I travel frequently. The flight was late again... KLM should really try and be on time

Cons: "Follow your own policies. Allow people to board (economy plus) with their hand luggage who have followed all the rules and chosen a seat in the front of the plane. My daughter and my KLM approved baggage were taken by the boarding crew while allowing other passengers to go with more than allowed"

Cons: "The check in desk was late opening & the carry on luggage size was smaller than advertised on their website, so it had to be put in the hold. Open on time to prevent less stress to travelers & give more accurate information about cabin luggage."
The flight was overbooked and the solution gave was unrespctful. I arrived 4 hour in advance in the airport and only after 2hous was possible suggest a different ticket with another company LATAM, I have accepted, but when I was checking in at LATAM the tickets was issued without luggage, what it is absurd since I have bought my tickets including it since the beginning. Due to the timing for the next flight was not possible return to Avianca to claim due to the distance between Both companies Avianca and Latam since were located in different terminals. I have insiste to the crew of Latam to call Avianca to solve it, but they could help they were alleging that only paying a thousand pesos Mexicans ($1,000 MXN) to dispatch my luggage would be accepted and I have no money at all. So I had to beg for others passagens, it was an humiliating to exchange luggage with who was platinum in order to return back the luggage in the connection airport in Brazil (GRU). I have no clue that a judicial process would be taken from my side due the lots of stress in sequence by the non professional treatment with a passenger that was just following everything said by Avianca.. Long hours of waiting until next flight and only arrive at final destine in 6hs later..
Pros: "Amazing crew. Speedy boarding even having to board a bus to the airplane."
Cons: "Mini sandwiches could be served."
Pros: "When we arrived at airport to check in there was no internet and only people who had checked in much earlier on their phones could go to the boarding area. A large number of people had to wait for "somebody" to write (!) boarding passes. All of this was quite a mess and took a long time."

Crew was professional. Boarding has few seats . Since the plane was not full would have been nice to change seat on the internet
Not the best crew. Extremely annoying with mask wearing. Even when I was eating and drinking they would come up to you to tell you to wear your mask. Extremely annoying.
Cons: "Boarding was a disaster as my companion was selected for random search which held us up as there was no urgency to process us. Then there was no sign for where we should go since upper deck on 747 so we went in "economy" line as indicated on ticket and then was sent to correct line when we got to the front, wasting more time. The seatrs were the most uncomfortable I have ever beeon on for a long flight. I also paid extra to be in the exit row, to have people constantly congregating in front of us.The food was also mediocre."

Pros: "The gate reps from CDG to MSP were professionals. The cabin crew on the Delta flight were exceptional! This was not my experience in Copenhagen with the Air France staff, they seemed to be self centered and rude."
Cons: "Delta please make excellence a priority in all areas of customer service. Set high standards for staff so customers know that you appreciate them and are ready for business. The world is at the customer's fingertips, let their first choice be Delta. When their are bad days, customers will understand"
I didn’t like anything, really. I’ve flown a lot of airlines and American is up there with Allegiant. The crew was not friendly and seemed put off about anything and everything. After being with an English crew the American was very disappointing and they fit the stereotype of “Americans are rude”. Will never recommend this airline and will avoid using them again.
Always a pleasure on an A380 even though its the old BA seats. The passenger behind me was constantly coughing and when she was not, she was making strange breathing sounds. It was clear that she had an infection and not coping well with the flight. Thank you for the cabin crew, particularly Lindsay who tried to move us and found me a mask to wear. The lamb bobotie served was really delicious
Pros: "Boarded and left on time"
Cons: "Food was awful. It was so hot I was fanning myself. I had a 11 hour flight and than a 10 hour flight after both British airways, and the same exact food. So I just went hungry. I smelled something amazing so thought I would get a good hot meal as my last meal since I had not had anything in 9hours, but nope, just got a measly cold sandwich. I won’t book British airlines again for international travel, I’ll stick to emirates."
Cons: "Hardly saw a steward in business class the whole flight. Must be part of BA’s cost saving initiatives, but means you don’t get food on time, offered drinks or even a menu"
Cons: "Distance between seats on the low side i.e. not much leg room. TV screen again on the small size in comparison with other airlines. Ear phones poor build quality and sound. Plastic cutlery. Small meal trays. No hand wipes with meals. In comparison with other airlines BA is only an average carrier."

Pros: "Crew fantastic. Seats very cramped so hard when travelling alone with people crammed next to you. I am very short and still found seat cramped. Blankets skimpy. Heathrow to San Fran. Johannesburg to Heathrow was more comfortable."
Cons: "Most things I give a high rate on BA but travelling economy these days is very cramped especially as I did two long international legs with short four hour break between."

Cons: "We departed the terminal for takeoff but a passenger had a medical emergency requiring a return to the gate and off-loading along with finding the passenger’s baggage down below. Not the airline’s fault, of course, but maybe passengers should carefully consider their health before embarking on an 11.5 hour flight from one continent to another."
Flight was canceled and United offered zero assistance. Left many of us in an unsafe situation
Pros: "This was a full-size jet, and the seats were more comfortable than those on the regional jet."
Cons: "I have one small computer bag and need to put my own feet under the seat in front. I should be able to not have my small bag where my feet NEED to be. My carryon is far less than what most have and this is for my own comfort."

Cons: "The flight was delayed about a 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. The seats were slightly uncomfortable and that's based mostly because of the people around you. The lady in front of me pushed her seat all the way back up against my knees in one fell swoop catching me by surprise, her constant moving around didn't help the situation."
Pros: "They find an option though TPE as I missed my connection in SFO."
Cons: "Had a middle seat while I need a window to sleep in the plane. Was wasted on arrival."
