Cons: "even though I was in Delta One -- the seats in the reclined position were kind of narrow, arm rests in the way made it difficult to turn over, IF I were trying to sleep. but i loved being in first class -- the only way to go on a long flight :)"

I was promised my luggage on the same day,but I didn't get it until 11:30pm that night from a 2:40pm flight. I had to go out and spend money on toiletries,night wear and my medicine because of not having my luggage. Just totally disgusted by the overall experience and wouldn't wish it on anyone."

They should explain the order of entry, and ask for people who are the last group to stay back so that those who board first are allowed through."

Absolutely disappointing especially with the head sets not working because of poor ports of connection. The food was absolutely tragic. You should fire your catering company. I expect more from your airline and I was disappointed all the way through. I hope you can provide my wife and I better service and an upgrade when we fly back to Washington DC on Flight AF 0054 from CDG to IAD. I work in the luxury hotel sector, and even the door men and room attendants have more autonomy to wow our guests. Flying AF does not want me to spend any more money with your airline in the future."

Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing."

In bewilderment I asked her in English to repeat herself and she sarcastically repeated what she had said, in French, I asked for her to speak in English (which she had done to me previously on this Paris to London flight) yet again she scolded me in French. I was left absolutely none the wiser and it left a bad taste in my mouth."

After 3 hours of waiting for a delayed flight, I was 10 min late to my connection (United's fault!!) and forced to sleep in the airport over night. Cons: "I booked through the United website as trip from US, have Silver status on United, and Lufthansa's policies of not allowing advance (1-2 mo before flight) seat selection (never on UA nor LH websites) are just horrible. Hard to get through on 800 number, and 1 day before trip answer was still to do it in Frankfurt. Economy plus was $1000 more/person, and even then no guarantee I could choose a seat far in advance. Then, at computer kiosk in Frankfurt, they had a wrong diagram of the plane,as we ended up on what turned out to be a no-recline row which I would never get. I'm 6'2", 230lbs, and wasn't able to sleep on that flight. Had I been able to reserve a seat behind a bulkhead or in exit row 2mos in advance, I would have been fine."

I needed to take my daily medication during the flight and was not able to. I have chronic health issues and needed to take it on schedule, I was delayed in getting home because I had to stop and eat in the airport and take my medication"

Cons: "my son was connecting in Newark, and they said they were holding the plane for him and 20 other passengers. when they shuttled them from one plane to the next, they got to the gate on the tarmac and the plane had already left. we had to drive 2 1/2 hours to newark at midnight to get our 18 year old son. when i called united about it, they said to write in on their website and i'd be compensated etc... 5 days later, haven't heard a peep. never flying united again...ever"

Frustrating and adds an element of concern when faced with delays when the weather is fine. The internet on the plane is also confusing to use...should be clearer. Mistakenly booked my flight before realizing the new carry on policy, so trying to pack everything into a tiny bag to meet requirements was frustrating... definitely don't think I will be booking United again."

Cons: "Food was pathetic, entertainment system was old, no independent entertainment system on board, aircraft looked outdated."

Cons: "Service is horrible and all personnel had a do not care attitude. I had 2 flights canceled due to maintenence and then when we finally were rebooked the third plane it was delayed 2 hours and I missed all my connecting flights. Once I arrived at next airport was rebooked again and that plane was delayed for 3 hours."
