The flight experience was good, but connection time was cut shorted because of delayed start.. it would have been helpful if the flight showed which gate/terminal we need to go for connecting flight and flight timing was less than 30 minutes to connect which made ourselves stressful to catch next flight 😔

When you buy Emirates you don’t expect low cost. Choice of coffee/tea vs water. Entertainment on demand. Seat distance won’t allow food tray to extend without hitting belly (and I didn’t grow lately)

No Vegetarian options onboard, made to wait for a long time for boarding

The food was pretty good and the crew were excellent. It would have been excellent all round but for screaming children. Six hours at least of a 10 hr flight. Mostly 1 child clearly on the spectrum and probably ADHD but I really felt for the parents and grandparents who were obviously struggling and doing the best they could under the circumstances. No reflection on the airline of course and we all need to be more tolerant with these challenges . Slept for 15 hrs when I got home.

Surprised how empty comfortable seats in economy were not offered by crew to tall passengers. Felt like courtesy hall mark of emirates is changing. We were told in order to get those seats we have to pay $210. Not the emirates I know from past travels.

The internet connection did was not functioning as per normal.

First Class on A380 was an incredible experience with a group of very attentive crew. The only flaw of this flight was the boarding process at Concourse C of DXB where no one was managing the queue. I was at Zone A but arrived when they were already boarding Zone C & D. There was no separate gate for Zone A & B to go through.

Flight from Dubai to Zagreb very bad cabin crew. Bad food

I thought the flight crew was very attentive and the food was excellent. The only issues I had were the flight delays. A small one out of Sarajevo and a longer one out of Zurich.

Everything was great, except for food. It was not good. I think I got a food poisoning from the salad.

Entertainment could be better. Choice and variety of movies was not great

I was sweating the whole time for 9 hrs. There are no air nozzles above the seats

This time I was very unsatisfied, due to the tickets, been overbooked from Zürich to Budapest for my children. All four of us had to get a defender out and arrive to put up past nine hours later than originally participated. They did give us different ticket in Miami however, if I would’ve seen this ticket on the Internet I would have never purchased it. We took this because we had no choice. At the airport in Miami during check-in, we were informed that my children’s tickets were sold to someone else and their tickets were canceled. They basically give us no choice but to go with booking.

I have been traveling with visa for 25 years and this was the first time when we find out in Miami that my children’s connecting flight were overbooked and been canceled by Swissair from Zürich to Budapest. The results of that they re booked us at the Miami airport. The new route was Miami to Zürich ,Zürich to Amsterdam, Amsterdam to Budapest. We had over six hours layover in Zürich and arrived to Budapest nine hours later. There should never be in a situation where a ticket that I purchased over 7 months ago was sold to somebody else and instead of removing those two people we had to do this journey, I’m contacting customer support and requesting a refund shortly.

Really crammed in economy. Didn’t end up getting the seats we were hoping for. Didn’t eat any food so can’t comment on that.

Flight was delayed, but otherwise it was a fine flight. Recommend boarding group by group, instead of calling up three groups at the same time

Everything was good. Although I was certain that I paid for checked bag for my husband and checked bag for myself at the time of booking. And I was told I did not pay. Therefore I had to pay at check in. ☹️

The rows of seats in economy class are seriously close to one another making eating and resting just about impossible - there is hardly any legroom. Anyone larger than average size would have an incredibly uncomfortable flight. I had to basically share my seat with the lady passenger next to me as she was too big to fit into her allotted seat.

Noice cancelling headphones would be better since it’s a crowded plane And kids behaviors are unavoidable

As gold member there is no priority checkin. Meaning you either have to board with your zone or last with business class pax. As economy pax all the baggage bays are filled by the time you arrive

Food was good, attendants were friendly. Seats were not comfortable. Did not receive any amenities such as eyemask or earplugs that would have helped sleep. Additionally a large group of passengers boarded very late into boarding and were a disruption for almost the whole flight. Flight attendants did their best but the kids were making so much noise, kicking seats, and half the time no adult was sat with them so they weren’t being managed.

