old seat need to go! outdated and uncomfortable. I waited 40 minutes for my bag

No gate was assigned until 5mins before boarding so left us running to find it. Then over 2 hours on runway. First due to weather, which was understood, but then over 1 hour for something that wasn't really a problem. Poor communication between ground control and flight crew. The flight crew was wonderful. British airways will be on list of airlines to travel again.

Flight on time. Food was poor - low quality and hard to eat due to poor layout

No entertainment system, but it is a short flight so that is not a big deal.

Charging ports would have been nice. No entertainment but it was a short flight so not really necessary.

The team/crew were excellent. The USB ports were not working/broken, I tried multiple ports and also asked a staff member to check other ports on the flight, she confirmed they were not working!

Our original flight booked in First Class was delayed to the point we would make our connection at DFW so AA rebooked us on an earlier flight in Coach. No mention of giving us credit for the difference in cabin class.

there was a small delay but other than that it was a great flight. Oh and better movie selection

The check-in experience was truly awful. Despite checking in online and providing our passport details in advance, we had to wait for over an hour for staff to verify our passport and visa requirements. The time saved by checking in online and having no luggage to check in was completely lost.
