Pros: "The crew was exceptional. They took care of the customers with passion and energy. The Q suites are comfortable and one of the best seats out there."
Pros: "Everything about the trip was great excellent customer experience"
Cons: "If I got to sit in first class coz the plane was so empty haha"
Cons: "No gate for departure or arrival. No business class longe in Cape Town."
Pros: "Absolutely nothing."
Cons: "Everything. Firstly the flight was delayed, these things happen but nevertheless I end up missing my connecting Qatar flight to Belgrade, put into a horrible little hotel for 24hrs without my bag, no clothes or toiletries. At one point during the flight once everyone had their chairs reclined one hostess told me to not put mine so far back?!?! Then when asked well then person in front of me has to move theirs forward and her response no they don’t. Absolutely shocking. To think I wanted to upgrade to business class. I’m traveling the globe over the next year and thought let me try Qatar but never again with this type of service and how they treat their customers."
Pros: "Yes. the crew was amazing, respectful and seats had adequate leg room. Entertain equipment was working."
Cons: "Same advertisements before each movie could play were annoying to me."
Pros: "Qatar Airlines treats you very nicely and doesn’t try to charge for little extras. They include the nice extras as part of your travel experience with them. I highly recommend Qatar!"
Pros: "The plane was new and spotless, the crew did everything possible to make the flight great. Food service, and Wine and Cocktails were always served with a smiling face and it made you think of flying many years ago. Service cleanliness of the restrooms and staff were top notch"
Cons: "Nothing really."
Pros: "Food was okay and crew was okay"
Cons: "Seats were very narrow - Etihad has better seats. Entertainment system had poor sound"
Pros: "Attentive crew, good menu"
Cons: "Providing in-ear noise-canceling headphones instead of the typical around ear noise-canceling headphones"
Pros: "Great crew, aircraft etc"
Cons: "General - King Hamad airport is brand new and yet there still aren't enough gates to comfortably service all QA aircraft."
Pros: "Food was really good, staff was helpful and friendly and there was more legroom that I've often experienced. Also - flight was NOT packed - there was actually an empty mid-row seat!"
Pros: "Left on time, arrived on time, crew were friendly and efficient, toilets were kept clean the entire flight, seat in economy had enough leg room and recline to sleep"
Cons: "In-flight entertainment films were a bit limited"
Pros: "Good gluten free bread on Istanbul to Malta leg. Blankets are good as is amenity pack which has all but diasappeared on BA. Good choice of films"
Cons: "Foot rest in economy, gluten free meal is poor (except bread)."
Cons: "Boarding was delaeyd 5 hour's ,Very very bag experience, the trailer baby and car seat i waited more than an hour, together with more people, were not found"
Cons: "Very poor boarding conditions. The board only said "proceed to gate". Once at the gate, there was not one single boarding announcement. People next to the representatives started to get up and everyone else followed."
Cons: "The boarding and deplane process could be better for business class. Also the seats only have two settings upright and sleep. Several airlines have intermediate setting for meal/movie. To be 5 Star they need to keep up. The lounge (although large) could use better organizing. Too many people walking all around. Very limited space, if any, for a little quiet."
Cons: "The seats are very tight and small, caused me a very terrible knee pain. I will never ever use and suggest Turkish airlines for long distance flights. And I also they don't care about fragile items which is very inconvenience."
Pros: "Good service once on the plain,on the way back they were feeding us with pasta,no meat-horrible.. How ever poor communication before the flight with my service dog."
Pros: "Nice snack"
Cons: "No real boarding procedure followed, perhaps they do this with “certain” destinations they believe are not worth it. When asked why they didnt properly board us, or actually mae people sot on their assigned seats, they shoved me aside. Pretty rude (and im an elite plus traveler with them). I will avoid TKY from now on."
Pros: "Food was above-average for international flights, and the staff visited the cabin frequently, checking to ensure that customers were okay. It definitely felt like a more personal flying experience."
Cons: "Ground support (desk, etc.) in Istanbul was not convenient - the communications were crossed often, and on a long layover we were told incorrect directions and missed an opportunity to sleep in the airport in their resting room (seems to always be full)."
Cons: "The only complaint I had was that it was very warm on the flight (and I usually get cold on flights), and in the seats we had there weren't fans above the seats. A few rows up they had fans, so apparently you have to pay extra for air... This wouldn't be a big deal on a short domestic flight, but for an international flight it was a long time to be uncomfortable!"
Pros: "Flight arrived on time"
Cons: "No food provided "due to a strike the previous day". Not sure why this would impact on providing a sandwich or snack particularly when champagne was still available for first class passengers."
Pros: "The crew was amazing, flight on schedule and good entertainment."
Cons: "Space is just reasonable on a long flight, even if there's seats more spacious that you could choose if you pay more."
Pros: "Onboard crew were nice and polite. Flight was on time (a rarity)."
Cons: "The boarding crew was rude and unpleasant, the plane was boiling hot."
Pros: "Food and service"
Cons: "Working wifi would be good. Better A/C. More comfortable seats"
Pros: "Crew was friendly"
Cons: "Passenger who needed wheelchair assistance it took KLM 50 minutes to get him off plane which delayed our boarding. KLM not prepared to handle passengers with needs"
Pros: "Nice attention and good food. Plane and seats are confortable"
Cons: "Flight on time would have been good when you have a late evening arrival. Long wait for luggage at Birmingham airport."
Pros: "The space at my feet with the chair in front was a bit akward."
Cons: "Not being seated next to small kids. Perhaps they should have a separate section? ;-)"
Pros: "Being fed was amazing and watching free TV was great!"
Cons: "I wish there were personal fans because it got uncomfortably hot sandwiched between people"

