I was sitting almost in the back, the seats are very tight and there’s no legroom, it’s uncomfortable for a long distance
The security at the airport was excellent. The one criticism is the boarding process just before entering the plane. There were only 2 boarding lines and there were no barriers thus leading to a mass rush to enter the plane. I suggest that they board by rows, eight or ten rows at a time to prevent the mass rush to enter the plane. Otherwise, I would highly recommend Turkish Airlines
The best food I’ve ever been served on an airplane. The security at the gate was frustrating as was the heavy editing of the films and television shows offered.
Light and recline did not work on my seat. Very uncomfortable and could not read in the dark

The seat 7A had no padding. I needed to sit on the provided pillow.

A fairly standard 2/2 configuration. Boeing 787-9 is modern but the amenities chosen by Turkish for their seats are slightly limited - no in-seat charging, for example. Otherwise, a good flight.
All was good, except my USB charging did not work, so my phone got drained and I could not charge it. Same happened to my neighbour.
Flight cancelled support worse than useless. Asking me to drive back and forth between terminal, I was expecting supervisor call within 30 minutes, never happened.
Comment for Lufthansa is just perfect, similar to my first flight comment.
Very good experience. All of the details made this experience very positive.
I like the service and the efficiency. I am lactose intolerant and the lactose intolerant meal in business class was not astounding. Also, the business class fully reclining seats are not that comfortable.
Excellent once on board. Security staff at Johannesburg rude and aggressive.
No entertainment since it was a 3 hr flight. Good leg room for economy.
Crew was not happy. Very uncomfortable seats. When person leans back in front of you the screen is too close to me. Food was awful.
No food just water No entertainment possibilities. No jacks to charge phone or anything
The flight was about 10 minutes late which made it kind of tight for connection in Frankfurt. One think that was helpful for my husband and I since we don’t speak the language was when we got off the shuttle bus, two ground crew told us very clearly how to make the connection.
