Pros: "The crew was amazing"
Cons: "Nothing, absolutely loved it"

Pros: "Pilot does not waste time chatting. Still too much chatter (interrupting movies) but less than on other airlines."
Cons: "Entertainment system is Windows based and designed by a moron, especially CC behavior. Shows ads (LOTS) before each movie. Pops up window chrome every time you dismiss PA announcements. Very few movies/TVs (even those from the US) have CC."

Pros: "Crew were excellent"
Cons: "The TV was small and poor resolution and brightness. Also no USB power at my seat."

Pros: "The flight was very comfortable"
Cons: "Operating remote control wasn’t working well ! It was frustrating !!"

Pros: "Easy check in and comfortable flight. The crew are very helpful."
Cons: "Couldn't get my preferred isle seat or sit with my wife who was in a different row."

Pros: "Emirates really knows how to treat customers"
Cons: "Flight was long"

Cons: "Had "summon the crew" light on for 40 minutes, no one showed up"

Pros: "Leg room and friendly staff"
Cons: "Child’s meal does not have vegetarian option, this must be included as it makes not sense in not having this option."

Cons: "The food was appalling and crew service very ordinary much inferior to Qantas. The seats are also uncomfortable"

Pros: "I must admit....this is one of the best experiences I have had flying and I fly this route a lot. I was traveling with an Elder who required a wheelchair and every step of the way it was smooth and the crew was attentive."

Pros: "My children enjoyed their first flight they were very well spoilt on the flight also the care they took with my mum."

Pros: "Leg room is always great!! Also the staff a brilliant!!"

Pros: "Movie choice"
Cons: "Noise, attitude, boardinv"

Pros: "Staff is very good. Always smile on face."

Pros: "Quality airline -new and clean plane with good seats and AV set up"
Cons: "length of flight...."

Pros: "I liked that all the families were in a separate area on the plane. Food and drinks on offer good, baggage allowance good and the leg room was good."
Cons: "The delay to get on the flight, hard with a toddler."

Pros: "everything was perfect i really enjoy my flight with Emirates i recommend everyone to fly with Emirates best experience ever"

Pros: "Level of entertainment"
Cons: "My companion ‘s screws wasn’t working. The stewardess was advised twice but nothing was done"

Pros: "In every way this was an excellent flight."

Pros: "Nice aircraft"
Cons: "The food has alot Indian herbs & tasteless , unlike the lounge which has excellent taste."

Pros: "Nice ontime flight."

Cons: "Seats could’ve been a little more comfortable. Maybe I’m spoiled by traveling the A380 more."

Cons: "They forgot my vegetarian meal"

Pros: "Comfortable seat, even in economy class. Very quiet engine noise. Extensive in-flight entertainment. Attentive crew."
Cons: "Boarding experience was cumbersome and overly complicated. After going through the whole security screening process to enter the departures area (I boarded in Singapore), the whole security process is performed again to get to the gate. Why do I and my carry-on luggage need to be checked twice? Once at the gate, all passengers are herded like sheep into an area that has insufficient seats for the number of passengers, so many are left to stand or sit on the floor. If the airline wants to use a plane that carries 500+ passengers, then use a gate that can accommodate that number."

Pros: "Travelled economy and it was very good. Would love to try business class sometime. Staff excellent food very good."

Pros: "The food and service. Toilets are clean"
Cons: "Should watch on how many beer/champagne the steward serving to the customer as we had an old man who is super drunk sitting beside us and keep asking for more. Should also include toothbrush for our overnight flight as we reached Melbourne in the morning."

Pros: "I liked the food and entertainment only."
Cons: "I was surprised when i got on the plane because i always hear great thinhs about the Emirates airplanes, this one was very low quality airplane, and for a long distance flights the flight must have been a better one."

Pros: "Overall very good"

Pros: "food"

Cons: "This seemed far different from emirate flights that I'm used to. Over the years their service has decreased but the 1 meal and sub-par snack I got for an 8.5hr flight was poor, likened to a budget airline. This is the second flight recently I've been on that the drinks come so long after the meal you don't even get to enjoy your cola with the meal. The first food cart should have colas if there won't be another cart to come along until 30+ minutes later. I also expected Emirates to provide an eye patch, an 8 hr+ flight in the night time hours in worthy of an eyepatch. Budget airlines do not provide this, but I expected Emirates to. Lastly, I don't think it's necessary to hand out a menu indicating there is something to look forward to when the food is of quite poor standards for Emirates, standard for all other airlines. Maybe the Durban to Dubai route stocks he flights with less experienced crew, this is the impression I got; a much less refined group of people on the plane."

Pros: "Assistance at Bangkok was excellent with no problems wheelchair all the way from flight to taxi. The assistance staff were employed by the airport and not Emerates which seemed to make a difference."
Cons: "On the whole everything was acceptable."

Pros: "Excellent customer care and attention"

Pros: "Great service all round and lovely staff on board! A delight to fly."

Pros: "The crew was great in everything that they did."
Cons: "Nothing"

Pros: "As comfortable as one could hope for a long haul economy seat."

Pros: "Very relaxed, good food and beverages. Loved the bar/lounge area. Staff very friendly and helpful. Will definitely fly Emirates again."

Pros: "Everything else was good besides the below content."
Cons: "The customer service. After the meals came I pressed my button for assistance and was not attended to at all, there was over an hr before our flight was due to land. I didn't want to move from my seat as the person beside looked busy at work and I didn't know where I would go because I couldn't see any flight attendants anywhere."

Pros: "Would have been better if the Veg food was not of the saem menu as in the preceding flight"

Pros: "This two legged journey on Emirates was my first experience with this airline and the impression was an excellent one. Entebbe - Dubai - JFK went smoothly and comfortably."

Pros: "Upgraded to Business Class. On a A380 its really significant."
Cons: "The crew was abit too talkative during non-service."

Pros: "Was a very average flight from Dubai to Kuwait nothing special."

Pros: "Great service, comfortable seats, and great entertainment ..the food isnt too bad depending if ur not a picky eater, but overall its the best"
Cons: "N/a"

Pros: "Every opportunity I get when traveling will fly with Emirates. The flight staff have always provided excellent service regardless of of being in economy class. The restrooms are always clean. I also enjoy being advised by the flight crew of any impending turbulence before we encounter. Emirates has always provided me an excellent flying experience despite my fears of long distance traveling."

Cons: "Piece of checked baggage was lost en-route. It took over 2 hours to get through checked baggage and customs in the middle of the night because after we had already filled out all information regarding piece of luggage with one baggage counter employee. Japanese Customs refused to let us through due to "unaccompanied baggage" since the piece was lost by the airline and had us go back to another baggage employee who couldn't grasp that we already went through the process and had no clue what to do."

Pros: "Loved the space and comfort and friendly crew"
Cons: "I travel overseas 1 to 2 times per annum. I've always chosen flights based on economical costs only, and most times disappointed by the level of service, quality and overall feel. This time recently, I chose Emirates airline and was impressed by their overall offering. I'm now converted and will fly Emirates ALWAYS!!"

Pros: "Their wheel chair assistance was the best. They took care of my parents really well. Above all they were very welcoming and considerate towards their needs."

Pros: "The spacious seats and the in-flight service"

Pros: "The extra seating space - made the long journey A bit more bearable and relaxing."
Cons: "Nothing"

Pros: "Everything"
