The plane was good - on time! But can the stewardesses smile or actually be nice - not to bark the commands

This time, I traveled in the economy, and it was surprisingly better than the eco-premium (food, comfort, and crew were noticeably worse in premium!)

I have no complaints. The crew was attentive, pleasant and heloful

overall the flight was good and we were happy they waited for us. However, our luggage didn t make it and this caused us a lot of problems.

This was an upgrade to business class and really enjoyed the experience. Much better than my earlier flight and thank you.

It was a pleasant experience accept temperature in the plane It was extremely cold in the airplane that I was shivering I got sick because of the extreme cold temperature on my flight

It was the first time in my life (I’m 54) that I’ve had to pay for drinks on an international flight. Very disappointing. Also, the baggage fees were very steep. I’d rather pay for everything in the price of the ticket than be repeatedly charged for add-ons.

Great food - movie selection was good. Plane was a few minutes late but got to destination on time.

Everything was great, except for food. It was not good. I think I got a food poisoning from the salad.

Not much that I liked. The seating and Space between the seats was very bad for long flights.. very bad for such a prestigious Airline.

Delayed my flights and no communication. We end up spending 6 hrs in Doha. No food or any concern from the airline. Terrible

The rows of seats in economy class are seriously close to one another making eating and resting just about impossible - there is hardly any legroom. Anyone larger than average size would have an incredibly uncomfortable flight. I had to basically share my seat with the lady passenger next to me as she was too big to fit into her allotted seat.

As gold member there is no priority checkin. Meaning you either have to board with your zone or last with business class pax. As economy pax all the baggage bays are filled by the time you arrive

They made us deliberate waste time by holding our passports and boarding passes making us miss the flight

Overall it was a very good experience. Boarding was efficient and well organized. The cabin crew were excellent. The meals were tasty and quite filling. The warm bread rolls were a nice touch. Seats were comfortable even if they were a little narrow. Entertainment selection was excellent.

This is my first and last flight with Qatar because when we go for boarding pass in Delhi airport the team asked for money charging me for hand baggage which is technically including with my ticket so also we get one our temple pics I ask them to checking in but they tell me I have to pay $500 dollars for that additional which is not make sense than I diseased to throw away because I can’t take with us . For carry in beg also I pay some Indian n currency for the guy who help I already pay 6 passengers ticket cost me $8000 so really I’m not happy . PLUS MY 6 checked baggage was damaged I already claim for four beg at airport but now I’m worried about my stuff inside maybe broken too which is more expensive stuff me really bad experience

Bad experience with the delay n long wait time for connecting flight after missing the connection flight from Doha.

The crew was fantastic and the over flight was perfect as well.

The crew was great and the food and liquor offerings were good. Seats were a bit cramped. Flight arrived early at destination. That's a plus.

No separate queue for business class/platinum passengers. I had to stay in the long queue to board. I requested breakfast before landing, but the crew didn't offer, except a coffee with milk. No tea with milk was available. Had asked for cookies, but didn't receive them. The crew in the business class was not good in terms of service..

Pretty standard for long haul international flying. Food was fine, tv/movie selection was great, wifi did not work at all, crew was pleasant enough.

Connection was a headache due to a delay on arrival flight

Our seat were changed from Turkish Airlenes without offering us a better choice.We paid for those seats even it was Businesses Class. .The seats we were given was next to cabin crew closet.Crew kept opening the closet while we were sleeping.It was very noisy and we also we’re right to next to kitchen.It was very noisy. We want our money back. Food was horrible when we were flying from Newark to Istanbul. It is a shame for Airline to waste so much money on tastless food.

Food was horrible and not suitable the world famous Turkish cuisine and hospitality.

My experience with Turkish Airlines was highly unsatisfactory. I was prevented from boarding my flight from Istanbul to Miami because they closed the gate 30 minutes before departure, despite my timely arrival. This inflexible rule forced me to book an alternative flight to Atlanta for $1,342.92, as there were no available flights to Miami. Upon reaching Atlanta, I had to book another flight with Southwest Airlines for $270.98 since there were no connections to Miami. Altogether, I spent $1,613.90 on additional flights. Consequently, my total travel time extended to 35.5 hours. The overbooked flight and the enforcement of such unreasonable rules enabled Turkish Airlines to exclude passengers without providing compensation, thereby compelling them to buy new tickets to reach their destinations. This practice is unacceptable, and I intend to report it to the Better Business Bureau and the relevant regulatory authorities.