The food could have been better. Had a wide range of entertainment to choose from.

The flight staff was nice. The pilot was a bit erratic with the plane.

Stuck in Chicago O'hare overnight, had to sleep in terminal until flight in the morning. Gate changed three times.

Bread stale. Croissant stale. Person behind me was kicking me throughout flight. Boarding slow.

Cons: "On-time departure and arrival, clean and well-maintained aircraft, good crew, decent meals (2), very tight seating in Economy without much comfort."
Cons: "Delayed flight made me miss my connection and spend a night in Frankfurt. Take off time, bag didn’t come out as priority, waited over 25 minutes."
Cons: "Better eat before you board. The food from Denver to Munich was truly uneatable. I am serious and I am not a picky eater."
Pros: "Everyone on this flight from the crew to all were awesome, exactly what you hope for when traveling internationally"
Cons: "My bags did not make it to Copenhagen...again! So disppointed and completely put out by this inconvenience"
Pros: "The crew was excellent and the seats are v comfortable"
Cons: "I cant really think of anything"
Cons: "Touch screens were not working well. Required multiple hard taps which disturbed the passenger in front."
Pros: "There was a special needs boy that sat behind me and he had some issues (long flight, understandable) and the crew were AMAZING with him. Not everyone has common or even human decency. These people were rad, and it was lovely to see."
Pros: "Pilot was friendly and addressed the crew and passengers multiple times with updates."
Pros: "Nothing really"
Cons: "Politeness during check-in, timeliness in providing gate information, having a person at the BA desk to help, being on time"
Pros: "Pleasant staff, very poor entertainment systems, screens too small and kept needing to be reset."
Cons: "Poor entertainment systems Plane too cold Only 1 meal Ran out of gin for the second flight in a row"
Pros: "Friendly crew and a good value for money flight"
Cons: "Very bumpy ride but this wasn’t anyone’s fault"
Pros: "This is a no frills BA flight, but I'd rather do fly with BA than the other options. You have to pay for food and drink, the quality of crew far exceeds the usual low cost dross."
Cons: "Nothing for the price. Although my preference would be BA via London City."
Pros: "Service was excellent"
Cons: "Entertainment system getting a bit long in the tooth on 747. Hot breakfast could have done with some colour"
Cons: "The connection was not good too little time between flights also the American Airlines desk was hidden. We had to get boarding passes at the exit gate. There should have been a rep to guide passengers to desk."
Pros: "Quickness of flight."
Cons: "Came round collecting cups etc within minutes of being served. No sky shop. And I was sitting in 3rd row (by choice) but didn't know I would have a curtain inches from my face for most of the journey."
Pros: "Good for leg room and nice and the seats are comfy and wide too. Still get a free drink and snack on this flight and the service was friendly and efficient throughout. We were very quick to board and flight landed early, so very happy."
Cons: "I'm guessing this plane was stopping in EDI for the night, so it parked way, way away from the terminal, so we had an extra 15 minutes none of us had been expecting to wait for the bus and transfer."
