I don’t like that an equipment change caused my seat to change from 23A to 44A. The boarding was also delayed. The crew were excellent, however and very attentive. The food was not bad.
Worst airlines either. First leg was delayed because of crew not available. My connection was missed so they booked me automatically the next day! But, impossible to get anyone on site, web site does not let me access my reservation anymore, confirmed by useless agents over the phone. My 2-leg trip with part in business class arriving at 4:10pm ends up in an awful 3-leg arriving at 9pm the next day with no way to even choose the seats and of course at the very end of the plane. I can understand problems arrive but the way Air France handle it is just unacceptable. You are on your own. Apparently getting you to your destination is the only thing they consider their duty. The customer experience and fatigue is none of their concern. And I have a status with them. I will reconsider my priorities when flying with Air France and encourage everyone to do the same.
Excellent, Lima to Paris. But Paris to Amsterdam, delayed, missed my flight and KLM treated its missed flights passengers very badly, terribly bad. No hotel accommodation given. Passengers were told to find their own hotel accommodation and claim at reasonable rate and left the booth and literally with armed Police Officers listening to passengers complains. For three hours, after moving by Uber from hotel to hotel and calling and booking online, no hotel was available. I had to return to the airport and seat/sleep on the benches, suffering the cold, and rats running around until my new allocated flight the next day. It was the most terrible KLM treatment even seen and being a Business Class passenger. Still mentally suffering to date as a result.
I bought business class tickets but the seats are exactly like economy with no comfort seats nor an empty seat next to me provided. Very poor, low quality airline.
Not a good one this time. The absence of internet without any information/notification ahead was really the unacceptable part. Also this new A350-900 has a serious legroom challenge for economy seats. It’s more like a medium-haul flight legroom configuration.
Excellent apart from transport to actual plane 10 minutes from the actual gate , walking out in the tarmac in the rain and having to climb stairs to enter while holding luggage.
Everything went smoothly with Air France. There was a delay in departure which seemed to relate to the immigration services being short staffed.
Food could have been better especially the breakfast. Overall it was a good flight
We transited through Chad and what was supposed to be a 1hr 20 minutes transit time lasted over 4hrs. We didn't get regular updates until we complained. After a 10hr flight from Paris no form of refreshment given and finally arrived Abuja over 6hrs later and none of my bags came
Lost luggage, 2 bags were badly damaged and one of the bags came open.
Turkish Airlines was great. My new layover was over 18 hours due to inclement weather back home in Washington DC and the airlines provided me with a hotel room and dinner voucher during my layover
The seats were extremely small. Boarding was not communicated correctly. It wasn’t a pleasant trip.
Loved the food. No wheelchair was provided in Sofia even though wheelchair assistance was confirmed by Turkish Airlines

Make sure to request a vegetarian meal in advance. They printed out menus for all passengers with the options but by the time they were halfway through (for breakfast and dinner), the vegetarian options were already all taken.
Very good except the boarding process too forever and wasn’t organized by group. I had a heavy pack or I wouldn’t have minded. I was in business. There were no audible announcements in the waiting area about boarding and everyone packed into the boarding area. Then boarding stopped for a long time but the staff made no announcements to update waiting passengers about the holdup. The flight was good after we got on.
It was good. Turkish Airlines is one of the best airlines companies. I like a lot to travel with them
Istanbul to Miami Sector the plane was nice and clean except for no WiFi during the entire flight. The flight from Karachi to Istanbul was another story .The sad part is we paid for business class to be comfortable. The foot rest didn’t work. The flight attendant had to push the seat to put to recline position and/or put it back. This was not only for me but for other passengers in business class. The tray table would not come out so had to get help from the passenger sitting next to me. I understand that they may have to use old planes but Turkish Airlines have to make sure that the things are functional especially the duration of flight is six hours and they are charging a lot of money. It seemed that i was flying a domestic sector instead of an international flight.
This is the first and last time I will be traveling Turkish airlines. The flight was delayed three times. Second time we sat on the aircraft for approximately an hour and a half. Initially told that the delay would only be 15 minutes then no explanation thereafter except that we were deboarding. We missed our connecting flights to Zimbabwe, and had to pay for a overnight hotel stay in addition to paying for a new tickets to our get to our final destination. They allowed us to order food from the airport food court but only from fast food and even that they limited the menu items we could select. I would some to contact me about the refund on the hotel and the connecting flight!
It’s amazing how much better foreign airlines are than American domestic airlines. Why can’t we do things as well? Professional, friendly flight attendants. Quality meals and complimentary wine and beer. Great selection of movies, shows, music, etc. Comfortable seats, even in Economy class (adjustable headrest, footrest, large foldable tray table, charging port). A nice bag of comfort items, such as socks, slippers, eye covers, head phones. This is the third foreign airline we have used over the last 7-8 years, and they have all been so nice, but Turkish Airlines was our favorite. We flew to Portugal last year on one of our domestic american airlines, and it was a pretty miserable experience in comparison. Kudos to Turkish Airlines.