For a short flight, Qatar Airways offers very good onboard service.

The staff at the check in lied. I requested aisle seats he said he gave me aisle seats. In actuality he only gave me aisle seat for 2 hour Karachi to Doha flight. From Doha to Dallas flight he gave me middle seat .

Very bad I have traveled to about 70 countries. And this is one of the worst airline with the bad customer service. As a family We purchased our seating tickets 8 D, 8 E, and 8 F but when we board we got switched to 10 A, 10 B and C without early acknowledgment. The seat back doesn’t even go back because the back row is the emergency row. We didn’t like it at all because we actually pay for the seats we want then the manager Melih came and say either we take the new seat or get off the plane. What a bad customer service. He was saying things that are not even legitimate. Due to the seat back unable to be push back we had to go to other seats in the far back and be separated. Very bad experience with this airline and will not want to take it again.

Our seat were changed from Turkish Airlenes without offering us a better choice.We paid for those seats even it was Businesses Class. .The seats we were given was next to cabin crew closet.Crew kept opening the closet while we were sleeping.It was very noisy and we also we’re right to next to kitchen.It was very noisy. We want our money back. Food was horrible when we were flying from Newark to Istanbul. It is a shame for Airline to waste so much money on tastless food.

boarding from the lagos airport is always very chaotic. The seats on the place are not comfortable (old planes are always used on this route) and the screen chargers for my phone are both not working (both seats).

This inflexible rule forced me to book an alternative flight to Atlanta for $1,342.92, as there were no available flights to Miami. Upon reaching Atlanta, I had to book another flight with Southwest Airlines for $270.98 since there were no connections to Miami. Altogether, I spent $1,613.90 on additional flights. Consequently, my total travel time extended to 35.5 hours. The overbooked flight and the enforcement of such unreasonable rules enabled Turkish Airlines to exclude passengers without providing compensation, thereby compelling them to buy new tickets to reach their destinations. This practice is unacceptable, and I intend to report it to the Better Business Bureau and the relevant regulatory authorities.

Delayed flight with no explanations; no jetway boarding so we had to stand on the tarmac in the cold rain. Baggage was lost.

This flight went smoothly and the economy plus free upgrade worked very well.

SEA to Munich flight was turbulent and you could hear rattling in the plane. The food was TERRIBLE, return flight was better. We will not fly Lufthansa in the future.

Slightly delayed but still a more comfortable experience to take a real airline instead of a budget one.

I am deeply disappointed with Lufthansa’s treatment of my elderly parents during their recent flight. They were supposed to receive assistance with wheelchair service, but the experience was nothing short of a nightmare. Upon arriving at the airport, my parents were left stranded and confused, with no staff available to guide them. Despite being promised help, they were ignored by the ground staff, who were not only indifferent but also incredibly rude. To make matters worse, some of the employees made racist comments, which is absolutely unacceptable especially for passengers with special needs. We will never fly Lufthansa again and urge others to reconsider if they need assistance. My parents were left to navigate a busy airport on their own, which is both dangerous and stressful for elderly passengers with limited mobility. This level of neglect is inexcusable, especially from an airline that claims to prioritize passenger safety and comfort.

My connecting flight was cancelled then delayed for four and a half hours with a €20 voucher for my trouble. I think that is an awful apology because the next flight they put me on was horrible. It was overbooked, the flight attendants were of absolutely zero assistance (embarrassing actually) and the transportation shuttle to the plane was as hot as a sauna. Terrible!

Terrible. Had to go through customs and pick up our luggage. Then they said we couldn't make our connecting flight to MKE when we had 35min before takeoff. There were no other flights out on any airline so we would've had to spend the night at ORD. We were able to get a ride to MKE at our expense instead. Ridiculous that they would not allow us to try to make the flight, which we would have. Assuming rechecking the luggage was the problem. They should not have listed this as a viable connecting flight if there was no chance in making it. There was 4 people in our party.

No complains with the crew. But generally speaking food is awful, entertainment is not good either.
