For such a long flight I feel the spacing of seats could’ve been better to make it more comfortable for passengers. Very little space to move & stretch legs.

Luggage limited to 2 pieces, even as GOLD FF, was made to pay US$200 dollars on a ticket of already 3,500 dollars and the price is the same for F-C-Y! The treatment was really commerce, as if the check in gets a commission"

Way to narrow, especially if sitting next to a large person. Not nearly enough distance to seat in front of you, can't even bend over to reach some-"

I am a small person, 5'1'' and 110 lb. Consider not having such a huge gap between 1st class and economy. Way over crowded."

Cons: "On this flight, the Gluten Free snack wasn't good. Only one meal was served. For a 10 hour flight, there should be two meals. A snack was served towards the end of the flight. The GF snack was not good! it was two rice cakes with chicken inside. I felt as if they ran out of GF bread!"

Firstly the flight was delayed, these things happen but nevertheless I end up missing my connecting Qatar flight to Belgrade, put into a horrible little hotel for 24hrs without my bag, no clothes or toiletries. At one point during the flight once everyone had their chairs reclined one hostess told me to not put mine so far back?!?! Then when asked well then person in front of me has to move theirs forward and her response no they don’t. Absolutely shocking. To think I wanted to upgrade to business class. I’m traveling the globe over the next year and thought let me try Qatar but never again with this type of service and how they treat their customers."

The flight was delayed with no notice. No inflight entertainment. Communication is vital in any business.

Cons: "The fact that we had an itinerary change with an extra stop (unannounced until 15 minutes before I boarded the flight) that delayed us by 1+ hours, that we were delayed from leaving Kigali by 1.5 hours and none of the crew could explain what was going on, that the rwandair staff was rude. I mean... It's Rwanda so I didn't expect much customer service (they are generally particularly bad by African, European, Asian or American standards) and I definitely wasn't impressed"

Cons: "Suggestions: A few more centimetres of space between the rows of seats would work wonders. A piece of fruit (apple or tangerine) would add to the enjoyment of the food. A wider range and variety of movies would increase the quality of the entertainment."
Cons: "The flight to Lviv was cancelled after 3 hours delay. All happens in life. But the only option Turkish airlines were offering is to fly the next day. I was flying to the funeral and this was not working for me (especially this was their second flight to Lviv cancelled - 2 in a row). The transfer desk didn't inform that there were two other flights going the same day of other airlines. When i approached to help me to go with a different airline the personal was very rude saying they will not help transferring the luggage and that they can't unload the luggage sooner than 3 hours after you go out of the security and passport control. When i asked to book to a different destination in Ukraine. It took 50 min at the desk to do it. Simply because 4 people at the desk were laughing and joking and nobody was concerned about the queue of over 40 people staying. After 30 min it turned out they've lost my boarding pass and it took 15 min to find it as one of the transfer guys managers simply took it to a different room... At the end when they found it it took only 5 min to do the work. I would appreciate more information from the desk about available flights and more support to manage the situation. I'm happy that people at the transfer desk are so joyful and happy it obviously helps to deal with the stressed passengers whose flight was cancel."
Cons: "It was a struggle to get our hotel from the turkish hotel desk crew. We were travelling from Cape Town to Toronto with a little baby and had a layover of approx 10 hours at Istanbul. They claimed that our layover was 9 hr 40 mins (and not 10 hours) and I had to argue before we finally got a transit hotel. Their customer service is poor."

The crew that checked at the gate was completely unprofessional, i had a child, stroller and a carry on luggage and the crew did not bother providing any help getting down 3 flight if stairs. I asked for hel and they ignored me

United couldn’t issue boarding pass at the start I have to rush through Frankfurt service desk to get boarding pass while connecting

Cons: "Boarding was chaotic, as clear instructions were not given about which group was boarding when and where to line up. Also Lufthansa did not do a good job managing carry-on bags, so that it took way too long to load people and many bags were left over once overhead bins were full. Seating area is cramped in economy."
Pros: "Speed of boarding and de-planing. They are very efficient with staying on schedule, which is important. No one likes hanging around in airports or on planes. Also, my server ran and got me a special request of wine after meal when the choice was Bailey's or Sherry. That was kind of her."
Cons: "The announcements are frequent, slow and long. The food was alot of carbs. Nothing was bad, I just got a terrible headache and swollen ankles. Not the airline's fault, but it was hard to enjoy the last flight for these reasons. Also, water poured ahead of time on trays on 2 occasions instead of seeing them pour it. I was sitting next to a coughing sick person so I wanted to cover my beverages and food as soon as possible. My sound on video didn't work all the time. It kept cutting off. Tried my husband's headphones, but didn't help."
