Didn't like the Boeing 787-9 Business Class. I had requested seats A & B for me and my husband, they changed to A & D, separated by the aisle. For the 12 hours duration of the flight we couldn't even see each other! Same for the return flight, a passenger was kind and switched seats, we ended up sitting in the middle 2 seats, still an issue to communicate with a barrier in the middle..

Everything about that day was great I was happy with how things went as a first time traveling with the airline thank you for all that you’ve doing by taking us there to our various destinations thanks.

The airport staff never announced that boarding has started. Both at iad or Islamabad or Istanbul.

Make sure to request a vegetarian meal in advance. They printed out menus for all passengers with the options but by the time they were halfway through (for breakfast and dinner), the vegetarian options were already all taken.

Very good except the boarding process too forever and wasn’t organized by group. I had a heavy pack or I wouldn’t have minded. I was in business. There were no audible announcements in the waiting area about boarding and everyone packed into the boarding area. Then boarding stopped for a long time but the staff made no announcements to update waiting passengers about the holdup. The flight was good after we got on.

Lost long time boarding because of a system anticipation done and they took to long to rectify when travel avant told them .

Traveling is Okay, but staying in Istanbul, specially Wi-Fi in airport terrible.

This is the first and last time I will be traveling Turkish airlines. The flight was delayed three times. Second time we sat on the aircraft for approximately an hour and a half. Initially told that the delay would only be 15 minutes then no explanation thereafter except that we were deboarding. We missed our connecting flights to Zimbabwe, and had to pay for a overnight hotel stay in addition to paying for a new tickets to our get to our final destination. They allowed us to order food from the airport food court but only from fast food and even that they limited the menu items we could select. I would some to contact me about the refund on the hotel and the connecting flight!

The cabin crew was excellent. They were fully staffed and very helpful. The food on the fight was quite good for surpassing my expectations of “airline food“
