by the window pass first, leave toilets clean after use, etc. Humanity is just getting rude and more disgusting by the day and without education or enforced common sense no

My only issue was my meal was inedible except for the sides.

The check in was horrible. I stood in line for 1 hour to check in with an Air France ticket. Then I was told I had to go to Delta counter onstead to check in instead. It made no sense.

Old cabine without flat bed in business for a 12 hour flight is not acceptable

Medíocre. The food wasn't good (although not bad, bad) and the staff wasn't kind. I asked for n extra blanket, the steward never came back, serving us roughly.

Generally good. The crew is excellent. The food could be better.

Boarding was smooth and on time. The seat was comfortable and the entertainment worked. Staff were gracious.

United failed me in cancelling flight to Chicago. Then put me on American Airlines standby to Miami for onward connection to RMO via IST. Standby failed. They looked me for Sunday morning 24 hours late at this point). Made it to Miami but Turkish airlines cancelled my seats and demanded $1360 to rebook the flights for the following day ! I went to United, spent two hours negotiating with Mr Ruis ? Who said he could do anything for me as he could fix problems that United caused in Miami. He suggested I call the 800 number. When I managed to.get through on my 6th call, I was on hold 2 hours and 30 minutes waiting for an agent when the call was cut off by United phone system. I went back to American. At last a lady , who had zero responsibility in this fiasco, helped me to find a replacement flight that night with Polish airlines to RMO through Warsaw at a cost of $968 including bag charge. I booked it with only a few hours to spare. The lady at American helped to recover and redirect my checked suitcase that had arrived in Miami a day earlier United customer service were awful. United partner Turkish airlines were horrendous and took zero responsibility. I ended up being late to my appointment overseas by 45 hours with zero compensation, no food vouchers, no replacement flights until I found one and paid for it myself. I reporting the entire fiasco to the secretary of state for Tennessee for law violations and refusal to remedy and compensate. I now need help to extend the trip by two days but United are not responding to communications

On the positive side, Turkish airlines had a direct flight from Dallas to Istanbul. The check in process was fine and the flight crew was very nice. In terms of improvement, despite paying for better seats, the seats were very cramped. The food was terrible.

Request for “strict vegan” as in the airlines meal selection was not strictly adhered to. My two travelling partners with their Asian vegetarian meals said that their meals were not Asian.

My originating flight by Turkish Airlines was late, so I missed my connecting flight to Dallas I was supposed to pick up a rental car on my arrival and because it was a no show case for this car rental company they cancelled my bookings and charged 368 USD. So because of Turkish Airlines I lost 368 US dollars. Will never fly again with this company.

I took a nine-hour flight in economy class, and the seats were quite comfortable. I even managed to take a long nap, which rarely happens. There was a good selection of movies, and the complimentary kit included socks, ear plugs, a sleep mask, lip balm, and a toothbrush with toothpaste.

We waited 4 hours in the flight to take off but then the flight was cancelled.

It was ok. This flight was for my 80 year old grandparents and when they arrived to Beirut no wheelchair (as requested) was waiting for them. My grandpa had to pick up his own luggage, he got soooo tired. No one to help him as we submitted the request ahead of time

Friendly cabin crew and the flight was on time. Would recommend toanyone

3 of us were in the business class. All good except the Flight out of Mumbai is too early. It is at 6:30 am. Reporting is at 4 am. We had to get up at 3 am. US connection has 4-5 hours of layover. It would be nicer to start the India flight late (give more time to sleep at home) and have less layover duration in IST.

The flight departed on time and the staff was professional.

Good flight overall But aircraft is little old- 747-400. Hence it is spacious compare to newer 787 dreamliners Asian vegetarian food was reasonably good

This was a short flight and not much to share. The flight crew was very kind.

Several amenities included. Our bag was a little heavy so they checked it without charge. Earbuds were included. Entertainment selection was fantastic. Very pleasant and helpful travel and flight crew.

There was a screaming child behind our seats. This prevented us from getting any sleep during the night.

Twenty-four hours before our flight we wanted to check in online, but was unable to do this, so we walked over to the airport. We were still unable to do it, but it ended up not being a problem doing it that day. One of the women in our group wanted to check two bags, but was unable to do it, but they then let her take the smaller bag with her into the cabin and didn't charge her for that extra bag.

Crew was very slow with service esp food and picking up trash. Didn’t even do a last trash pick up before landing Waited 1.5 hours after food to take our trash and was trying to give coffee and tea when they hadn’t yet taken our trays away which was ridiculous esp for people trying to nap or needing to get up to use restroom When someone was sleeping instead of coming back later or skipping them they were trying to shove their stuff on me as if we were related just bc both of us were Indian when I told them clearly no. It was ridiculous.

Used to love Lufthansa, but Rowe are too close together in Economy and passengers are allowed to recline their seats so far back it is impossible for those behind them to even reach for carry-on essentials during flight - except for meal service when flight attendants ask for seat backs to be raised, we can’t sleep on planes so this flight was most uncomfortable ever! Food was OK.. nothing to rave about but it was tasty enough. Many choices to choose from for entertainment. Seats tight but comfortable. Flight attendants cheerful & helpful.

Boarding was horrible. We were packed into a bus with few seats and made to stand for 10 to 15 minutes, then driven for 5 minutes on wild curves. Complementary food and drink was a tiny chocolate and a bottle of water. Seating was cramped. Aircraft had no video.

Very organized check in and boarding experience. Good crew very helpfull.
