The plane. Airbus A330-200. Comfortable for a 7-hour flight. Seats seemed to have more legroom. I was in row 17. Flight was operated by Delta but was better than expected.

It was operated by Delta. Boarding took a long time. How difficult can it be? Overall decent trip. Liked the Salt Lake City airport. Better option than Chicago for transfers.

Put some new and several options for entertainment. Do not be rude to customers and avoid serving them an extra coke or something. We paid 1200 GBP for a return flight.. A noisy, crowded, rude and uncomfortable flight.

Pretty bad. Food was awful. drinks were scarce, as if drinking an extra drink would ruin the airline. attendants were not very helpful. likely Dutch "directedness" (I cannot be bothered). Crammed flight. Entertainment in very minimal dosage. Almost all old movies and series with 1-3 episodes only. Very limited number of options available. Jesus!! it seems you need to bring your own entertainment these days even of flights that are 13 hrs long!! I would and I will avoid in the future!

The food from Lagos to Amsterdam was was very poor compared to AMS-YYZ

The flight was again delayed for more then 2 hours with some lousy explanation regarding the reason of the delay. Although the flight was delayed for more than 2 hours, no refreshments were offered (according to EU regulations). Last 4 flights on KLM - always at least 2 hrs late. So be prepared that you cannot plan anything with KLM.

The flight was delayed for 2 hrs. Because they didn’t have a crew to fly. And it is not a first time for klm to do that. Last time they cancelled my filght and rebooked me 3 days later. Not reliable airline

Booked connecting flights with KlM. My serving flight was the furthest part of the airport. On arrival in Zurich. My two cases arrived but only one carry on belong to my son. His three suitcase didn't arrive. After enquiring we discovered they were still in Amsterdam. We landed at 11.12. We eventually left the airport just after one.

Seats are fair enough for medium tall people. Good food all the trip. Fight attendances are warm

So disappointed, the flight from Zurich to Sarajevo was delayed for two hours for no reason, they were also shifting gate several times prior taking off

Really crammed in economy. Didn’t end up getting the seats we were hoping for. Didn’t eat any food so can’t comment on that.

Flight was delayed, but otherwise it was a fine flight. Recommend boarding group by group, instead of calling up three groups at the same time

I don't think I will fly Swiss again. I had issues with carry on luggage, connections were really tight, food was average, I paid extra for an aisle seat, then it was changed at check-in, the app/website don't allow you to add extra baggage if needed, and it was the first long-haul flight that didn't provide alcohol (glass of wine with dinner).

Our connecting flight to the US only had around a 25 minute layover! And our flight from Seville to Zürich was delayed! Had our flight from Zürich to Washington DC not been delayed we would have missed our flight to the US. We didn’t even know it was delayed until sprinting from the A terminal to the E terminal. Our flight from Seville landed in Seville 10 minutes after our the door was supposed to close for our flight from Zürich to the US. Not cool! Several other Swiss air passengers were in the same position as us, which I could tell bc we were all running for our lives in your airport. We booked a flight from Seville to Washington DC and the time between connecting flights was not enough and that’s not an acceptable position to put a traveler in. Especially one who spent over $1000 on their tickets.

Good BUT four days later I still don’t have my luggage. It never arrived. !!!!

Didn’t get my luggage from layover in Zurich until 3 days later even though my luggage was marked priority and short layover, but my husband got his when we landed

we were late to get to this connecting flight and SWISS decided to wait for us . Very nice of them

Horrible experience. They "GAME" with seats they decided to play where you can`t select or get seat during check-in without paying and then forcing you to stay long line at the Customer Service at the gate to get a boarding ticket with seat assigned is pathetic. Will never fly with United again!

United failed me in cancelling flight to Chicago. Then put me on American Airlines standby to Miami for onward connection to RMO via IST. Standby failed. They looked me for Sunday morning 24 hours late at this point). Made it to Miami but Turkish airlines cancelled my seats and demanded $1360 to rebook the flights for the following day ! I went to United, spent two hours negotiating with Mr Ruis ? Who said he could do anything for me as he could fix problems that United caused in Miami. He suggested I call the 800 number. When I managed to.get through on my 6th call, I was on hold 2 hours and 30 minutes waiting for an agent when the call was cut off by United phone system. I went back to American. At last a lady , who had zero responsibility in this fiasco, helped me to find a replacement flight that night with Polish airlines to RMO through Warsaw at a cost of $968 including bag charge. I booked it with only a few hours to spare. The lady at American helped to recover and redirect my checked suitcase that had arrived in Miami a day earlier United customer service were awful. United partner Turkish airlines were horrendous and took zero responsibility. I ended up being late to my appointment overseas by 45 hours with zero compensation, no food vouchers, no replacement flights until I found one and paid for it myself. I reporting the entire fiasco to the secretary of state for Tennessee for law violations and refusal to remedy and compensate. I now need help to extend the trip by two days but United are not responding to communications

Request for “strict vegan” as in the airlines meal selection was not strictly adhered to. My two travelling partners with their Asian vegetarian meals said that their meals were not Asian.

The plane is very small according to distance flight . Seat not comfortable according to the class of business class realy very bad ..

We waited 4 hours in the flight to take off but then the flight was cancelled.

Although we had booked seats months in advance, we arrived at the airport with only three seat assignments for our group of eleven because we had not checked in online and the airline had overbooked the flight. The rest of us had to fly standby, which was a pretty tense situation for a while. Ultimately, we were all very grateful to be on the same flight from Istanbul to Izmir.

