Sleep pods in SilverKris lounge are disappointing, showers are great though. Food decent, not amazing. Need more toilets in lounge ideally. Flight was good but service can be better.

Well, I didn’t like much. The staff didn’t have any beverages except for coffee and water and they never came by. The food just sucked. There was no entertainment at all.

Pros: "We had to come home 2 weeks early due to the virus, and Singapore airlines were brilliant at changing the flights. Even got upgraded to the extra leg room for free"
Cons: "The extra leg room seats were naff, I like getting comfy in a chair and these ones were not. The screen was too far away and the arm rests didn’t move. Also, due to my partner having to swap seats, I was sat on my own next to strangers. They slept the whole way, so the crew never disturbed them meaning I missed out on food and drinks, even when asked"
Pros: "The service was outstanding! All of the flight attendants were amazing!"
Pros: "Smooth boarding"
Cons: "If they could serve a light snack would be good"
Pros: "Three of us were sitting separately. Airline is able to accommodate us so that we get to sit together in a section where there is extra leg room."
Pros: "the crew is fine. The seat was OK standard."
Cons: "Food was not good on my way back to L.A. Food was no flavor, pork cut up way too big, prefer having small piece of meat soaked up flavor sauce."
Pros: "Always love the SIA business product on long haul."
Cons: "This trip had a lot of minor service and cleanliness misses. But they are quibbles in the scheme of the overall great product."
Cons: "For business class SQ, the crew service was severely sub-par. Seat arrangement same as in bigger 777, so actual space is much shorter and therefore uncomfortable for sleeping and lounging."
Pros: "Entertainment system ok"
Cons: "Change if gate 30 minutes before departure and no info at old gate. New gate very far away, terrible for old people."