There where no ear phones provided and the food needs to improve.

Boarding was delayed and people were just sitting there like lost.

I like the leg room. I did not like the plane from Chicago to Addis. It was dirty and smelly and toilet area filthy. My screen was not working and kept saying loading. The plane from Addis to Harare was clean , more modern and food looked much fresher and tasted better. Boarding at Addis was a nightmare, long queues and lots of confusion,International space has no seating are and one is standing all the time.

Very bad, flying business but have no benefit of it. the crew was rude and I was not offered any food at all. I called them 3 times but none of them came. I was sick at that time and none of them helped me. an hour before landing they came to offer me food. it was too late because my stomach was already very painful and I was vomiting. I nearly can’t walk to immigration. I was forced to cancel my connecting flight and had to stay overnight in stockholm to recover my health.

Am Wowed I did not ever thought African has such an amazing airline before.

I took 4 Ethiopian Airlines flights on my trip. Each flight was one of the worst experiences I have had flying. The interior was filthy on each flight, the seats, the floors, the bathrooms. All were filthy. At 5-10, my knees touched the seat in front of me. The person in front of me declined their seat, basically making eye contact with me should they look up. My seat did not recline, so I was trapped in my seat, unable to use the bathroom or get up from my seat unless I woke up the person laying in my lap. My tv and seat were broken, as well as my friends seat and tv for our 14 hr flight. The bathroom closest to us was already clogged before we took off, so the backed up bathroom smells wafted out and into our row the entire 14 hr flight. Out of 4 flights, they were out of vegetarian food options for each meal. Flight staff was fairly rude and unapologetic, finally agreeing to give me a second roll and butter instead of no substitute offered for most of the meals. Flight crew had zero control over the passengers, allowing adults to congregate by exit doors and talk loudly during sleeping hours. Children were allowed to be completely ignored as they played outside of their seats and screeched for the ENTIRE 16 hr return flight. Forcing passengers to try and shush the children. Passengers then got up and got their bags the second the flight touched down, ignoring all safety and exit protocols. I will NEVER fly another Ethiopian Airlines flight as long as I live.

The agent, who took my mother to her gate, kept talking with one of her male coworkers and treating my mother like a sack of potatoes. She was ignoring my questions because she was too busy flirting with her male colleague. This was a very unprofessional behavior. We also had to wait for close to half an hour for an agent to arrive.

Everything went well with our flight. I would like to be able to see my connecting flight gate on the flight . We had a short connection time we were nervous and they changed the gate we arrived at. They told us where we were entering and it required a shuttle ride and a map of München airport would have been good on the flight .

Flight from Washington to Munich it was disappointing. I do not get the seat for what i pay. And the crew were rude with people which speaks other languages than german!

Less room on an international flight than domestic, which makes no sense as they are 8-9 hour flights. Completely uncomfortable and the food was terrible. Flying through Germany and having to stand in line for a passport check when you have a connection also makes no sense when you already did that prior to boarding. They had given some of our seats away because we were so late arriving to the connecting gate

Cancelled and left stranded with two babies. They couldn’t rebook and I have no way to get home. 100 phone calls later the calls kept getting dropped. When I asked to cancel and rebook elsewhere they couldn’t promise me any type of refund even though they canceled the flight without alternative options

was having emergency they keep dalying the flight I miss hull my trip and united airline charges me &100 for bags and I spent more thin $320 at airport for my family and when I get back samthing Daly my flight in muc I lost flight in Chicago I spent another &220 at Germany airport for no reason I should get refunded it’s very hard when total off us 7 people buy food at airport

After a bad experience of traveling with United airlines long time ago I decided to give them a second chance. And again it was bad. The flight from Jacksonville to Washington was almost 4 hours delayed. Due to that my flights to Munich and Warsaw had to be rescheduled. As a result I had to travel through Frankfurt. And my checked in luggage did not arrive from Frankfurt to Warsaw with me. Warsaw was not my final destination and I had to figure out a way to deliver my luggage to my destination. On top of everything my Delsey luggage got 2 cracks. Is anybody going to be responsible for that???

Poor. Flight was late. We were locked inside the gate area with no way to leave to get some food or a decent meal. No seating. No information from Lufthansa all along. Very bad

Charging for reserving a seat is really cheap. The seats in economy are very small especially when the passenger directly in front reclines their seat. On long flights they should have coffee/tea and juices available for passengers. Here we have to bother the crew. Other airlines just put drinks and snacks in the back for the passengers.
