It was economy plus. That is all. I literally felt like traveling in economy class with a little extra leg room. Poor food. V restricted options. Worst of all POOR CREW ATTITUDE.

Food service must be faster and make vegetarian food in good quality

The internet connection did was not functioning as per normal.

First Class on A380 was an incredible experience with a group of very attentive crew. The only flaw of this flight was the boarding process at Concourse C of DXB where no one was managing the queue. I was at Zone A but arrived when they were already boarding Zone C & D. There was no separate gate for Zone A & B to go through.

Flight never took off. Boarded after multiple 30 minutes interval delays for hours.. then after an hour onboard, captain announce cancellation and back on the bus to the terminal with no information and everyone to fend for self.. Emirates did absolutely nothing to communicate either electronically or announcement. It’s unprecedented I know with the flood but lack of communication creates anxiety and extra pain for staff. Emirates should do better.. no supervisors monitoring floor and passengers abusing them which isn’t right but should Have had supervisors monitoring

Staff were friendly, and provided great service. The food was plentiful and delicious. Food could have been hotter.

I was traveling business purposes and I only had one carry on and a personal computer back pack . My carry on was 8.5 kg little more than allowable. At jfk airport check in they did not let me carry it . I was little disappointed.

Overall good but one thing I didn’t understand is why they didn’t allow me to pick my own seat.

The individual attention the crew gives to passengers is commendable and I find them positively helpful.

service was slow, to get water had to press 4-5 times , crew come near but never notice, serving those they like to serve, hope this crew can improve their attentive ness and serve everyone respectfully.

So disappointed, the flight from Zurich to Sarajevo was delayed for two hours for no reason, they were also shifting gate several times prior taking off

Really crammed in economy. Didn’t end up getting the seats we were hoping for. Didn’t eat any food so can’t comment on that.

Flight was delayed, but otherwise it was a fine flight. Recommend boarding group by group, instead of calling up three groups at the same time

Everything was good. Although I was certain that I paid for checked bag for my husband and checked bag for myself at the time of booking. And I was told I did not pay. Therefore I had to pay at check in. ☹️

Everything was fine except for very old audio video equipment. I couldn’t use my own headphones because there’s two-port audio plug and the headphones provided are useless. The displays are really old as well. Definitely need to be updated.

Checked me out of my connecting flight despite having enough time to transfer, had to check in again at the gate. Then they lost my luggage.

I don't think I will fly Swiss again. I had issues with carry on luggage, connections were really tight, food was average, I paid extra for an aisle seat, then it was changed at check-in, the app/website don't allow you to add extra baggage if needed, and it was the first long-haul flight that didn't provide alcohol (glass of wine with dinner).

The pilot was wonderful and enthusiastic and introduced himself over the intercom. We all felt in good hands. Crew were all super friendly and especially the young , gentleman crew member. Everything Swiss airlines represents. Hospitality, friendly and professional. Thank you. Truly a memorable short flight.

Didn’t get my luggage from layover in Zurich until 3 days later even though my luggage was marked priority and short layover, but my husband got his when we landed

Fly Qatar Airways is always amazing. Their service and care for details is really very good.

As gold member there is no priority checkin. Meaning you either have to board with your zone or last with business class pax. As economy pax all the baggage bays are filled by the time you arrive

Operated by American Airlines. Very chaotic and the crew was bit rough responding any enquiries. Restricted leg space.. Qatar would have been better

Boarding delayed, no communication. I left the lounge, and heard a final call, boarding started after a 30 minutes.

The business class experience was awesome - I will be using QATAR airways again and it'll be business class again - appreciate the privileges afforded to the business class clients - thank you.

Very bad. We booked 8 months in advance for 2 people but couldn’t get seats together. Food was so bad I couldn’t even eat.

Food could be much better. Entertainment needs lot of improvement. The luggage came out open with broken bags. The flight landed at 3:15 PM in US and by the time bags came out it was 5:15 PM or so. Staff at airport was aggressive and not polite.

Transit , Too long for terminal change, for a moment I thought Qatar airlines going to Los Angeles by bus. Please make transit convenient and quick.

Business and economy lines were common for most of the journey including check in and security control in Addis Abbeba. Food choice was fine, however there was a hair in my rice

Bathrooms were absolutely atrocious. Absolutely third world. Unusable. From non-flushing toilets to poor maintenance - missing toilet paper, dirty with mess, etc. Horrifying. Does Ethiopian Airways expect customers to clean the bathroom before use. For sure inconsiderate passengers don't do anything to clear/clean after use.

Boarding was mayhem. Entertainment system wasn't operational. Food was poor. It was like flying in the 1990's. For the price of the ticket, this was not value for money. It felt much more like an extreme discount airline.

My entertainment screen wasn't working and they couldn't fix it.

I was a good, but long trip. The airline did a good job. I would use them again.

The crew were extremely unfriendly. The plane was dirty and the entertainment system did not work, so they did not even give out earphones to anyone.

It is just ok, the sits are very uncomfortable, the temperature too low and there weren’t blankets. The food is mediocre and there are no screens to watch movies.

Seat in front of my wife was broken so it reclined further than normal and without having to push the recline button so my wife had absolutely no room the entire 17 hour flight. My seat was broken and wouldn't recline at all. Also.. my tray table was sticky and dirty right away before I even used it. Also...the floor in the back of the plane from our row of seats on back was totally soaked and both times we landed water came rushing out of the food/servant area like a flood onto the same already wet carpet. It got everything wet that was placed around our feet...including our shoes and socks.

Luggage delayed for one day. I called customer service, and they had no info and no empathy. Boarding was very disorganized and chaotic. We went nearly 7 hours with no food or snacks on the flight. This is not an airline that has respect for its passengers.

Good flight overall But aircraft is little old- 747-400. Hence it is spacious compare to newer 787 dreamliners Asian vegetarian food was reasonably good

The crew was amazing! They were attentive and super polite, clearly very well trained in customer service. Very well run flight altogether!

They canceled our flight right before it was to take off and then we stood in line for four hours to make other arrangements. It completely ruined our trip.

Flight boarding was delayed. Old, low capacity overhead bins requiring many to gate check their carry-on luggage. Beverages other than water were at a charge.

Both of my flights on Lufthansa (coming and going) were cancelled. I was rebooted on united airlines, separated from my family/traveling partners. On our flight to luxembourgh we ended up in seats separated by several rows on the long flight, although we PAID to sit together. On the return trip we ended up on 3 completely different flights. When speaking to Lufthansa they didn't even acknowledge the outbound flights were cancelled. We were unable to meet with traveling companions in Chicago as we were flown to Denver. The quality of service, customer service and food between united and Lufthansa cannot be compared. The food on united was not attractive and the taste was similar to school lunch food. Not close to the meals I have had on Lufthansa. Hardly an equal "trade". I was unhappy with my travel experience on this trip.

Terrible. Missed our flight to Newark as well as our flight to London. Complete disaster

Seats were terribly uncomfortable! Couldn’t sleep! I paid for good seats when scheduled with Lufthansa, got crappy mid-section seats on Air Canada!

Captain waited 45 minutes for late passengers boarding from Washington DC to Munich which was nice for them but caused our luggage to miss boarding our connection on to Bucharest. We then did not receive our luggage for about 48 hours after landing which was very inconvenient for our travel.
