For that long of a flight Athens to Newark Economy is a little tight and the space became uncomfortable about mid-way. Next time I would try and get a Premium Economy seat. Especially for the return flight when one can be less enthused and tired. On the way to a vacation enthusiasm can outweigh discomfort.

Fresh energetic and friendly crew, great food, brand new plane and non stop entertainment
We waited over an hour to check our bags in and get boarding passes. We arrived 2 and 1/2 hours before the flight, and it was still very slow. That crew was very friendly and very helpful
Excellent staff! Flights were delayed due to technical issues after everyone was boarded and we sat in the flight for almost 2 hours before taking off. Not enough vegetarian food was available despite pre-ordering. The staff did an exceptional job dealing with both the problems neither of their making.

When you buy Emirates you don’t expect low cost. Choice of coffee/tea vs water. Entertainment on demand. Seat distance won’t allow food tray to extend without hitting belly (and I didn’t grow lately)

I am vegan. The food was balanced, tasty and enough. I enjoyed the ride. The crew was very friendly and went out of their way to please the passengers.

Being a QR Platinum member traveling in business class, I expected the staff to be more courteous. Unfortunately, the lady staff was rude attending business class 1K side.
Noice cancelling headphones would be better since it’s a crowded plane And kids behaviors are unavoidable
Fly Qatar Airways is always amazing. Their service and care for details is really very good.
As gold member there is no priority checkin. Meaning you either have to board with your zone or last with business class pax. As economy pax all the baggage bays are filled by the time you arrive
Besides the flight cancellation, everything else was prefect. Kudos to Malaysian Airlines.

I found it weird that the quality of the flight different from Australia to Doha than the Doha to Berlin leg. The quality of the toiletries pack (was in a box from Australia) and then a proper bag from Doha. The biggest variation was the inflight entertainment, which had a significantly shorter amount of content compared to the Doha flight. My QSuite seat was also broken and did not recline all the way flat. Wasn’t the best and I wouldn’t be happy if I’d paid cash for the flight.
They shld provide food. Between food they are giving 10 hours gap which is toooo much
