Entertainment was good. Food was mediocre. Service was mediocre. New plane was smooth
It’s not bad, simply it’s not as it used to be years ago.
The staff are extremely rude maybe even racist, I’ve never been treated so poorly in my life. I will never fly with Lufthansa Mor Discovery Airlines again.
Boarding was easy and well organized, Breakfast was not very good.
Both my flight to Germany and my flight from Germany to the USA were delayed which caused me to miss my connection and additional stress. I had to stay overnight in Chicago, compensated by the airline. All very frustrating. We sat in the runway in Germany for over an hour? Which was never explained and caused the additional day of travel.
Everything went well with our flight. I would like to be able to see my connecting flight gate on the flight . We had a short connection time we were nervous and they changed the gate we arrived at. They told us where we were entering and it required a shuttle ride and a map of München airport would have been good on the flight .
Staff are really not attentive. Seem rather disinterested in attending to the customers in general.
All of my flights through Lufthansa were delayed which made travel very stressful.
Two things to note here. First, Lufthansa separated me from my small children. Apparently you need to pay extra to ensure that your children are not abandoned. This is different from KLM-Air France, where children sit with their parents automatically, and I usually fly KLM-Air France. I didn't realize Lufthansa was different on this score and is willing to leverage the wellbeing of small children to generate more revenue. Second, my flight arrived 3 hours and 54 minutes late, so I am entitled to financial compensation as per EU passenger rights regulation. From other aspects of Lufthansa's behavior during this trip, I expect that their approach to this is to start a war of attrition with their passengers to avoid giving compensation as much as possible - again, very differently from KLM-Air France. But we'll see, maybe I'll be pleasantly surprised.
Had to rush to catch the plane because our flight was late leaving Moldova.
