Got auestioned multiple times by gate agents. They ran out of chicken for the first meal. Slept pretty good on it and had good entertainment.
Flight left late. Missed connection. Rebooked in the morning. United couldnt find rebooking. Had to buy a new ticket to get home. Horrible all the way.

Poor preparedness for wheelchair requiring passengers at Frankfurt. We were parked at a remote ramp requiring air stairs, this despite being 4 passengers who couldn’t take stairs down.
The flight attendants were just awesome. Friendly, professional, timely, etc.
The distance between terminals was not clear to me and on my return flight i almost missed y flight in Frankfurt.

Flight was ok , but crew staff need to be more professional and available for help as where Lufthansa need to take preventive action, otherwise flight was good.

Very cramped seats in economy, difficult to get comfortable with your legs and feet and back. The seat width is ok but I’m average size. Food is HORRIBLE. Crew is friendly. Delays and very tight connections made it tough for navigating. We would have missed our connecting flight if it wasn’t delayed too. The terminal transit was slow and normally every 10 minutes before 8pm, after 8 pm is every 30 minutes!!!!! No free wine or drinks!! Below average attitude.
Lost one checked bag.and wasted 30min waiting and filing missing baggage report. Very unsatisfied.
Having traveled from Canada through Seattle -London-Edinburgh with only carry on ( to keep trip uncomplicated ) We had to check our hand luggage at the gate as flight was full This was really annoying since due to their late flight in from Seattle we’d missed our orginal flight to Edinburgh and had been put on a flight four hours later We had no checked luggage with no need to go to the baggage carousel Very annoying
Annoying customer pushing my seat did not make this pleasant.
Updates from pilots about delays would make them less frustrating.
There was a medical emergency and required extensive wait for offloading after a long flight. Curious to see if there are other ways that it could have been more effective.
Emergency row seat less comfortable than promoted. Restricted by emergency life raft storage.
American was good / British Airways partner was not as good…
It was below average experience overall. They did not have my food choice which was selected a month ago for 8+ hour flight. After landing I waited to collect my bag but my bag did not come and I wasn’t told it was delayed or lost. I had to find someone to help me to locate it and it was sent through next flight. Overall I would say at wasn’t very good experience
My ticket was cancelled unannounced and I was left stranded in the air port
