Pros: "Everything about the trip was great excellent customer experience"
Cons: "If I got to sit in first class coz the plane was so empty haha"
Cons: "No gate for departure or arrival. No business class longe in Cape Town."
Pros: "Absolutely nothing."
Cons: "Everything. Firstly the flight was delayed, these things happen but nevertheless I end up missing my connecting Qatar flight to Belgrade, put into a horrible little hotel for 24hrs without my bag, no clothes or toiletries. At one point during the flight once everyone had their chairs reclined one hostess told me to not put mine so far back?!?! Then when asked well then person in front of me has to move theirs forward and her response no they don’t. Absolutely shocking. To think I wanted to upgrade to business class. I’m traveling the globe over the next year and thought let me try Qatar but never again with this type of service and how they treat their customers."
Pros: "The crew was amazing. One of the onboarding staff was exceptional. Some onboarding staffs were unfriendly."
Cons: "Not allowing a laptop bag unlike Etihad, Emirates and other airlines was a bummer."
Pros: "Crew was nice. Seat was broken for recliner."
Cons: "Having parents with infants board with or after those needing assistance. It was an inconvenience having a fussy infant wait in a long line. We had bassinet seats so boarding first would not have slowed the seating process."
Pros: "was the seat super comfort"
Cons: "if the have variety of food provided will be better"
Pros: "The plane was new and spotless, the crew did everything possible to make the flight great. Food service, and Wine and Cocktails were always served with a smiling face and it made you think of flying many years ago. Service cleanliness of the restrooms and staff were top notch"
Cons: "Nothing really."
Pros: "The crew was professional. I had acute diarrhoea they insisted to eat some thing before they gave me the medicine, which was perfect. They checked every time my situation they even asked if I need a doctor waiting for me at the airport."
Pros: "The 2 trips were fantastic. From checking in to getting off the aircraft, service was a-okay."
Cons: "No comment."
Pros: "Crew was friendly and helpful."
Cons: "the lights kept changing color above constantly which made it hard to sleep when needed. Was traveling with 2 small children and the ability to sit/eat comfortably was a challenge due to the limited space. Food was unappetizing and would have just preferred more fruits instead of the bland meals"

For such a long flight I feel the spacing of seats could’ve been better to make it more comfortable for passengers. Very little space to move & stretch legs.

Pros: "Crew was very uncouth and very foolish. The steward insisted that I sit in a row with another elderly pax, though rows after rows were vacant and social distancing could have been enhanced"
Pros: "Crew was amazing and very helpful"
Cons: "The wheel chairs was a bit scarce so we had to walk far distances at Dubai airport"
Pros: "Excellent crew, who make each person important."
Cons: "Being in economy nothing the crew could do would make it better, however as I have said before Emirates miles rewards should be continue not be lost after a certain time."
Cons: "The crew was good, but the attentiveness of the crew on the second leg was amazing"
Pros: "The crew is good."
Cons: "The check-in is a disaster. A F-class passenger is treated as a Y passenger. Luggage limited to 2 pieces, even as GOLD FF, was made to pay US$200 dollars on a ticket of already 3,500 dollars and the price is the same for F-C-Y! The treatment was really commerce, as if the check in gets a commission"
Cons: "It was my first flight ever. So it was perfect thank you Emirates"
Pros: "Since not enough room in "What could have been better". For as long as my second flight was, from Dubai to Boston, the seats in coach were criminal!!! Way to narrow, especially if sitting next to a large person. Not nearly enough distance to seat in front of you, can't even bend over to reach some-"
Cons: "thing on the floor. The seats do NOT recline enough to be able to relax & get shuteye. It would have been really nice to have a footrest of some type, even busses have those! I am a small person, 5'1'' and 110 lb. Consider not having such a huge gap between 1st class and economy. Way over crowded."
Cons: "Check the head phone sets have both speakers working. I had to ask for a different set which was fine"
Pros: "Boarding and Crew are excellent. That's why i prefer to fly with Emirates. Toilets are clean"
Cons: "On this flight, the Gluten Free snack wasn't good. Only one meal was served. For a 10 hour flight, there should be two meals. A snack was served towards the end of the flight. The GF snack was not good! it was two rice cakes with chicken inside. I felt as if they ran out of GF bread!"

At the transit could be less time not like 12 hour 6 hours the mix should be 4 hour, thanks

Boarding in NCL is really bad. I'm sure part of that is a directive from the airport that KLM can't change but part of that is due to KLM policy. NCL doesn't announce the gate of departure until 30 minutes before departure. However, when you arrive at the gate area, the gate agents file everyone into one long line and everyone boards from one line at one time. This line can stretch for 200m...easily. There is a separate line for groups 1 and 2 but you don't know it until you get to the gate area and agents don't announce/advertise it. Everyone else is grouped into one line. Are you in group 3? Doesn't matter...you board with group 5. Traveling with a child? Tough luck...you're stuck at the end of the line and board last. The last part is very annoying because none of the gates at NCL (with the exception of 1 used by Emirates) has a jetway. To board, you must leave the gate area, walk downstairs, walk onto the tarmac and walk up stairs to board the plane. Highly challenging if you're traveling with small children. That boarding process begs for a concession to allow people with children to board first because they will need extra time. But there is no such policy. Just a really horrible boarding experience all around.