Inflight wi-fi is below par and difficult to access.

It was a good experience. With the long layover they provided the TourIstanbul option to have the free sightseeing bus tour - that was a great option to pass the time. Airport at Istanbul is very comfortable and convenient. Flight was comfortable.

I was in business class, without the business class amenities. Large seat with lots of legroom, but no TV or bed. Food was okay, but I did enjoy the Turkish red wine.

Okay, the flight was over an hour late leaving LAX! I barely made my connecting flight! Very stressful experience! Lufthansa 747 biz class needs a serious upgrade to its seating! The food was good, but the staff was mostly very cold but did a good job!

The flight was delayed more than 1.5 hours. Phone calls to united did not satisfy our need to get to Chicago to met family for fight to europe. I was told the flight was booked thru luftansa and united could not make adjustments. When call luftansa they were unaware of the significant delay on the united flight out of mci. They would not authorize a flight change. We went to the airport, as if we would be flying as scheduled, United checked us in, as if our flight would leave as scheduled. We took our bag to be checked to the baggage drop and the agent their confirmed our flight was significantly delayed. She worked for 30 min to get us on another flight. We ended up flying to Denver then to Munich. The rest of the family that flew to Chicago for our meet up and flight to Europe ended up flying to Munich alone. We meet up in Munich for our last leg to luxembourg. In luxembourg we learned on bag was scheduled on our delayed flight. The flight was canceled and we did not receive the bag in lux. We filed a lost back claim. Now 3 days later we STILL do not have the bag. It is apparently in luxembourg and they maybe tried to deliver, however the names on the door of the air b&b do not match the name on the baggage claim so the French speaking delivery person called no one could understand him so he took the bag and left. My brother, traveling with me under a different reservation , has been without essentials for 3 days. One or all of us has stayed "home" each day waiting on the bag. Today was my turn. Delivery window was 10:30 to 2:30. No attempt to knock or ring bell. After the hang up call, my brother called me and told me to check the door. There was nothing there. No sign of attempted delivery, no delivery man, nothing. Being unable to change clothes and having family members take turns waiting on a bag that never comes has ruined this family vacation. The staff was amazing, second to none. I wish I would have booked an exit row seat earlier. I'm 6'2 225 ( athletic build). However I've had a double hip replacement and the 10 hour trip with minimal space in economy caused some muscle spasms, even with getting up and walking around. The plane was full, and the staff did check for me. I would definitely fly again based on the service. However if you are a bigger guy and fly economy, please go for the exit row if possible.

Tiny, cramped seats with minimum leg room and hard armrests. Basic needs like a seat and luggage came with an additional charge. Budget airline amenities with premium airlune cost. I won't use this airline again.

The 7 hour delay in Johannesburg was extremely tiresome, with poor communication at check-in and a sad R120 voucher as compensation. All in all sitting for 10 hours on an airport was pretty bad. At arrival the baggage arrival took 2 hours. All in all, a very, very long trip.

LUGGAGE ISSUE - Upon luggage drop off the 4 staff were sharing only one functional POS machine. The contactless transaction asked for PIN, which I provided. In my app it showed 2 transactions automatically: 1 contactless denied and 1 approved after the pin input. However, no receipt came out of the POS. The lady at the baggage drop had me standing by the counter for 10 minutes to wait for the transaction to show up in their system. Which it didn't. So then we proceeded to make another payment using the chip and this time it gave a receipt. Needless to say, now I have to wait for another 7 days before I can claim the first payment back, as I was charged twice. NO ENTERTAINMENT OR FOOD ON THE SHORTER FLIGHT, just the longer one. Meaning - the plane had no screens, and the "food" was a small packet of pretzels. OVERALL GOOD STAFF on both planes.

Overall flight experience was good. Unfortunately our process getting to our flight was a hit or miss. Our flight was delayed perhaps for the best as getting from terminal to terminal is very long and security had problems with the machines that delayed us getting to our flight. Heathrow security could care-less that you have a flight you are about to miss!

You were not able to check in online. Was not able to select a seat. The flight was delayed, so missed my connecting BA flight. Flight was rebooked, but to a different airport luckily for the same day. My friend that I was traveling with her flight was rebooted 24 hours later. Very disappointed.

After British Airways flying with Qatar was a breath of fresh air. All the little things that make a long haul flight awesome. Efficient, friendly, genuine. Amazing.

Ran out of food. Special ordered a kids meal too. Didn’t have that either which doesn’t work on a 9.5 hour flight. Only had vegetarian meals left which was tomato sauce on bread. Ran out of all soda half way through the flight. No baggage space for our carry ons. Inattentive flight attendants. My family of 4 was trapped, uncomfortable and ravenous on a 9.5 hour flight.

British Air ways was good - American Airlines not: waited at gate for “mechanical issues” and stood at gate.. plane delayed, … staff at desk rude, had to check my personal carry on item, toilet not working… “please use the working one sparingly- it will overflow in the cabin”

One of the flight was cancelled. My experience was poor.

On my way from Chicago to London, I was seated next to a quite heavy passenger. I could barely move. BA should have ensured that overweight customers are placed in comfortable seats and not to penalize also other passengers because BA is not willing to accommodate these passengers and their needs. No respect at all.
