Cons: "Only one minor gripe, the passengers seated behind me talked incessantly, making my attempts to sleep impossible. I asked if there were any ear plugs available, but none could be found. My own fault, I should have packed my own."
Pros: "The airplane seats in economy were comfortable for the very long flights I took with Qatar Airlines. The seats had enough room between the back of the other seat. The seat reclined to a comfortable position. The seat back provided a built in head rest. The TV's in the seats were the largest I have ever seen on a flight in economy. The staff were helpful and great. The food and drinks provided were decent!"
You can improve in many ways First the crew in general is good, but needs to work with passion to their works not like robots Second, collecting the ear headphones long time before landing is strange The crew should deal with the passengers with respect and descent way not like giving orders

Missed connecting train since flight was late into Zurich and I had to stay at airport hotel because of it as well as I had to repurchase train ticket

Cons: "My American partner's passport expires 2 months after our return to the US. Unfortunately, the French issued a year ago the following rule: to enter France, the foreign passport must not expire at least 3 months after the return date. British Airways let us fly to London, explaining this to us, how it would be on us if there were problems further down, and that we would have to get our luggage in London. We chose to fly thinking it would be OK, we had listened to an online person who had had the same problem and the French later told him they would have let him in, also I am myself a dual citizen of France and the US, plus I am autistic, an invisible disability (in my case) that makes it impossible for me to travel alone. I usually do not even say it since not much is understood -by those who do not have it- on how to accommodate it However in London BA did not allow my partner to go on. Due to the fact yesterday was Easter Monday, the American consulate in London was closed. We have spent the night in a nearby motel and now, the next day, I am waiting alone back at the airport with our 2 large suitcases while my partner is at the American consulate. We are poor, do not have phone, currency or charger for England, and I do not do well with stress, so it is difficult. Now we cannot easily reach one another. We hope to be able to fly on a standby basis (that's what BA told us we could hopefully do) later today. Sorry for this long letter, I hope it does not bore whoever reads it (if it is even read :). We asked if there was an alternative and Philip said No. Shortly after starting our cold poached eggs Philip brought the people across the aisle to us a sausage alternative?! All the flight attendants looked unhappy until getting off the plane. Entertainment was very basic and not really up to date."

Pros: "The pilot on the airlines updated us that we were running 15 minutes late and would try to make up some time in the air. He also apologized on behalf of the crew for our delay and communicated that it was because the aircraft arrived late from the previous flight. I appreciated that clarification."
Cons: "Our flight was delayed by 3:15 hours, and our gate wasn't listed on the monitors. Our gate location changed twice, and the only way I found out was by asking the "Kenya Airways Guest Services desk" twice. The overhead announcement of the gate change happened 15 minutes after the boarding time listed"

Cons: "The plane boarded at 9:30am and then we sat on the tarmac for 5 hours waiting for a new pilot. We were not fed, or told how long it ws going to take. After 5 hours, we finally took off, but were not offered food for another two hours. The 11.5 hour flight turned into a 16 hour flight..."

Cons: "Boarding was a bit "hectic", could be improved. Toilets got progressively worse as the flight went on (should be cleaned regularly). On 1 flight the meal trays stayed on the tables for over an hour (after the meal was served), should have been collected faster"
