R9 213 Find Cheap Flights from Brazil to OR Tambo Airport, Johannesburg

We didn’t have any entertainment. I tried to go online without success. The airplane was extremely cold and they didn’t have blankets.

Delta has an outstanding service. They are courteous and punctual most of the time. The flight departed a half hour late but we arrived 15 minutes early.

I liked everything, this was classed as premium economy but it was much better than Lufthansas business class. Lovely staff, comfortable plane and an excellent seat arrangement. A very pleasant surprise.

Everything was good except the check in. Could not do it online neither on the machines in the airport. Needed special assistance from the airline desk clerk

We boarded so late it caused us to miss time at Foz. No real information was provided to the passengers waiting.

Basic experience, we were delayed causing less time to enjoy our destination and on the way back, we boarded when the flight should have been taking off.

Very poor ! Latam is really excellent in mistreating its premium passengers and their family. They should go out of business for good.
