We boarded via a mobile gate in Dubai. I don't care for the bus ride from the gate to the plane

The flight was nice and on time. The comfort can be slightly better in business class

The food options for children is limited The business class bed is not fully lie flat, and this is an uncomfortable sleep

I wish Emirates had lights to Philadelphia (PHL) in USA.

‏One of the worst flights I took in My life, delays after delays, then the AC is not working and we were living in a sauna,& we were sweating like pigs. and this even before take off. Next we arrived late one hour late, baggage claims worse than the delay itself add to that one more hour to get our luggage. I am extremely disappointed and my experience is I’m never going to fly on Emirates airline. Immigration was the only good thing about this trip. It took us seven minutes to go through to the luggage claims.

Meals were delicious, however I got hungry between dinner and breakfast.

The food was pretty good and the crew were excellent. It would have been excellent all round but for screaming children. Six hours at least of a 10 hr flight. Mostly 1 child clearly on the spectrum and probably ADHD but I really felt for the parents and grandparents who were obviously struggling and doing the best they could under the circumstances. No reflection on the airline of course and we all need to be more tolerant with these challenges . Slept for 15 hrs when I got home.

Plane was old and seats uncomfortable but staff were friendly and helpful

Different rules going from Dubai to Ahmedabad vs going from Ahmedabad to Dubai Horrible, only 1 baggage was allowed to carry on and no personal bag, i had to put personal bag inside carry on

The crew and their service was top notch, but the plane itself seemed to be on the older side and worn out. Also, the food could’ve been better. 9 out of 10.

The booking experience was bad. Our six character booking ID number disappeared the day before the flight, We could not find out what happened or what was the status of our flight, scheduled for the next day. We finally found the right number to contact Singapore Airlines on the matter (not easy). The Singapore agent worked through the issue in a little over thirty minutes on the phone, the day before the flight. That was great. I'm very happy with Singapore Airlines and their performance. Contact with a competent person on the matter was near impossible. It seems no one in business these days wants to deal with customers once they've pocketed the money. There were resellers, including Kayak, involved in the chain. When we finally got through to Underpricer, we did get a return call that could have proved helpful. But by that time the matter had been resolved by the Singapore agent. Majestic Vacations, the reseller who received the payment was less than worthless. That's just a fast buck operation. Ugh.

Excellent- a lot of food Disappointed with the premium economy pouch- did not have toothbrush and tooth paste or socks. Other airlines provide them

My daughter and I had a pleasant trip to Singapore. Reliable and on time.

A 16 hour flight from Singapore to Los Angeles had only 2 meals. Please make it 3 meals.

Once again the meal served was delicious - we got chicken rice

Singapore Airlines from Mumbai was late, we were rerouted to Copenhagen and then to Los Angeles. As senior citizens, we should have been given a hotel voucher for a night and fly out the next day. I hope Singapore Airlines should give us a credit in good faith if they want us to fly with them. I doubt it, but you never know.

I had to change a flight date and it cost me $800.00 dollars. In the past, if there was room on the flight(which there was), Singapore Airlines simply re-booked me. This might have occurred because the office in Bali where I could interface with a human face to face is now closed since COVID. I naively figured the ability to change my flight into my decision to go with Singapore Airlines as it does cost a bit more. I will still fly on them as they are superior to the other carriers by a fairly large margin, especially for my needs.

My overall experience with Singapore Airlines is great. Will definitely fly Singapore airline again.

All in all the flight was good. Love the fact that for airline food it was piping hot

Terrible. 6 hour delay with no explanations and only 15 dollars in food credits. A disaster. I'll just leave it at that.

We lucked out. The passenger who was supposed to be in our row changed her seat, so my husband and I had 3 seats for the 2 of us. We were able to stretch out a little which made the trip much more tolerable.

Flight was cancelled about 1.5 hours before departure. Replacement flight provided scheduled 1 hour later. Late boarding, late departure and arrived Melbourne nearly 2 hours after originally scheduled.

The flight was good, long obviously but smooth. The seats are pretty small, definitely notice a difference for long haul compared to Emirates or Cathay Pacific it’s more like medium haul seating for space. Food options were good, children’s meals were good for my fussy 3yo.

Great flight and attendants. Seating is a bit weird. The extra price seats aren’t too worth it.

Top notch service, good selection of snack and meal options, generous accommodation for luggage, and great selection of in cabin entertainment. I really appreciate the offering of pillows, blankets, sleep mask, tb&paste, and earplugs. The only complaint I can make was that my seat was horribly uncomfortable and lacked cushion.

An extremely long flight packed in like sardines. But they feed you often with meals,drinks and snacks. They have a lot of movies and audio books

Too many passengers are bringing on too many large items as part of carry on baggage where it should be checked in. This is not the fault of Qantas but the stupid mindset passengers have now about trying to bring anything and everything on as carry on luggage where it should be checked in.

Enjoyed the flight with attentive flight staff. Thank you Qantas.

Better than expected, normally I don't use this airline because they are too expensive for me, but if you can afford it, good on you, you won't regret it. Regards.
