R13 153 Find cheap flights from Johannesburg to Graz

The airplane was as hot as a sauna upon boarding. I was dripping with sweat. Something needs to be done about that.

was having emergency they keep dalying the flight I miss hull my trip and united airline charges me &100 for bags and I spent more thin $320 at airport for my family and when I get back samthing Daly my flight in muc I lost flight in Chicago I spent another &220 at Germany airport for no reason I should get refunded it’s very hard when total off us 7 people buy food at airport

Gate was difficult to know. Flight number from Lufthansa directed to a different flight number by SunXpress, which was different from my actual flight per the airport. Multiple people (at least 3 others) were lost with me at the airport in Munich (I didn't know them) trying to get to a different terminal. Too many confusing signs, and no one could help. When I found some Staff members (surprisingly difficult) told me "you have to figure it out." Yeah, that's why I'm asking and walking around in circles. Thought I would miss my flight, turns out I had plenty of time, but I couldn't figure it out for the first hour. 90% airport's fault, not SunExpress.

The main issue was every single flight and connection was delayed. That made for a very stressful run through Frankfurt airport both ways. Other than that it was much better than other cheap flights, but basic. The cabin staff were great.

Airport facilities poor. Misleading information about the airport where boarding was to take place.

I am not taking Lufthansa next time. Everything is delayed, food quality was so bad. Baggage was the worst.

There were kids on the plane playing games on phones with audio on. Also one misbehaved kid kept running up and down the aisle and there was no action by the crew or the mom. This negatively affected my otherwise good flight experience a lot.

The flight was wonderful, especially the special assistance from airplane to airplane!

The seats are much too narrow and the arm rests are hard and awkwardly high, resulting in shoulder cramps. I am an average sized person ( definitely not overweight). The seats are a similar size to car seats with the added discomfort of incorporating hard plastic arm rests, that force average height individuals (I'm 5 ft 7 (f)) to hold their arms uncomfortably for several hours. The seats are much too close to the ones in front and behind making it extremely difficult to allow fellow passengers to get out, especially when the seat in front is declined. The leg room also necessitates knees banging into passengers backs for the entire flight. This used to be a quality airline who now offer mediocre service for premium cost, coupled with charging exorbitant prices for basic needs, like a seat, or luggage. Blatant and unabashed gouging of clients.

It would have been better if the flight hadn't been an hour late, causing us to miss our connection. Even without the delay, Lufthansa do not allow adequate time for passport control and getting yourself to the departure gate.
