I would recommend flying SWISS to anyone. Very impressed by the quality of food. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. They arranged a shuttle to help a group of passengers make connecting flights when there was a delay.

Flight was cancelled due to technical problems with the aircraft. It would be nice if SWISS would invest in new aircraft; that would for sure minimize the technical issues with (old) aircrafts.

This was an upgrade to business class and really enjoyed the experience. Much better than my earlier flight and thank you.

It was a pleasant experience accept temperature in the plane It was extremely cold in the airplane that I was shivering I got sick because of the extreme cold temperature on my flight

Crew was wonderful, snacks were so good and quite a variety for free, food was mediocre, big selection of movies and they kept lavatories pretty clean throughout the flight

Flight was diverted from Firenze to Pisa causing delay and inconvenience.

Not much that I liked. The seating and Space between the seats was very bad for long flights.. very bad for such a prestigious Airline.

Bad, my family luggage. did not make t with us. Now my family’s arrived but not mine. No contact from the company or emails acknowledging the problem. Still not even where it is.

The staff was excellent. The food was good, but the seating and comfort was horrible overcrowded.

I was sweating the whole time for 9 hrs. There are no air nozzles above the seats

Flight from Munich to Geneva was delayed an hour without any notice. Finally called 5 minutes after their flight was supposed to leave only to be told it was late. Then after boarding- we were told to leave the plane go back to the terminal so they could make a repair. NO Communication whatsoever. Agent at the airport was rude and offensive. Finally got on the plane three hours after originally planned. Lost our car reservation in Geneva and had to pay $200 more to get the rental. HORRIBLE-HORRIBLE-HORRIBLE!!!!

With the boarding process, shuttle to the plane, and boarding there we ran about 30 minutes late. It was okay for comfort for a short flight.

My first two flights were late. I missed my last flight. The next flight was not until the next day Seating on large plane was uncomfortable. In the center row, there are posts that do not allow you to spread your legs. The entertainment center did not respond well. . Food was okay. Though there was much confusion about where the special meals that. People ordered(not me) went

The connection to LYON was very tight. The flight was nearly finished boarding when we got to the gate

The airplane did not offer standard outlets so I was unable to work on my laptop. This is totally unacceptable for an international flight.

Food was excellent. Staff were very helpful when asked a question and followed up with an answer quickly.

The crew was amazing! Despite the delay in Frankfurt and a somewhat chaotic and stressful boarding process, the crew was cheerful, helpful, professional and kind, particularly to a woman next to me traveling with a small child. Please share my appreciation. In addition, the food was excellent and especially appreciated the civilized use of ceramic dishes and real silverware.

Due to flights being delayed, we missed our connecting flights and we were flown to a different airlines and we end up losing our luggage's.

I was disappointed with the quality of the food and the fact that I was not given a toiletry bag for an overnight international flight

It is becoming a habit for British Airways flights to be delayed. This flight was delayed 12 hours before its scheduled take off. The delay got longer as the day progressed. Our 20.30 flight finally departed at 23.33. The flight experience was okay however the cabin was freezing and I was told that the heating was broken. If the plane is not able to provide good conditions for the flight then it should have been grounded. Furthermore, when I requested coffee, I was told that I could only have a cold drink despite a couple seated directly behind me being served coffee and biscuits.

British airways has the most uncomfortable coach seats for international travel i have ever experienced. There is no leg room and when the person in front of you reclines their seat it nearly hits you in the face. There is not enough room for you to open a laptop in front of you or eat a meal. It’s ridiculous and i hope to not fly them in the future.

If I have to decide again definitely I will pick another Airline…..British Airways NO MORE.

The mushroom rigatoni was very flavorful & made me happy. The flight team was accommodating and friendly & I look forward to using BA again in the future.

All went well- allow plenty of time at Heathrow, we felt like we got bused halfway to chicago when it was time to board, then had to carry baggage up steps outside. A bit of work for anyone who is less mobile or able bodied for sure.

British airways canceled our connecting flight then sent an email 1 day before. Didn't offer us any comp for our flights or anything.

The flight was uncomfortably warm. We asked a member of the crew to adjust the temperature, and they said they would but it didn't make a noticeable difference. They really cram you into the plane, too, in economy. It was quite uncomfortable for an 11 hour flight.

The flight was delayed, and delayed some more. But there was more room on this plane than the one that flew oversees! There was no food or entertainment, but that’s ok, it’s a short flight

The 7 hour delay in Johannesburg was extremely tiresome, with poor communication at check-in and a sad R120 voucher as compensation. All in all sitting for 10 hours on an airport was pretty bad. At arrival the baggage arrival took 2 hours. All in all, a very, very long trip.
