Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, especially its proximity to the main train station, shops, restaurants, and the river. Many appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the cleanliness of the rooms. The breakfast was frequently mentioned as a positive aspect. However, several guests noted the lack of air conditioning, especially during hot weather, and some found the rooms or facilities to be outdated or basic. Noise from the street and some discomfort with beds were also mentioned, but overall, guests found the hotel convenient and welcoming.