Pros: "KLM are our airline of choice. A great full-service carrier with impecable standards."
Cons: "Nothing"
Pros: "Almost everything, especially the crew."
Cons: "Don’t feel like anything should be better to be honest"
Cons: "Half the screens were not working - crew were made aware but nothing was done. Vegetarian choices were poor to non-existent ; I witnessed crew insist to a passenger that there were no vegetarian options! They finally cobbled something together for him but not a pleasant experience"
Pros: "The crew were excellent and seats were comfy."
Cons: "Headphones for the entertainment centre.could have been better. Sound quality not great."
Pros: "The crew was amazing, flight on schedule and good entertainment."
Cons: "Space is just reasonable on a long flight, even if there's seats more spacious that you could choose if you pay more."
Pros: "Just as I expected. And I made my last connection easily."
Pros: "Seat comfortable"
Cons: "Flight was delayed and overhead bin space was very small"
Pros: "The space at my feet with the chair in front was a bit akward."
Cons: "Not being seated next to small kids. Perhaps they should have a separate section? ;-)"

This was a terrible flight. Crowded flight. Difficult boarding. Our bags were lost and never made it to Budapest. Here with no bags, and unsure if we will get them. Terrible flight. Will avoid Lufthansa and Frankfort in the future.

Food was terrible. Alcohol was paid other than beer. Unless you are a baby…who would drink milk? Boarding was 35 mins away and they would not allow me to use fast lane as fast lane was 30 min or shorter. Normal security check was 45 mins. Crazy rules!!! Also just cleared Indias security check and never went out…so why???? Aeroplanes are also old and bad….nothing good to say with my 30 hour flying

The delayed flight from Montreal was horrible, I know it was air Canada operated that flight but no gate open to be able to sit ,for 4 hours to wait after 2 flights and long hours. I will never flight with 2 layover and especially trough Montreal. Airport in Munich was the only civilized. Check in in Heraklion was also very slow and disappointed.

Pros: "Wine. Good movies"
Cons: "USB charging didn’t work. WiFi wouldn’t connect. Food was horrible. Cheap pasta. Flight attendants are just German, no warmth or connection, they just gave orders like we were employees. Will try to avoid Lufthansa in future if possible"
Pros: "It was on time and got me where I needed to go."
Cons: "The crew often bashed my wife's elbow with their trolleys. I am 6'2" and I could not sit with my legs straight in front of me. There is no leg room and the seats do not recline very far. The food was repulsive. They ran out of vegetarian options (my wife is a vegetarian) and what we did eat turned our stomachs."
Cons: "Lufthansa’s needs to get their staffing act together. It took 1 1/4 hrs to check in due to insufficient staff & then once on board the flight it was announced there was no food available due to staffing shortages"
Pros: "Flight was on time both ways."
Cons: "had to pay for wine- first time in 25 years of flying international and it was very expensive flight, oh well, will skip Condor next time"
Pros: "Having a seat on the plane after it being delayed over 5 hours,"
Cons: "Leaving on time."
Pros: "Nothing at all"
Cons: "They cancelled my ticket because I missed the second leg of the flight. They didn’t even offer me an option and told me to find my own flight home. I had to pay $1100 on another airline to fly home tomorrow. I will NEVER use Lufthansa again"
Pros: "Crew seem competent, airplane was fairly clean and not too old, food not awful, ac outlets in economy, headphones not the worst."
Cons: "I hate that there's no free checked bag anymore! Two mile walk with heavy bag in Frankfurt. Provide carts in FRA! Crowded: seat pitch small, seats narrow, flight totally full, toilets filthy by the end. IFE: English options boring (German options not subtitled), touch screen not responsive."

I've never been served three bread courses in a single meal before. Was really impressed by the novelty of that.

Pros: "The efficiency of the whole process"
Cons: "The cabin attendants need to be warmer and more friendly"
Pros: "They an amazing crew"
Cons: "They need to improve on the flight check-in and boarding at thier airport in Bole, it is so messy. Also thier inflight menu is nothing special"
Pros: "Crew was really great - helpful and kind."
Cons: "Both flights delayed which meant I missed my connecting flight. Stuck in Rome airport for several hours with no information about rescheduled flight. Finally figured it out with help of Rome airport information desk."
Pros: "I love the entertainment and frequent availability of food and drinks"
Cons: "The seats are too squished together. I was stuck next to a fat woman who kept shutting off my movies by hitting the controls of my arm chair"
Cons: "No Gin & Tonic Bus transfer to airplane for international flight? Twice...?"
Pros: "on time"
Cons: "they woke me up in the middle of the night to give me food.."
Pros: "we had an overnight stay in addis ababa so we got a free accommodation in town, that was so great, a chance to see town and get a good night sleep before our next flight. the plane is big with screens so you can watch movies, the seat is comfortable, even for a tall guy like me (1.9 m)."
Cons: "It did took a lot of time since we landed until we got our bus to take us to town to our hotel. we waited in the airport for more than one hour, it was late, and we were tired. but after we got to the hotel, it was perfect"
Cons: "Addis Airport is a NIGHTMARE!!! It took two hours to check in and the lines were insane. It was absolute chaos, people pushing and airport staff did little to manage it. We almost missed our flight because the lines and process was so disorganized. The plane ride - the plane was old. My seat was so old, the cushion was worn down to the point of feeling like a bucket seat. This was really bad..."
Cons: "My reservation seat was suddenly changed with no notification and apologise. It was really confusing situation."
